Chapter 11 Training of Hell

The teachers all went to the rock of eternity and brought Psi with them. Wonder Woman, Jason blood, Dr. Fate, Captain Marvel, and Aqua Man They were deliberating who would train him first and how would his training sessions go. Since they were in Captain Marvel's domain. They let him be the one to decide. Using the wisdom of Solomon Captain marvel split it up in several different ways. The first training session was letting him read countless scrolls of magic all in different languages to him know what to use and how to use it, The second is a practical application of magic with Dr fate, The third was applying magic in combat and stressful situations against teachers it depends on his training style.

"Alright," CM said: "let's get started." the rest of the people stayed behind and watched as Captian Marvel took him into a room full of books and in the middle of the room was a pedestal that was meant for a book to rest on, there were no seats he just had to stand and read a book. Psi spoke for a moment "Okay what book do I start reading?" CM (Captian Marvel ) smiled and closed the door. It was then a single book started flying off the shelf and landed in front of him and this was the beginning of his lessons.

It was then the system spoke up [Want to use your Speed Force powers now? if you choose yes it cannot be turned off but you can control it.] Psi was too excited and nodded his head. Then he time slow down around him and his perspective changed. He began reading at rapid speed and memorized the whole content of the book at the same time his magical power connected with each book as if he created a library within his magical mind palace was this part of his infinite Intelligence, Wisdom, or his physiology? The book flew back into its shelf and another flew out one after the other he kept reading book after book so fast that he felt like it lasted forever. 2 hours later Dr.Fate knocked on the door only to see his pupil asleep as if he has not done anything. He woke up Psi and said "come on let see if you learned anything. Magical training is hard to even the strongest of mortal have to take their time learning the art of magic. I once had a student named Kent Nelson..." Dr fate just blabbed on to make up for awkward conversation he typically is used to talking to his host body unless he has to speak to others and warn others of impending doom.

As he was walking with Dr. Fate he ended up in the tower of fate somehow through a random door in the Rock of eternity. Dr. Fate walked around through a series of random ass steps they ended up in a random landscape with grassy plains and blue skies with white clouds. Here is your training grounds to apply the magic you learned I will be watching you even though I will not physically be here and with that, he disappeared and different type of beings manifested as if you could call them magical holograms but didn't move or act like creatures. So psi started applying the magic he learned and chanting various spells. Inside the rock of eternity was Dr. Fate was showing a projection to his peers what Psi was doing in the application aspect of magic during a 5-hour time frame and Wonder woman muttered "Great Hera! How many books did he read Captian marvel?" CM silently watched and simply said "it seems like he read them all but there no way he could have finished it in two hours. Jason Blood then interjected " we should ask when he finished reading.. Dr.Fate you said he was sleeping... correct?" Dr fate nodded and they were muttering amongst themselves wondering how this kid read so many books.

In the plains, Psi was not feeling tired but he had no sense of time since the light did not change at all in his environment. He had no idea he spent five hours but what he did think was man this is easy. It was then a portal with an ankh symbol appeared under his feet and he fell right back into the rock of eternity while his teachers watch as he appeared through it. Looking at his teachers and seeing Dr. Fate had his left and right hand forming a symbol with his thumb, middle, ring finger closed while his pinky and index finger was open. His right hand was facing forward and his left hand was under his torso. Everyone but Jason Blood was ready for the third aspect of training. all of them surrounded Psi and told him he was going to be ready to fight. Aqua Man uses his trident to attack and summoned a torrent of water and energy out of it. Wonder Woman used her armbrace jumped on aqua man back and did a flip with a downwards kick with her right leg. Dr Fate was muttering Spells and Shazam waiting for the moment to strike. while you could hear the echos of words in the form of a poem.

"Change, change the form of man. Free the prince forever damned.

Psi turned the water and energy into butterflies crossing his hands and his eyes light up with magical energy. He created a magical barrier made of lighting the moment Wonder Woman that shocked her and repelled her back to a wall. Which also created a chain of electricity that shocked Aqua man. He then turned to CM and cast was muttering a spell but CM moved with the speed of mercury which PSi could watch and his eyes movements sparkled with Speed force energy and he moved at the speed flash did which threw off CM for a second but a second was too slow for PSI it felt like hours. So he used his palm towards CM chest at flash-like speed while continuing his spell he was muttering and shouted "Mystic Chains of the Gods!" Chains restrained CM and he felt like he could not overcome it. Then Dr. Fate use pyrokinesis and Psi then magically absorbed the flame and made it back into magical energy from it manifested source then you could hear the poem finishing up "Free the might from fleshy mire. Boil the blood in heart of fire. Gone, gone the form of man, Rise the demon Etrigan!"

Etrigan blew fire at everyone knowing they can dodge it. He jumped while blowing hellfire and said "Child of magic, train you I must!

Rip your soul to shreds, I must not.

no matter how pleasant it sounds to me

I decided to train you near death for fun it is to me!"

He landed in front of psi noticing his clothes were burning but his skin was not because the system was giving him [hellfire resistant: resistant to all types of fires including from those of the fire pits of hell] Then Entrigan laughed and opened a portal to hell itself and dragged Psi in. The others were not shocked they knew it was a risk.

Psi fell into the pits of hell and landed into the burning smoke and brimstone landscape and saw thousands of demons speaking in rhyme. Etrigan was leading an army of demons with various weapons in each demon's hand. Psi didn't think the system was literal when the quest was the training of hell. He was slaughtering demons left and right but did not receive any level-up notification. Finally, the only demon left was Etrigan in that area (understand hell was vast and this was a small part of it) Etrigan was laughing and let loose Psi clothes were ripped to shreds He fought an army but Etrigan was a powerful demon to fight so they fought and fought until Psi was close to exhaustion like Etrigan wanted then he sent them both back.

It was then Psi was given food and drinks by his teacher Etrigan kept staring at him attempting to see his soul. Psi felt a little creeped out then he saw Etrigan chanting "Gone, gone O Etrigan! Rise again (or once more) the form of man!" and Jason blood was back but his face was apologetic. "I am sorry for Etrigan he gets carried away sometimes. If it any consolation he thinks you are worthy of our magical training." Wonder Woman decided to speak up WW: "I would like to know how did you move fast like the flash there more to you than meets the eye I want to make sure we take you back to the watchtower and have the original founders test you some more one by one with computers. It appears magically you are already a master with the little training that we gave you. Psi chuckled and the all teleported via magic back to the watchtower.
