Shi entered the living room of her house only to find her dear husband huddled in the corner of the living room surrounded by his top bodyguards as they stared at a packet lying on the table.


Yang: [After noticing his wife] Shi come near me, some idiot actually delivered a bomb. It is dangerous.

Shi: [With a smirk on her face] What danger?


Yang and the rest of the people surrounding him watch in shock as their mistress walks towards the bomb and easily diffuses it using a knife she just picked up from the counter. The bodyguards were ready to cough blood when their lady boss causally said,

Shi: It was one of the easiest bomb I have seen till date. Any normal person would be able to diffuse it. 

Bodyguards: [In their hearts] No mistress no one would be able to do it, you are not normally at all.

The CEO's Deadly Love

As he accepted the fact that he was miserably failing at his promise to himself about not making her cry.


Yang quietly groaned to himself as he prayed that Li Yifeng should never come to know about her crying this much. Ever. For he had no idea what that little psycho would do to him in return for hurting his sister.


Bao Yang was not and is not afraid of anyone or anything,

'I hope that this could be hidden by makeup or even better if housekeeper Ying doesn't notice it tomorrow and then nothing gets reported to Li Yifeng.


If so then perhaps I may live another day to shower her with my love.'


Shi finally calmed down after repeated pats from Yang on her small back,


Looking at his handsome and gentle face, she asked him,


Yang chuckled lightly, as he poked her forehead with his index finger with minimum strength so that she felt the jab and it did not hurt her at all.


'I am not kind Shi, well not to everyone at least but I am kind to you because I like you, 


I love you and, that is why I am so exceptionally kind to you every day so that one day you do not wake up and realize that you could do way better than me and then decide to leave me in search of someone who could treat you better,


This is the reason why I am kind to you.'


Yang said it inside his head as he hoped that he could say this to Shi but he knew that his kitty did not share the same feelings as him and so instead of facing rejection and perhaps embarrassment Yang chose to stay silent as he only mysteriously smiled at her.
