Rating system for members.

Gong! Gong! Gong! The signal for the start of the aging ceremony rang out.

Every year a competition for children aging between 12 to 14 years old was held. The requirements to join the competition was to possess beginner state cultivation and have 1st stage proficiency in a profession. The children who had the requirements would be a first rate member. The top three of the competition would be core members . If a person didn't achieved the requirements for the competition when he was 14, he would have to go though the second rate aging ceremony for 15 and 16 year old children. The children to meet the requirements would be third rate members. The top three would be second rate members. If they still didn't met the requirements, they would have to go through the member orderal for 17 and 18 year old children. If they passed it, they would be fourth rate members and the ones to fail would be fifth rate members.
