"Enough !" Kathryn exclaimed in a slightly high pitch voice. She glared warningly at Daniel. Her eyes seeming to say "I will stitch that blabbering mouth of yours if you dare say one more word !"

Daniel softly chuckled as he uncrossed his legs. He began tying something on his phone, seeming to mind his own business.

"Son.." Kathryn called gazing affectionately at Emil, "Let bygones be bygones, and let's focus on what's present alright?" she said with hope filled eyes.

"..."

"Louisa is a nice girl, and she loves you very much. More importantly, she's carrying your child, my grandchild. This should be enough to marry her right?" Kathryn continue to speak in a convincing manner

"Is the child she's carrying yours? Shouldn't this have been the question you ask as a mother?"

A sharp and sudden voice sounded from not so far away. They all looked to where the sound came from, and lo and behold, there stood Felix with his unfriendly gaze fixed on his wife, Kathryn.

Emil softly chuckled as he raised the left corner of his lips.

"I think the show's going to be more fun. Look at mum, she's about busting out" Daniel said amusingly to his brother.

"Shut up" Emil said with his lips stretched out. 'He couldn't wait for all the drama to come an end, so he could listen to his precious voice.'

"Why are you just coming? Your phone was off."

" My battery died. Was there a reason for calling me?"

"Yes.. No..I mean yes, we have guests"

"Oh, guests" Felix repeated while nodding his head. He walked forward and sat down, facing Leah and her daughter. His gaze very cold.

"Fe..Felix, good evening to you" Leah facing the cold gaze of Felix, softly greeted. It was as if she was whispering.

But sadly, she didn't receive any response from him. All she got was a more fiercer gaze.

"Mum" Louisa tugged on Leah's arm. She looked down, avoiding Felix's unfriendly gaze.

"What did I hear about child and grandchild when I stepped in? Felix intentionally asked.

Leah forced a smile, "My princess, is pregnant with Emil's child and your grandchild. She's couple of weeks into the pregnancy, and very soon, we are going to be grandparents."

She said hinting on the word, "grandparents".

" Oh !, is that so?" Felix feigned surprise. "When and how did this happen?" He asked with his gaze fixed on Louisa.

"Honey, what are you saying. It has already come to this. What we need to do now, is to fix a date for the marriage before her belly protrudes. We don't want the public finding out before the marriage, do we?"

"You're right. We don't want the public to be talking badly about us. So we need to sort this issue out, once and for all !"

Fifteen minutes later,

"No...no...no, that's not true ! That's isn't me in that video. It just can't be me ! Mum...mum.." Louisa screamed as tears flew down her chiseled cheeks. She rushed to hold Kathryn hand, trying to seek sympathy as well as defend herself.

Her hysterical behaviour rendered Kathryn speechless. She stood there shocked with what she had watched on the phone minutes ago.

Why wouldn't she be shocked ?!

This is the same girl she had wanted as a daughter in-law.

She's the same girl she had seen growing and blooming into a beautiful lady.

She's the same girl she had defended and supported against her very own family. Most importantly, her two boys!

She had loved her dearly, and even considered her as a daughter.

She had been blind to all her little and dirty tricks over and over again ! And YES, if someone else other than her husband had shown her such a disgusting video, she wouldn't have believed it.

Or probably, she would have turned a blind eye on it.

What has she done to her son all these years ?!

At this sudden thought, she came out from the shock state, shook Louisa's hands off her, and hurried to Emil.

"Sor...sor...sor..." before she could add the two letters (r and y), to form a complete word, regretful tears took over, choking her.

Daniel stared at the mother daughter pair as if they were some disgusting creatures. With cold and menacing tone, he asked,

"Do you still need the guards to escort you two out?!" he chuckled, "Are you still here probably because you have plan B up your sleeves? Be thankful of the blind trust my mother had for your family all these years, if not for that, you would have paid dearly for messing with my family, especially my brother !"

After three seconds, he mouthed out three harsh words.

" Now, get out !"

Louisa held tightly onto her mother for support while tears popped out of her eyes like an endless ocean.

All these while, Leah had remain mum, watching everything as it plays. Not once did she imagine such an outcome.

What's going to happen to all her plans? And what about her desire to be part of the Anderson family? She couldn't believe how quick her aspirations had vanished with just a video on the phone!.

'Could someone explain to her !'
