Entrance Exam! (2/2)
As Izuku was lamenting his fate he clicked accept and looked at the other candidates at the testing site, he noticed that the girl he met earlier, Uraraka was here and she at least from her aura seemed to be on the verge of a nervous breakdown, and Izuku being the kind soul he was he started walking over to her to see if he could help calm her down. When he was about halfway he was stopped as his arm was grabbed. Turning around he saw it was the same guy that had insulted him in the Auditorium.
Tenya:"She looks like she's trying to focus on the trials ahead, what are you going to do, flirt with her, distract her and ruin her chances to succeed?"
Izuku had enough this man had not only insulted him once, not only jumped to conclusions once, but also made a second false conclusion and when he was only trying to help! He. Had. Enough. In a very menacing tone Izuku spoke back to him
Izuku:"Take your hand off my arm or I will break every bone in your body, Now!"
Izuku glared at him for all his worth. Tenya was...Spooked to say the least he let go of his arm and stared at Izuku in amazement/disdain.
Izuku didn't particularly care and was more focused on Uraraka to see his response. Continuing along his original path he came up next to Uraraka who hadn't seemed to notice him over her own nervousness. As Izuku was about to tap her shoulder the world froze around him.

Izuku:'Well once more A is out, I'm not gonna be rude to her. B is probably the neutral option and the Intellectual option doesn't seem particularly reassuring either. I guess I'm going with C once more'
Izuku clicked C and the world shimmered back to life before he felt like a puppet tied to strings again.
"Izuku" put his hand on her head and she turned to him a bit startled at the sudden contact.
Izuku:"hey, don't worry about the test, I'm sure you'll do great you already saved me once today, you've got the makings of a hero, just do your best."
As he was saying this "Izuku" smiled at her while rubbing her head. Once "Izuku" finished his statement Izuku once more got control of his body and continued lightly rubbing Uraraka's head until the nervousness in her aura receded. She smiled thankfully at him.

Uraraka:"Thanks I needed that more than I knew"
As Izuku was about to speak to her once more he was cut off by the always surprisingly soft voice of Present Mic
Present Mic:"Right! Let's Start! Get moving! There are no countdowns in real battles! Get moving listeners you're wasting air time here!"
Immediately after hearing those words Izuku smiled at Uraraka next to him.
Izuku:"Guess I'll see you in U.A."
And he sped off using his Phoenix quirk after reinforcing his body with mana to brace for the increased impact. Speeding around another corner, a one point robot blasted apart a wall in front of him and skidded to a halt facing him
Izuku:'Alright! My first opponent, let's see Observe'

Izuku looked at its stats and was surprised at how detailed the description was, but also confused at the stats
Izuku:'All its body's stats are at 30 yet it's hp is only 500, is this because it's a machine and not a real person that its body is limited by the materials it's made from?'
As Izuku was thinking the bot made its move, pointing both its arms at Izuku it started spinning up preparing to fire, upon hearing the noise Izuku snapped from his thoughts and started running up to the bot planning to finally take OFA for a test drive.
Izuku:'Nana said that I should be careful with OFA and that I probably won't be able to handle the push back from 100% so let's start with 1% and work up from there'
Izuku with his plan decided, sped up and jumped up to the bot's chest and powered his arm with 1% of OFA and punched outwards. The bot's chest caved in like it was paper and the bot fell backwards deactivated.
Izuku:'Woah! This power is way more than I thought! Just one percent was able to cave in its chest! I really do need to learn to be careful controlling my strength with this power!'
As Izuku was thinking he kept moving toward the center of the faux city. Rounding another corner he came across 3 two pointers and quickly observed them

Izuku nodded at their stats and description
Izuku::'The easiest way to take them out is to hit them hard and hit them fast!'
Izuku powered up his legs with OFA 1% and rushed to the first two pointer which immediately tried to strike him with its tail which he avoided by pushing off to the side. He continued running up to it and powered up his arms with OFA 2% and grabbed its leg and spun it into the second two pointer that was getting ready to fire a missile at him taking them both swiftly down. The last two pointer rushed Izuku catching him by surprise and hit him with its tail knocking Izuku back into a wall.
Izuku:'Ugh, that hurt. A lot. Status please'

