Chapter 8 Santalune Gym

after traveling for some time, Sky finally reaches Santalune city for his first Gym as Sky smiles and heads towards the Pokemon Centre and heals his Pokemon and then leaves to Challenge the Gym

As he enters the Gym, he sees a lot of Pictures of Bugs and others were there

"Wow, so many pictures and they are so good"

Sky tells himself

Suddenly a voice comes from behind her

"Hey you, Do you like them?"

It was a girl with yellow hair

"Yes, I would like to know who clicked them?"

Sky asks the girl with yellow hair

"Well, it was me, Viola who clicked all these pictures"

Viola tells Sky

"Woah, These are so beautiful pictures"

Sky tells Viola

"Thank you, so why are you here?"

Viola asks Sky

"Oh, I am here to challenge the Gym Leader of Santalune City"

Sky tells Viola

"Oh, Then let's go to the field"

Viola tells Sky

"Huh, Eh!, You are the Gym Leader?"

Sky asks Viola

"Yes, I am Viola The Gym leader of Santalune City"

Viola tells Sky

"Okay then, let's go battle"

Sky tells Viola

"Okay, let's go"

Viola and Sky enters the battlefield and face against each other

The Referee came in the room

"This battle is going to be between Gym Leader, Viola and Challenger Sky, Now send out your Pokemon"

"I am going to show you the power of bug type Pokemons, Come on out, Surskit"

Surskit was on the battlefield

"Okay then, Come on out, Treecko!"

Treecko comes out on the battlefield

"Okay then, Battle Begin!"

Battle Begin

Viola Vs Sky

Surskit use Quick Attack

Surskit heads towards Treecko quickly and lands a hit

Treecko now, Grab Surskit and use Absorb

Treecko uses his hands to grab and absorb from Surskit

Now leave him in the air and send him back to the ground with Pound

Treecko throws him up and then jumps to use his Tail to pound Surskit

Surskit goes down easily

"Wow, That is a strong Pokemon"

Viola tells Sky

"This ain't nothing, I trained before here I came so I am ready to face off against any Pokemon you end out"

Sky tells Viola

"Oh, Okay then, Come on out and shine, Vivillon

Vivillon comes out on the Battlefield

okay, Vivillon use Infestation

Vivion uses Infestation on Treecko

Treecko barely handles that attack as it was super effective

Treecko use Quick Attack

Treecko heads towards Vivillon and uses Quick attack

Now Treecko use Pound

Treecko flips and uses his tail to use Pound on Vivillon

Now, Vivillon end it off with Tackle

Vivillon uses Tackle on Treecko fainting him

Sky runs towards Treecko

"You Okay, Treecko?"

Sky asks Treecko

"Treee..."

Treecko replies tiredly

Sky calls Treecko back while saying

"Take a good rest, Treecko"

Sky goes back to his original position

"Now then, I choose you Ralts"

Ralts comes out on the battlefield

Vivillon use Infestation

Ralts dodge it and uses Hypnosis

Ralts put Vivilon to sleep

"What!"

Viola tells herself

Now, Ralts use Disarming Voice

Ralts uses Disarming Voice on Vivillon and defeats her

"Battle End, Winner is Challenger Sky"

Sky jumps with excitement as he runs towards Ralts and hugs her

Ralts was happy as well

Sky got his First Gym Badge in Kalos, The Bug Badge

"Umm, Can you tell me where is the next Gym?"

Sky asks Viola

"The Next Gym is in Cyllage City, To get there you have to get through Route 8 or use the Connecting Cave, And to get there you have to take a route back to Lumiose City and then head towards Route 5"

Viola tells Sky

"Thank You for Telling me, See ya"

Sky then leaves the Gym with the Bug Badge in his hands as he head towards Cyllage City
