Just for a while pt.2

Izzi Pov

      I walk to the door and open it to see James at the door. He spots Cleo as he walks in and slowly walks towards her. I can see the questionable fear in her eyes. I grab James and pull him back as I whisper into his ear, "Don't act like a crazy person, your scaring her." He nods and walks to Cleo and reaches out hus hand. "Hi, I'm james." She slowly reaches out her hand and shakes his. "I'm Cleo." He looks at me then back at her. "Are you sure she's a witch?" He tells me through his mind. "I don't know."

          He stands up and walks over to me. "We need to make her show her power." He whispers to me. "How are we going to do that?" I whisper back. "You know how young half bloods first show their vampire side when they are in danger?" "No we are not doing that!" I yell making Cleo jump. "There's no other way Izz." I sigh and look at Cleo. He is right we need to find out what she is. I nod at him as he text someone and puts his phone back into hus pocket. "There is going to be a vampire come here and he's going to break in through the door and act like he's going to kill you okay." "What!" I almost scream as he leaves the apartment. I sigh and sit next to Cleo.

   Cleo Pov

        The weird guy leaves from the wispering conversation him and Izz were having. Izz sits beside me and puts her head on on shoulder then pulls me into a hug. I don't know why I don't push her away. We've only known each other for 3 weeks but she protects me and I feel safe around her. She's so much bigger then I am that her long arms cover me. She seems so nice and kind, but I still trust her fully. She holds me tight and she doesn't seem like she wants to let me go.

      I feel her body tince and tighten. "What's wrong?" She pulls me closer and puts her head on my shoulder. "I think-" the girl walks into the room and looks at us. "Izzi can you stop cuddling your girlfriend and make me some food." I feel my face began to become red as Izz lets go of me and stands up. She goes into the kitchen and opens the fridge and hands her so many snacks, she can hardly hold them all. She smiles at Izz and looks at me and winks then walks back into the bedroom. Izz sighs and walks back towards me. "I need to go get some food, want to come. I nod and stand up. We walk out the door then down the hall. I wonder what she was going to say? I shouldn't bring it up right now, since it seemed to trouble her so much.