Izuku:'That one tail swipe did 300 damage? The system wasn't kidding when it said be wary of this thing! Also my exp has gone up, so defeating these bots give me exp?'
Izuku had a devilish grin on his face that if anyone were watching (they were although he didn't know that) they'd have a blush on their face as Izuku lit up with yellow fire restoring himself back to full health he charged at the bot once more with nothing other than a two word chant going through his head.
Izuku:'FARMING TIME! Farm time! Farm time! Yes! Finally! The exp drought has ended!'
The grin never left Izuku's face as he charged at the robot palm extended and fired off a firewave that was now a solid purple color at the bot and without even looking to see if it was defeated he went off to find more bots, not that he needed to look back as the bot was nothing more than a pile of melted scrap metal. All throughout the testing site candidates would hear maniacal laughing before the sound of a roaring fire.
After having run into and killed several more one and two pointers Izuku was getting frustrated. Where were all the 3 pointers? His questions were soon answered as he reached the center of the faux city and saw at least 10 bots of each type ahead. Even though practically impossible at this point his grin widened and he dived into the fray with fire pouring from his legs as he sped into the botwave. Firing fire waves left and right he quickly dispatched all the one pointers. Diving toward a two pointer he slammed his leg on the ground and spun around grabbing one of its spider-esque legs and tossing it at 3 other two pointers coming towards him, as it was flying Izuku charged up a fire ball and chucked it toward the soon to be scrap. Ignoring the resulting explosion he ran toward the rest of the two pointers and used a move similar to when he was fighting off the shadows and sent a firewave outwards all the way around his body that incinerated all the remaining two pointers, he looked at one of the three pointers he used observe to get a good idea on its capabilities before he dived in.

