When a small town witch named Victoria, moves to a big sunny city, Harvey. She soon finds that not all is as sunny as it may seem. On her first day to school she crashes her motorcycle into a man. Only when she gets up after the crash does she realizes that no body was found. Had she simply imagined it? Or was there more to the mystery? Poor Vicky soon meets a friend named Kurami who warns her from the one's people call the "Royals". Not understanding what is the big deal, Victoria decides to get to know their secrets.
