Shi entered the living room of her house only to find her dear husband huddled in the corner of the living room surrounded by his top bodyguards as they stared at a packet lying on the table.


Yang: [After noticing his wife] Shi come near me, some idiot actually delivered a bomb. It is dangerous.

Shi: [With a smirk on her face] What danger?


Yang and the rest of the people surrounding him watch in shock as their mistress walks towards the bomb and easily diffuses it using a knife she just picked up from the counter. The bodyguards were ready to cough blood when their lady boss causally said,

Shi: It was one of the easiest bomb I have seen till date. Any normal person would be able to diffuse it. 

Bodyguards: [In their hearts] No mistress no one would be able to do it, you are not normally at all.

The CEO's Deadly Love

Yang looked at housekeeper Ying as he thought about the position which was best suited to her. He knew that she was an important figure in his beloved's otherwise bleak life and that is what made him respect her also. So he decided to first consult Shi at this matter before taking a decision,


''Housekeeper Ying I guess that since you were specially spent here to look after Shi it is only right for you to do that much only and if there are some changes I will let you know. That's all for you, you should introduce yourself to the staff with whom you will work know.''


Housekeeper Ying first bowed towards Yang and then faced the rest of the staff who were listening to their conversation as she introduced herself,


''Good evening, my name is Ying, but you all can call me whatever you wish. I was send here by my master to look after our young mistress but I will also be happy to assist you all if you all ever need me, if such a time comes then do not forget to ask me, I will be very happy to help you all.''


As she finished speaking the butler of the house came forward as he introduced himself and the rest of the staff to her,


''Good evening, I am butler Yan the head of the staff of this household, that is Miss Wang, she is the cook over there are Mei, Shao and Lan, they are the maids. Currently only the old gardener is not present here. If you face any problem then you are welcome to discuss it with me. Let's hope for a happy and peaceful collaboration.''


When Yang saw that all of them were finished with their introductions, he told cook Wang to reheat the now cold food as he went upstairs to wake Shi up. 


Yang had no idea that from where he found the courage to go for it and then decided that it was probably best for him to wake Shi up before his new found courage is once again lost. He stood outside the room once again but this time he did not hesitate. He knocked at the door once to again confirm whether she is still sleeping or not.


When he once again did not got a reply, he slowly opened the door and saw her sleeping in the same exact position and he felt his heart melting at it.


He slowly covered the distance between them as he walked towards her bedside silently as if afraid that he would disturb her sleep. He stood by her bedside facing her and then stoop down so that their faces were facing each other. He used his finger to gently remove the hair falling on her face as if afraid to wake her up.


He looked as she slept peacefully and then said slowly so that the voice was barely audible.


''I hope I cross your mind once in a while just so I don't feel stupid for thinking about you all the time.''


He then stifled a laugh when he saw the way Shi was trying to swat her finger as if it was an annoying fly. She behaved like a lazy and cute cat when she turned her face in order to escape his finger which was probably hindering her from going to her dreamland. He felt his heart tickle pink at her actions and could only wish to see this side of her more. 


He reluctantly decided to wake Shi up to join him for dinner as he knew that both of them had missed their evening snacks. He gently shook Shi to which she responded by burying her face into the pillow.


Yang sighed as he felt his will power weaken at her cute antics, he knew that it was going to be a long journey for him to win Shi's heart but he was as stubborn as they came and vowed to not give up on his mission.
