While Izuku seemed to have more questions about the system now than when he first woke up he realized he wouldn't get any answers to them anytime soon and decided to push them off for later, he had more important matters right now. HE HAD A QUIRK!
Izuku:'I can finally pursue my dream! I can be a hero!'
Izuku was close to tears at this point, all the years of people saying he couldn't be a hero, and now he had all the tools at his disposal to be one, it was a relief to say the least. But Izuku had bigger issues, how did he explain his quirk?
Izuku:'If I only put down Rising of the Phoenix people would get suspicious at the amount of info I have on them, I can't put the System down as that will end up horribly for me. So the question remains what do I put?'
It was at this point Izuku remembered reading about a rare condition in people with quirks, rarely someone could be born with two related quirks that seemed to function as one whole.
Izuku:'That's it! I can put down the information gathering as apart of the healing aspect of Rising of the Phoenix, I'll call it system based analysis, that solves that issue.'
Inko:"Izuku dear, breakfast is ready, hurry up and come down here."
Izuku looked at the clock next to his bed and realized he had been sitting here talking to the system for an hour already.
Izuku:'I should get a move on and clean up, I don't wanna make mom wait- WAIT MOM'
Izuku put on a tee-shirt and shorts and ran out of his room excitedly
Izuku:"MOM, IT CAME I HAVE A QUIRK!!!"
Izuku ran down the hallway into the kitchen excitedly, pooling yellow flames in his palm to show his mother, who upon hearing his words turned around from the stove and nearly fainted from shock upon seeing the fire floating above his hand
Inko:"IZUKU YOUR HAND IT'S ON FIRE!!!"
Izuku:"this is my quirk mom! I can finally be a hero like I've always dreamed!"
Inko hugged Izuku and Izuku finally let out the tears he'd been holding in, no more tears of sadness or of helplessness to achieve his goals, but replaced by tears of pure joy at what this meant for him, Inko was crying because her wonderful son could finally reach his goals.
After a few minutes of embracing each other and letting out their tears they seperated and sat on their sofa.
Inko:"so what does it do? Is it some type of fire quirk?"
Izuku:"it seems to be both a defensive and offensive ability, when I want to heal someone the flames appear a mellow yellow color, otherwise they appear orange-red and feel like normal fire"
To demonstrate Izuku took Inkos right arm where she had accidentally burned herself a few days prior while cooking and pooled his healing fire into his palm and lightly pressed it to her arm, the fire flared up for a moment before extinguishing itself leaving no burn to be seen.
Izuku:"as a byproduct of this it seems like I can get information about people using my quirk, like a dual purpose style quirk, I've decided to call them Rising of the Phoenix and System Based Analysis"
Inko once more hugged her son happy for him and what he could become with this ability
Inko:"Izuku that's wonderful, I guess we have one more stop before dinner today then"
Both Izuku and Inko couldn't stop smiling that day, the day that changed Izuku's life forever.
*One Month Later*
Izuku had done a lot during the month of summer break he had, after registering his quirks he decided to volunteer at the hospital to get practice with the healing half of his quirk, the destructive half of his quirk he practiced in the dojo, although he stayed as far away from the sparring room as he could, having developed a slight fear of the room after having his organs exploded out of his body once already there, although he did find out that "dying" in the sparring room would just mean he woke up outside the dojo and the sparring room would be locked for 24 hours. Still he did not want to feel that again so he stayed away from it as much as possible, he still hadn't gone into the challenge room as he didn't really know what to expect from that so he'd leave it for after he got a better hold of his abilities. And his Quirk practice had really paid off, not only could he wield his quirk better but he gained a lot of Skill Exp in the process