Izuku only had one thought
Izuku:'Piece of cake'
Izuku sped towards the three pointers which started firing at him, running fast enough that the 3 pointers targeting systems were always behind him it looked as if he was always one step ahead of the explosions. When he got close to one of them he powered OFA up to 10% and launched a punch at the closest bot, he instantly regretted his choice as he could feel his bones crack in his arm. Startled and in pain he stopped for a moment grabbing him arm as he cried out, his second mistake. As he stopped he was pelted with missiles knocking him back and tumbling along the ground into a wall.
Izuku:'AGHH, PAIN SO MUCH PAIN'
Izuku rapidly enabled his Phoenix healing ability trying to fix all the damage he had incurred.
Izuku:'OK NOTE, NEVER DO THAT SHIT AGAIN'
Izuku pulled himself up out of the wall he was launched into and one more ran up to the 3 point bots while using his flames to propel himself forward faster. When he reached a bot he hesitated for a moment before powering up his arm with one for all at 5% and poured mana into his arm reinforcing it and punching toward the bot's chest, it caved in significantly but the bot still wasn't down for the count so Izuku pushed his other palm toward the damaged area and unleashed a firewave at its chest which burst a hole through it as the bot powered down. Izuku looked down at his arm feeling the strain that the 5% put on him
Izuku:'It looks like 5% is my safe limit for now, good to know'
Izuku once more smiled and dashed off to destroy the other bots, as he destroyed the last bot he heard Present Mic call out
Present Mic:"3 Minutes remain"
Izuku hearing the voice came out of his maniacal haze and realized he had no idea how many points he'd gotten over the time he was fighting
Izuku:'Uhhh, um system any help?'
[Sigh, 87 points please keep a hold of yourself, you are being watched]
Izuku smiled sheepishly at that but thanked the system nonetheless and rushed off to find more points and exp
*U.A. test monitoring room*
???:"Clearly the examinees have no idea how many villains are present or their locations, they have limited time, must cover a vast area and hunt down every last target, some use information gathering abilities to plan out strategy, while others rely on speed to pull ahead of their peers. Of course remaining calm under pressure can be a huge advantage, as can pure power and combat ability. The most successful students use a combination of all of these tactics they're the ones that rack up the highest scores. Although I also guess going into a blind haze of robot induced fury can also work"
??? sweatdropped at her last statement while staring at one Izuku Midoriya, this person was none other than the principle of U.A. and designer of the robots, Principle Nezu alongside a number of other pro heroes that signed up to be teachers for this year of hero hopefuls.
Midnight:"Hmm, I'd say this years group looks promising, especially that green haired kid, he's got spunk I like him"
Cementoss:"Well there's still plenty of time before its over the real test is yet to come, let's see how they react"
As Cementoss said this she clicked a button on the dashboard in front of her.
*back with Izuku in the testing site*
As Izuku was searching around for more bots he heard a loud mechanical whir and saw a giant bot raised from the ground behind him.
Izuku:'That must be the Zero pointer, I need to avoid that one'
As Izuku was thinking many candidates had run past him before he heard Present Mic speak up once more
Present Mic:"Less than two minutes remaining!"
Izuku:'That should give me enough time to find a few more bots and rack up around 90 points in total'
As Izuku was about to dash off he heard a cry of pain and turned around. He saw Uraraka stuck underneath some rubble unable to get herself out with the zero point bot closing in on her. Izuku once more saw himself back in the shadows where he thought of the people he cared about and remembered his want to survive for them. Before they saved him, now it was his time to save another! He realized he wouldn't be able to get the rubble off of her quickly enough before the zero pointer reached her, he realized there was only one option. Take down the zero pointer.
Izuku:'*sigh* I may not pass but if I can't pass like a hero then it's not worth passing at all!'
Izuku took off running before he could think and started powering himself up. Without even thinking he had fully powered up OFA and Phoenix in his legs and jumped he could feel his legs shatter but all the pain was removed, there was only him the bot and the girl he was trying to save. As he was rocketing up to the robots face he could think of nothing other than how he was going to save this girl, he was running on pure instinct and let it guide him. As he reached the top of the robots head he pulled his arm back and called from the bottom of his soul.
Izuku:"RISING OF THE PHOENIX FINAL STRIKE: FLAMES OF NIRVANA!"
Izuku ignited with searing white fire, looking brighter than the sun, he looked like a Phoenix rising from the ashes of its former self! His arm shot forward and all the fire around him was unleashed in a single punch. A gout of white fire shot out of his arm as he punched forward completely annihilating the bots head. Before he could reflect on his decision he blacked out from the pain of shattering his arm and both his legs and the exhaustion of unleashing his quirk like that after constant use over the last 10 minutes. As he plummeted back down to the ground gasps could be heard from all around him as people thought he'd be crushed.
*UA test monitoring Room Nana's POV*
Nana:"WE GOTTA DO SOMETHING HE'S GONNA DIE FALLING FROM THAT HEIGHT!"
All the other pros immediately agreed with her and a distress call was sent out to Present Mic who was already on the ground running as fast as she could to get there. But she knew she wouldn't make it, she didn't have a quirk that enhanced her speed, there was no way for her to reach him in time.
They all braced for the worst, except nezu who was surprisingly calm sipping a cup of tea from her seat.
*Back at the test site*
Just as Present Mic got into view of the now destroyed 0 pointer she saw the kid about to hit the ground, she braced for the worst.
As Izuku was just a few feet off the ground he was suddenly smacked by the now, free and floating on top of a 3 pointer's missile cannon and he stopped mid air before she put her hands together and stated 'Release' and he fell the short distance to the ground. You could hear everyone there breath a collective sigh of relief that the kid was ok before a siren went off signalling the end of the exam.
Hero candidate #1:"did you see that dude's attack? He looked like a phoenix! He completely annihilated that Zero Pointer!"
Hero candidate #2:"But with such an amazing quirk why would he go after the Zero pointer? He's not gonna pass now because he did, oh well makes it easier for the rest of us right?"
Many similar conversations were going on at the same time.
Tenya:"They're all missing the point, don't they see what he did? He sacrificed everything. Just to save that girl, he must've known how little time was left and how many points he needed to pass, that he was putting his life on the line! But despite those concerns he didn't hesitate to jump. If this hadn't been an exam, of course I would've done the same thing! Wait! The exam the judges saw that!"
???:"Very nice! Good work all around! You're heroes in my eyes! Every one of you, here have some gummies reward yourself"
???:"Oh my goodness you were hurt this badly by your own quirk sonny?"
???:'It's as if his own body isn't used to handling his own power'
???:"You're too injured and exhausted for me to use my quirk on you, Can someone here help me get him to my office?"
This was none other than Recovery Girl, U.A.'s nurse.
???:"Of course madam"
The girl that volunteered had 6 arms each connected like a bat's wings. She had grey-white hair and a mask that covered most of her face. She gently picked up Izuku and followed Recovery Girl back to her office
Tenya:'I wonder if the exams had more to them than I first thought?'
Tenya and the rest of the Hero hopefuls left the testing site and returned home waiting for their letter of acceptance/rejection while Izuku was escorted to the nurse's office to rest up.

Well I realized only while writing this that last chapter I screwed up and forgot to give Izuku his rewards for Passing 50 points in each stat, so here's his status and the rewards he received from them
