, Aerion observed the titan of rock and fire who had descended onto the Seventh Hell, crushing the ground in his heavy landing. He was over ten kilometres in height which could intimidate most into scattering as far away as possible.
'So this is the God of Wrath.'
BOOM.
Wrath brought out his greatsword and slammed it in Aerion's vicinity. Aerion did not move from his position, instead, he grabbed the blade's edge with his crimson-scaled right arm. The ground beneath his feet did break slightly due to the force of the blow... and he was forced to bend a little.
Aerion mustered his Dragon Emperor strength and raised the greatsword, now standing perfectly upright once more.
"Impossible... impossible... impossible!!"
The titan withdrew his greatsword and slammed it down again, with much greater strength than before. However, Aerion had already left eight afterimages as he exploded to the side and flew straight to Wrath. Due to his explosive rage, Wrath had to retrieve his greatsword from the ground. It had cut deep so this took a few moments longer than usual... meanwhile, Aerion was already dashing towards him with the Heaven Punishing Ancestral Sword in hand.
'Blazing Sunray.'
Aerion condensed the Star Flame into the edge of the Heaven Punishing Ancestral Sword as he drove it through Wrath's chest. The Blazing Sunray pierced through the titan with ease. The star flames started to spread and corrupt the titan's own fire, slowly weakened him.
Aerion decided to be a little daring, flying upwards and slashing through Wrath's entire upper body, eventually reaching the end of his head. In essence, his upper body had been split in two.
However, something didn't exactly go to plan and that was the speed of Wrath's regeneration. It was even more swift than scale regeneration or any other Ancestral God's, for that matter! Flames filled the space which Aerion had cut through, merging the two sides together once more.
"This..."
"Hahahaha... I am invincible, you foolish mortal!" Wrath laughed at his reaction before growing wings of fire and flying into the red sky. Then Wrath dived downwards, to Aerion as the earth below rose to restrain him "I WILL SLAUGHTER YOU."
"It appears that they inherited some of my divine power. As Lords of Hell, they should be invincible here as the Seventh Hell, along with the rest, will certainly be supporting them."
Aerion sighed as he looked down. 'This will be more troublesome than I first thought.'
"However, because of my existence, it will be supporting us as well which will overpower this benefit and make victory possible. But... I'm still weak from that fight with Izanagi-no-Okami. Although I hate to say it, the best course of action would be to be patient..."
'Then it is agreed.'
Aerion cut through space and disappeared from his vicinity. Wrath tried to find him but Aerion had concealed himself well, escaping Wrath with ease.
"DAMN YOU, SPINELESS BASTARD!" Wrath released his rage on the guards who had gathered, killing at least a dozen of them. Then he cut through the ground multiple times, creating massive craters. Only then did his rage subside... temporarily.
'So, how long will it take for you to recover?'
"A month or so..."
'Hm, I see. Then I will use this time to adjust myself to my new power." Aerion took out Izanagi's naginata and observed it. The naginata was back to its original state, the one that Izanagi held. It wasn't quite the divine naginata which Izanagi-no-Okami had used.
'Maybe there's a way to awaken it...'
~
Aerion had spent a year's time learning and mastering the blessings Izanagi had given him. Firstly, he had gained even greater visual prowess as his Rinnegan had evolved to nine tomoes, making it a Rinne Sharingan. His power over reality had reached another dimension. He could use Izanagi 6 times consecutively in total and it only took five minutes for him to recover one use of Izanagi (well, technically two.). Izanagi could also affect reality in almost any way he wished unless that wish was beyond Izanagi.
Izanagi-no-Okami also became far more deadly. Upon activation, Aerion could warp and bend reality at will. It did not seem to have any limits either... however, the consequences would grow with every use of Izanagi during Izanagi-no-Okami. The consequence, as before, was complete blindness for a period of time.
Over the year of adjusting himself, Aerion also fought a few of the Seven Lords and killed millions of guards. His Creation God Realm cultivation strength was solidified and he no longer stood at the very first stage. In truth, he was approaching the higher echelons of the Realm. His peak strength was much greater than when he first entered the Divine Palace... however, all of this came at a price.
'By now, the people... my people of Primal Chaos should be no more.'
"It is a minor loss," Rotias stated. "If you ever so wish, they will all return to life once you become the new Transcendent Being."
'They will be avenged... the invaders will bleed and burn, along with their clown of a master.' Aerion swore in his mind. Although it could not be heard by anyone except for Rotias and the sword spirit, these words carried a ton of weight.
"Bleed and burn... ah, I quite like the sound of that." Rotias approved.
'Then we will start with the Seven Lords of Hell.'
Aerion left his secret hideout which had been created through the use of formations and proceeded to create some chaos in the Seventh Hell by killing a thousand or so chained spirits.
"It's him again...!"
Aerion cut through the guards who came to confront him, eventually gaining the attention of Wrath once more.
BOOM.
"You... I WILL CRUSH YOU."
"You can certainly try." Aerion opened the Dragon God gate.
From the fire, a Crimson-silver Dragon emerged. Aerion grew to an absurd height, towering over the titan within seconds. He continued to grow... ten thousand meters... thirty thousand meters... fifty thousand meters... a hundred thousand meters!
