Battle and Bloodbath

The Moment when Kai left the cave after absorbing blood from the corpse of anbu and midwives.

Minato teleported to the Hokage Rock to lend his assistance to the forces of the Konoha battling the Kyuubi. The Nine-Tails immediately noticed his presence and attacked with a Tailed Beast Bomb, which he sent away with his Flying Thunder God: Guiding Thunder, a contribution noticed by the Ino–Shika–Cho as they headed into battle. Minato attempted to locate Hiruzen so that he could tell him what happened, but he was stopped by Tobi.

Tobi clashed with Minato and started to teleport Minato away, but Minato used his own teleportation to escape. Tobi followed. From Tobi's actions, Minato speculated that Tobi was, in fact, Madara Uchiha, who had decades earlier tried to use the Nine-Tails to destroy Konoha. Tobi didn't deny Minato's claim, but he did allude to having some purpose behind the attack.

Minato begins his assault on Tobi, who produces chains from his wrists, but is unable to land a successful hit due to Tobi's intangibility. Noting that Tobi would have to manifest physically in order to strike back, Minato throws one of his Flying Thunder God Kunai at Tobi's head while rushing towards him at the same time. Right as the kunai goes through Tobi's head, he materialises in order to grab a hold of Minato however, Minato forms his Rasengan and teleports to the kunai's location behind Tobi, and manages to land a successful hit on Tobi with the Rasengan marking him as well. Tobi is wounded from the attack, as his left arm begins to peel and fall off. Having branded Tobi, Minato is able to teleport to him right away and places a Contract Seal on him, wresting the Nine-Tails from his control.

Injured and deprived of his best weapon, Tobi fled, vowing that it was only a temporary setback.

In Konoha, many of the village's children had been taken away from the village and confined behind a barrier so that they would not be killed trying to protect the village. Others weren't so fortunate. Iruka Umino's parents, Kohari and Ikkaku, died protecting him from the Nine-Tail's, Itachi ran through the village with Sasuke in his arms, trying to find their own parents. Izumi Uchiha's father died during the attack, resulting in the young girl awakening her Sharingan. The Nine-Tails' attack also destroyed the Academy, amongst other buildings.

Kai was running in the tunnel towards the deepest part which he has dug while running a stream of blood was flowing in the tunnel and was getting bigger and bigger in size. Kai didn't waste the blood and kept absorbing it and tempering his body continuously at tremendous speed. He reached the deepest part of the tunnel which was like a cave with a size of a single-story building in the centre of the cave was a huge pool of blood which kept filling up, the. Various tunnels around the cave kept a steady stream of blood flowing through them.

Kai entered the cave and released his transformation and removed his clothes and hid them away from the blood and then kai took a dive into the pool of Blood while licking his lips and his eyes glowing bright blood-red lighting up the cave partially in a red tint. As he leapt toward the pool the blood from the stream started to revolve around him in the shape of a vortex and he kept absorbing is at insane speed and entered the pool. he dived into the depths of the pool and the blood around him kept entering him in the shape of the vortex. Soon Kai body started to grow as his body had reached to such a level that his body doesn't have the capacity to absorb the blood anymore and if he has to absorb it his body will keep on transforming into his adult size.

Kai immediately understands that this is not the right moment as he doesn't want to look like an adult while he is only three years old. He stopped absorbing the blood and started to think about what should he do about the blood which was still in the pool and this amount was still huge, suddenly his eyes flashed and a method came into his mind. Kai closed his eyes and settled into a cross-legged position at the base of the pool, he brought his hands in front of him and connected his fingers with each other and kept the palms away from each other.

when he did that the blood surrounding him suddenly moved away from him in a circular motion in every direction. Then a small stream started to flow from the blood toward the centre of his hands this bloodstream was of the darker colour than the surrounding blood with a small wisp of the golden-yellow and white colour to it, the amount of stream started to increase both in quantity and size soon a small red crystal marble started to develop in the centre of his palm and the wisp of golden-yellow and white colour in the form of vapour flew from it toward Kai the golden-yellow one entered his forehead and the white one into his chest. The blood marble reaches the size of a standard chakra pill and falls down into his lap. then another marble starts to form in the place of the previous one, the blood around him is reduced by a lot when the first marble was formed, this process continued as one after the other marble kept on forming.