He was halfway to a Rank up, although he supposed that was only because his quirk was quite strong and he just didn't know how to use it. But today was his first day back, the school had already gotten notice of his quirk status change and would probably announce it after homeroom and he was extremely nervous.
Izuku:'I'd almost prefer to fight Gal-Might again than face this day...almost'
Izuku shuddered at the thought of Gal-Might punching him again and took a step forward onto campus and headed to class bracing for the worst
*In class*
Teacher:"And that wraps up attendance, now students pay attention we have a rare occasion here, Midoriya Izuku if you will come up to the front please"
Izuku sighed to himself and stood up and walked to the front of the class and stood next to the teacher
Teacher:"Midoriya here has awakened his quirk!"
The room was put into stunned silence before someone started laughing shortly followed by the rest of the room
Student #1:"Is this your idea of a joke teach? Because I gotta say it's pretty funny"
Student #2:"Yeah! Not only is he a guy but quirks don't develop this late in life"
And many similar comments were thrown out before being once more silenced as Izuku raised both his palms and had his healing fire in one palm and destructive fire in the other.
Izuku:"Yes I have awakened my quirks, I call them Rising of the Phoenix and System Based Analysis, I awakened dual quirks and I assume that's why it took so long for them to activate"
The room was pin drop silent at that, not only had a male awakened a quirk, which while rare did happen they could handle that, it happened at 14 which while seemingly impossible, cool it happened they could handle that, but not only that he awakened a dual quirk something so extremely rare there were maybe 100 people in all of japan that had one, that they COULDN'T handle
But none were more shocked than one Katsumi Bakugo
Katsumi:'That dam nerd awakened a quirk?!? HE THINK'S HE'S BETTER THAN ME, I gotta put the dam deku back in his place, noone"s better than me!'
Katsumi had convinced herself that the reason Izuku talking about wanting to be a hero aggravated her was that he thought he was better than her, oh how wrong she was.
Teacher:"*AHEM* Right Midoriya you can return to your seat, allright class open your textbooks to page 234"
The class after hearing their teacher snapped out of their shock and quickly pulled out their textbooks to start the lesson lest they get hit with the ruler of pain
All except one Katsumi Bakugo who was glaring at Izuku
Izuku:'If glares could kill I'm pretty sure I'd be dead several times over with the level of glare she's giving me, I think that's Bakugo glare #256 If I remember correctly, quite rare, she must really be upset today *Sigh* this is precisely the thing I wanted to avoid today, but after reading her description I can't stay mad at her with how she acts'

Izuku looked on in wonder at the box, this was the first quest since the system went quiet and as cocky as it is, he couldn't say that he didn't miss the system. He also realized this was the first quest he could decline, but remembering the "joke" the system played on him he didn't risk it and instead decided to accept the quest

As Izuku was about to press the Heroine button under the guise of turning the page of his textbook a new box popped up with a single sentence.

Immediately after reading the box it disappeared like the system was embarrassed about it.
Izuku:'That's the first time I've gotten an answer from the system to one of my questions...Well I guess something is better than nothing'
Izuku took a mental note to refer to the system as a 'She' from now on and pressed the Heroine button

Izuku was in no small amount startled, this is the first time he's seen the system throw up an error, much less an entire page of them, the level and stats were either broken or this person could be terrifying. Izuku got up and headed to the roof to eat his lunch where he normally does, unknownst to him he was being tailed by one Katsumi Bakugo about to give him a piece of her mind, about his quirk compared to her.
As Izuku sat down in the corner of the roof to eat his lunch the system decided to speak up
[Good, now for the second half of the Romance tutorial, Actually Romancing people! Izuku read the options and his eye twitched at the second one, did he really used to sound like that? He shuddered thinking about it. The first option was out, that'd just get him another beating and was probably the negative option, the second was out because he was not saying or acting like that, not anymore period. The third option seemed ok except that'd probably also get him a beating just on principle of Katsumi, so the only acceptable answer was the gift option so Izuku clicked it and the world resumed around him but he felt like he wasn't in control of his body. Merely a puppet on strings.
Izuku:"Oh Hey Katsumi! I've been wondering when you'd come find me, Want some Spicy Katsudon?"
Saying this 'Izuku' pulled out a wrapped bowl of katsudon from his bag and handed it to Katsumi. Katsumi who was mid sentence stopped when he spoke
Katsumi:'What? He's not even stuttering? What happened to him over the break? AND DOES HE THINK HE'S BETTER THAN ME I'LL SHOW HI-'
Before she could finish her though her stomach growled, remembering that she forgot to bring her lunch she quickly swiped the bowl of Katsudon from Izuku and started digging in.
Katsumi:'Dam Deku made my favorite. How does he even know I like Spicy Katsudon? Who cares this is too good to pass up'
Izuku's body returned to him and he could once more move after Katsumi grabbed the bowl from him, and so they ate together in silence. Shortly after the lunch bell rang and Katsumi got up and glared at Izuku
Katsumi:"Don't think this is over Deku! This is not over!"
Katsumi was running back to class head turned away from Izuku, but because of his "How not to be a dense protagonist" skill he saw the faint blush on her cheeks
