Appearance!

The white light that covered his vision soon died down. His eyes was immediately met with a unfamiliar landscape, the area is grassy, there are also trees, but not enough to be considered a forest, and there are also visible mountains in the far distance.

'Hold up! This is definitely not the area I am supposed to spawn in! They mentioned it in the introduction that I am supposed to spawn in a specific location based on my class!'

Of course that 'specific location' Danny was thinking about was meant to be either a city hall, a military base, a National defense headquarters, or the Martial artist's headquarters depending on which classes you chose. Since Danny hasn't picked a combat class, he should have appeared in the city hall, thus meaning that appearing in the wilderness was clearly unusual, which is also why it was instantly noticed. Moreover, if the classes you choose are [Officer] and [Pugilist], you have a 50-50 percent chance of appearing in either the Martialist's headquarters, or the National defense headquarters, but if you choose any other combat related class, you'll appear in a military base.

The first thing Danny did after appearing was check himself, he clearly saw that he was in his avatar, everyone would know that they're in their avatar when they see them big guns, as well as the difference in their height. There is also the casual clothing he chose, which went along with his avatar, a brown sleeved shirt, some black boots, and green baggy jeans.

After finishing the first step, he decided to see what is in the weapons crate, by first opening the inventory.

'Open sesame!' His totally random thought somehow managed to open the inventory.

______________________________________________

Danny takes out the 'Weapons crate' from his inventory. As he takes it out, a palm sized holographic orb appears out of thin air and rapidly morphs into a metallic crate, which he then opens to reveal:

- 12 HE69 High explosive frag grenades

- A HG21 handgun

- 4 20 round handgun magazines

- A AR36 assault rifle

- 4 30 round assault rifle magazines

- A Mark V utility armor vest

- Thermal Vision Goggles

- B27 Ballistic Face Mask

- Rifle ammunition

- Handgun ammunition

- Military ration pack

Danny quickly equips the armor vest, where he puts in 10 out of 12 High Explosive Frag Grenades, and he checks out both of his Firearms to make sure that they are all fully loaded.

He is always cautious when a unexpected situation arises, like the one he is in right now.

After he finishes equipping his items, and sending the now empty weapons crate back into his inventory, he fully and properly checks out the surroundings, from which seems that there currently are no predatory animals, not that there are any animals in Danny's sight.

There is also a river, that is 156 meters away from him, coming down from the mountains that are in the far distance, and the trees appeared to be an oak variant

Usually Danny would know what to do next when starting in a game, after all he had watched the introductory video from Virtual Arts, they mentioned that once you arrive at your destined destination (the place you spawn in), you would have to go to the leader or representative, which then you should be able join the faction/Nation you wish to apply to.

However since he did not appear at the right destination that he was supposed to be in, he was very confused and is not sure on what to do next as they did not mention this in the introductory video at all.

He didn't want to believe that he was on a different planet from the one he was supposed to be on, nor did he want to believe that he is in a completely different universe, but it was something that he thought of inside his mind.

Danny pondered over what to do next, there are a few choices after all.

For one, he could try searching for any signs of civilization, by either following up or down the river that is nearby. In many novels that Danny read, the protagonist would usually end up searching and exploring for either civilization or settlements like villages, whenever in a situation like this.

The second option is that he could set up a camp or build himself a base using his [Civil engineering] knowledge. The [Knowledge] that Danny has can be amplified using his avatar's stats, skills, and real life experience, whenever the players are applying it into action. The same will also go for the player's [Skills].

And third of all, he could try learn about: why did he appear in the place he wasn't supposed to be in? Danny would not think of this as some mere glitch or bug.

However he decided to pick the fourth option.

'Menu please'

His inner voice was directed to his virtual system, which then an interface popped up out of nowhere in front of him.

'Oh dear me, this is the first thing I should have done the moment I noticed something was wrong' He hummed in his head.

He pressed the [Quit] option, but to his own surprise, the option didn't work!