After a few minutes, the blood surrounding him was all dried up and was black in colour. Kai opened his eyes and then veins near his temples started to bulge and his black pupils turned into the same colour of his irises. if anyone saw his eyes right now they won't be able to see any visible pupils which looked very much similar to a Hyuga clan byakugan rather than having a shade of lavender to them his eyes were of a blood-red colour. Then his pupil return back to the black colour they were and the veins around his temples also turn normal this was one of the Three Great Dojutsus Byakugan, as his eyes barely return to normal they started to change once again this change way drastic than previous one. Kai's blood-red irises turned black there was no difference between his pupils and irises then his pupils became red with a darker shade of black in colour and three tomoe form around it they were blood-renon colour. This eyes we're none other than Sharingan of the Uchiha clan which also belongs to and regarded as one of the Three Great Dojutsus. This was not the end the three tomoe in his eyes rapidly spin around his pupil, they were trying to merge with each other but not able to as something was missing and preventing them. Anyone with a Mangekyo Sharingan or know about it will immediately understand his Sharingan was trying to evolve further into a Mangekyo Sharingan. As they were not able to the tomoe's in his eyes slowed down and kept revolving around his pupil.

This was not the end of the transformation the veins around his temples again started to bulge and his eyes started to flicker in between Byakugan and Sharingan fighting for dominance in his eyes then his eyes glowed bloodred in colour showing the two Dojutsus that something even more terrifying thing exists which don't want to show itself. As the glow started to subside the Sharingan and byakugan combined with each other his black red pupils turn complete black this black was so black in colour that one will not be able to see the depth of it. This black colour also covered his irises they looked similar to the black hole in the space from which even light is not able to escape. In this black irises, three red colour tomoe kept rotating unaffected by the black irises and pupils. This eye gives out an insurmountable power and dreads as if someone took a glance in them he won't be able to escape the only way would be by paying your life to it. Kai closed his eyes and open them again his eyes had returned back to normal.

"These eyes are wonderful and amazing what should I name them, well I will think about it later"

The transformation of Kai's eyes was quick but the time felt by Kai was very long. he once again closed his eyes and started to look through all the new memories in the search of a few things which he needed right now. After finding what he was searching for he opens his eyes and thought

'Not only I got their memories I even got their comprehension and experience this will be easy, but to process this much memories which are still present in my mind will require a lot of time'.

He opened his eyes and looked down he saw few tens of blood-red colour marbles he tried to control them with his ability he was only able to shake them slightly.

he got up and looked around he only saw black gooey blood around him he controlled that blood and got himself out from the pool went toward his clothes got dressed up took out a scroll from his bag and jumped backed into the now-empty pool he opened the scroll this scroll was a storage scroll which he took from a dead anbu put the crystals one the scroll and did necessary hand signs to seal the crystals into it. he then kept the scroll back into his bag and then did another hand sign them suddenly 4 more clones form around him the Jutsu he used was none other than shadow clone Jutsu looking at them he said to dispose of this place and dispel themselves when they are done.

Then Kai suddenly disappears from there, this time he was using shushin to travel faster and get above the ground. He learnt these three methods just a few minutes ago. when he was searching the memories he quickly found this three and started to learn them when he was trying to learn suddenly he found out he can use them as good as the person he had absorbed the memories from. As he was arriving near the above-ground the noise which was coming from the battle was getting lower and lower. when he got out of the ground he saw only destruction and death around him suddenly he looked toward a certain direction he saw the nine tails far away preparing for another Tailed Beast bomb to attack the ninjas which are still battling with him.

Sorry for not uploading a chapter yesterday, for that as an apology today an extra-long chapter almost twice the size of my usual chapters.

I have not reread this chapter for grammar and mistakes if you spot some please tell I will try to correct them as soon as possible.