Wrath looked all the way into the sky and he could barely see his head.
ROAAAAR.
The mere shockwave of Aerion's roar sent Wrath tumbling away. He spread his wings and regained balance... but the colossal Dragon was already on him.
BOOM.
Aerion slammed Wrath into the ground with his spiked tail before raining an inferno of star flames upon him with a single, long, breath.
'So weak.'
He descended and tightly grasped Wrath with his right clawed arm, breaking him slowly.
"Argh... you dare-"
Aerion's claw grew silver scales which wrapped themselves all around Wrath, draining him completely. "For how much longer can the Seventh Hell keep you alive, I wonder?"
His authoritative, deep, voice echoed far and wide.
"Release him immediately." A voice spoke out.
"Oh?" Aerion threw away the near dry husk that was Wrath and turned to the owner of the voice. "Pride."
Pride had the figure of a tall human male, except for the horns on his head. He was exceptionally beautiful and elegant. It seemed like Pride spent a great deal of time on his appearance.
"It is good that you know who I am. After all, Pride is the greatest sin of all... the rest are quite the ugly bunch while Pride... Pride is beautiful!"
"I suppose we have something in common." Aerion nodded. "Now..."
"Now, why don't you let me put these shackles on you and call it a day? I hate wasting my time on unworthy mortals."
"I could not care less." Aerion shrugged. "I've come here to kill you all... nothing more, nothing less."
"Killing us is impossible... we are His eternal servants."
'Defeat them and I will reward you with a third life... so I don't have to kill them anyway.' Aerion smirked. "I'm sure that you can still be broken for a time."
"That is true but you do not have the power to force me, Pride, into such a state."
"We will see about that."
Aerion exerted Rotias' authority over Hell and made Pride bend. "Oh... who would've thought that you bend so easily."
He stomped him like an ant, sinking Pride into the ground. Since he was a hundred thousand meters in size, Pride was even smaller than an ant to him in comparison.
'Is he dead?'
"It seems so, for now, at least," Rotias replied. "He will reform with time."
Aerion finished off Wrath. 'Only five remain... now that I know my strength compared to theirs, I might as well finish this here.'
'Izanagi... the rest stand before me.'
Five figures appeared. Gluttony was a massive giant, both in height and weight. There were several chained spirits in his hands and, eventually, mouth. Aerion found the scene of multiple people getting chewed by the abomination before him quite disturbing. Then there was Envy, a Goddess whos entire body was green and not that attractive... at all. Sloth looked disinterested and he showed this by laying down and continuing his long slumber. Greed was decorated in diamonds and luxurious clothing while Lust resembled a Succubus.
"Drip too hard... don't stand too close or you might drown off this wave-"
Aerion sunk them all into his Infernal Void of Endless Destruction, slaughtering them temporarily. He then absorbed the profound energy that remained before closing the Sixth Gate and returning to his Dragon Emperor state. Although being a colossal Dragon was fun and all, he preferred having a figure similar to that of a human.
"I have defeated them all, Transcendent Being."
"Good, good." He appeared before him. "Now that they no longer have a use for me, I will erase them and give their strength to the true Lord of the Underworld. The only and only, Rotias... or, if you wish, I can give that title to you by erasing him as well. You will gain all of his power for yourself... wouldn't that be great? Think about it and, hopefully, make the wiser decision."
Aerion shook his head. "Division is not necessary. You are a fool if you think that I would accept the latter... I would be losing someone for nothing more than a title. Furthermore, it is a title which I do not care about.
"Oh, how unfortunate. What if I make the deal a little bit spicier..."
"No."
"Very well, it will be as you wish." He flicked his fingers and Aerion felt alive again. "I don't need to send you anywhere, your World Teleportation Portal and Izanagi are more than capable of that. However... I heard that the deepest layer of the Seventh Hell is a great place for cultivation so you might want to return here later."
"Why thank you, I'll certainly keep that in mind," Aerion replied, with a slight tone of sarcasm.
The Transcendent Being disappeared and Aerion used the World Teleportation Portal to return to Primal Chaos as he could enter the Divine Palace because of the Dungeon.
~King's Landing
'It is completely ruined... except for the Red Keep.' Aerion slowly walked through the streets of King's Landing. Usually, his walks would attract cheers from the people but... it was silent today. The only sound he could hear was the soft wind blowing.
Aerion had a cheerful nature but, as of late, he found it difficult to be cheerful. Everything was so grim... he just wanted it all to end. Eventually, he focused his thoughts on defeating Him once more.
'All I require is his head and this nightmare will end.'
Aerion continued to the Red Keep, wishing to see what was left of the Iron Throne. As he reached the top, he felt nervous for a second.
'What if He has left an unpleasant surprise for me?'
He took a deep breath and opened the great doors to the main hall. There were a dozen guards, six on each side, awaiting him. They drew their swords upon his appearance but withdrew them once the lady atop the Iron Throne raised her hand. She descended down the steps in a slight hurry.
"Twin brother... it has been too long!" She jumped to embrace him but his hands remained at their respective sides, almost frozen still. In truth, his entire body was still for a moment. "Death separated us for a while, but Aegon and I found a way around that..."
"No..." Aerion stepped back and pushed her away.
'This can't be...'
