Wasn't I just playing my game????

"HonorBound is being released to console later this month... Maybe I'll be able to help some people adjust to the game?"

I pondered on this thought for a while, and while doing so I logged back into the PC servers to begin my support business. Unfortunately server maintenance was about to go down, so I had to finish up soon.

I had begun to make a business profit off of the fact that no one played support, so I ended being the number one merchant, and support player in the game...

"is that a raid? before the servers a set to go down?.. Okay let's get this done with and earn a little bit more before sever maintenance!"

Though I hadn't expected it to take so long... and by the time we reached the raid boss most of the players had logged off to avoid having a character deleted. But not me, cause I would still get the pay even if a few of the unimportant players left. As long as the raid leader, who needed to be there or else all his money was wasted, I could be paid. By the time we saw the raid boss all we had was me, the raid leader, and two advance level warriors. The raid boss was the demon king and without the other six players he was overwhelmingly strong, I had no MP, and barely any HP left, and the raid leader and warriors had died earlier because I was out of MP.

Just as the boss was about to finish me off the power went out... Ironic, the server maintenance, the permanent death of my character, and a power outage all happened at the same time... though if it was just a power outage, then why am I in a field..?

I know stories like this are numerous when in writing, but... they actually happen? I always assumed they were unconventional cash grabs for book readers but I'm sitting in a field I've never seen before. ( Probably because I'm from the city but...) It's even more evident because I've seen a horse drawn carriage on a dirt road, and I doubt that's really a thing you see in the US anymore. and even if I didn't believe all of that, I'm sitting in said carriage and I don't understand them. It's like a weird mix of different languages because some of the words I know for a fact are English, but only like part of them. I don't know what's going on but I really don't like how this is going to turn out...
