A lot of the wording of the sentences sounds basic with not much description- like it is what it is because I said so i.e. 'the cat felt sad because the cat felt sad' or the situation goes the way i want it to or people react in a positive way or negative way but not much in between." 

"Picked up this little gem recently. Spent about 5 hours reading continuously to catch up. Great book, great character design, great everything. There are a few hiccups with the grammar and vocabulary but there is significant improvements in each chapter.

The kiss was rough and yet gentle.

Jing Mo Chen was rough because he was punishing her for not responding to him, and yet he was gentle because he didn't want to hurt her.

"Promise me…" Jing Mo Chen said after the long kiss.

"If one day, I disappear and you can't find me, wait for me for three months. I will try my best to come back within three months… As long as I still have one last breath, and I still remember you, I will fight my way back to your side."

Jing Mo Chen heard Mo Xi's words, but he didn't want to hear such things, so he kissed her again.

After a long kiss, he spoke again, "Promise me that you will always be around…"

Mo Xi smiled with tears in her eyes, "My heart would always be with you…"
