"So this is how it works, should I invest the stat points evenly or prioritize one stat? Hmm, I will save them for now and think about it later." So, for now, I will entertain these Slimes a bit more. He spent the rest of the day fighting the Slimes using every method he knew to kill them. He even discovered that the Slimes only became poisonous after consuming the grass that was growing on the floor, after coming into contact with it he felt a foreign energy enter his body just like in the Mage training course when he let the elemental energies flow into his body. So he reaped a few stacks of it and headed back into the pathway where he was safe. He then used Identify on it.

He began to eat tiny portions of the grass and assimilate it into his body since he was immune to the low-grade poison he could let the energy he absorbed from it enter his body without worry. He did not need to counter it and absorbed it at a rapid pace. After getting used to it he fetched more of it and began eating it faster and in masses, as he suddenly heard a notification.

Skill Description
Poison Control Lvl 1, Aktive Skill: You can transform Mana into low Poison and control it.
Poison resistance Lvl, Passive Skill: You are immune to medium poisons.
"Nice seems like I can learn more Skills by trying out new things." As he said that green Poison mist was emerging from his hands and hovering in the air in front of him. "This is just like Elemental Control, I wonder if I could unlock this because my Class is special or because no one ever tried this before." Lothar then looked at the pond where the Slimes spawned and shortly bowed down. "Thank you for making me stronger, but I have to leave now."
After coming back up he activated his stealth Skill and headed to the direction of the Crab respawn point. He approached them slowly and carefully, he knew that Rengo's team could be around here. As he arrived there no one was to be seen, only a pond of water and about 15 shadows that all moved around were there. He noticed that they moved all in a similar way and concluded that they must be of the same race. Lothar checked his surroundings and saw a narrow way that would allow him to lure them in and make them line behind each other, a perfect way to gain massive experience points.
So he applied Agility Increase and Wind Boost than headed in front of the narrow pathway and unleashed his stealth mode. He threw some stones at the mobs and then headed into the passage. After the first 5 shadows lined up, he took his sword and a red beam of light hit them and cut all of them in half in one go. He used his Firestrike again. Though this attack was no official Skill of his Class he knew that it was his most powerful attack.

After just a short amount of time, the rest of the pack entered the passage and he did the same thing again.

After being killed the Crabs turned from their shadow form into their real form. The already narrow passageway was now filled with giant 1 meter-sized Crabs, and the next wave started to appear.

After reaching Lvl 10 Lothar suddenly felt a strong surge in his overall strength, since he was wearing 5 power gemstones that would increase his Power by 10% he was able to immediately feel a sudden increase in his strength, so he opened his Status window.

"Wow, not bad! It must be the Bonus for reaching Lvl 10, I love this Class more and more. Normally only the main stat for a Class is raized by 5 stat points, but an overall increase by 5 points in every parameter is pretty nice" Lothar could not believe this was happening to him for all those days he trained in disdain, not getting stronger at all because of the curse, he finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel. "Since this passage is now cramped I have to face them openly, but since I got this boost in power I should be able to handle them perfectly." After going through the corpses of Crabs he inspected the Crabs and looked if anything of it was worth something.
As he was inspecting them he only noticed that the freshly burned Crabmeat smelled delicious but nothing else was noteworthy. He broke off the legs and scissors of the Crabs and stored them inside the Inventory as additional provisions and a welcoming change in his menu since Crabmeat has a lot of protein and is delicious as hell, it could even fetch quite a bit of money on the market.

After everything was done he waited until the next wave of mobs would respawn out of the pond. He quickly got used to fighting the Crabs even if he got surrounded by them he used his Earth Shield to reduce the damage he would take if one of them might catch up with his speed. But he soon realized he was simply too strong for them and fought with them for the rest of the day. During the time he waited for new respawns he prepared some of the Crabs and had something to eat.
"Is this boy fighting in a dungeon and having his first life-threatening experience or is he on a camping trip having fun? I hope he grows like he did the last couple of months and can keep this pace. Maybe he will be ready in 3 years." Grim was still watching Lothar grow. "This boy is the most interesting candidate I have found in all my years of striving through the universes."
He spent the rest of the whole day fighting the Crab mobs until he realized there was nothing left to gain from them. He bowed to them, entered stealth mode and left to the Murloc respawn area. On his way there he discovered Rengo's team. They were arguing with each other which way to go next. "I thought you were a Scout, how could you not be able to read a map?" Rengo said to Dogan. Dogan looked helplessly at the map having a very confused look on his face.
Astrid walked over to Rengo and said, "This is the worst experience of my life and here I thought our glorious days as Rifters would begin, but this is a total disaster." Shelly nodded and added, "Not only were we defeated by a few Slimes, but we also got completely lost and attacked the wrong respawn point. We were hunted by that pack of shadows for a whole day. From their hights, I guess they should have been Naga and not the Crabs we were looking for. They are on a completely different Lvl only a professional team could take them on. Even Murlocs are too much for us."
"So they got lost, no wonder there was no sign of any recent fights at the Crab pond. They were lucky enough to escape from the Naga." Lothar thought to himself. It was one thing to fight beast like mobs but a completely different story to fight humanoid mobs. They are able to communicate with each other and coordinate their attacks. They are also able to use traps and ranged attacks, some species are also able to unleash magic attacks.
After he passed them by he only thought how ridiculous they are for always bullying him and being deemed Geniuses. He just left them there and proceeded, he could help them if he wanted, they would not be able to recognize him and would think of him as a high Lvl Rifter for entering this place alone and simply see no connection to Lothar the weakling who they despise so much. After an hour of walking through the dungeon, he finally arrived at the Murloc respawn place. In the back of the cave was a pond again and in front of it were about 10 Murlocs patrolling the area.
He chose to handle this differently than before, though Murlocs are humanoids they are quite stupid and easy to trick. First, he closed in on a Murloc and shortly touched it. The Murloc scratched the place Lothar touched and thought a fly was just sitting on his shoulder. He then headed back to a passageway so far away they would not notice what he was about to prepare.

"Let's see if it works." Lothar transformed into a Murloc and walked back into the direction were their respawn area was. He was worried because they were covered in shadows and he was not. He did not know if they would realize that he was not one of them. He neared them slowly and used his stealth Skill to get near them. The closer he got the more he was surprised. "You there move to the left path and check for intruders." One of the Murlocs gave orders to another, he was now able to understand them. As he was finally able to see them he was shocked. "The shadow, it is gone. This Transformation Skill is truly marvelous." He was relieved, since, when he could see them, they might be able to see him, just as he does them, without a shadow.
"Ok let's proceed with the plan." Lothar headed back behind a corner and placed some of the Crabmeat there. After he finished everything and made some preparations he diactivated his stealth Skill and shouted, "Yummy, yummy, crabmeat!" As he said that he was waiting for the other Murlocs to come around the corner and as they were able to see him he started eating the meat. "You there, what are you doing here?" One of the Murlocs asked. His voice sounded exactly like the one from before, "This guy seems to be the leader." Lothar thought and answered. "I found this crabmeat and could not resist, it is too delicious."
"What is he doing now? How can he be this evil and mischievous?" Grim said as he watched Lothar playing his role as a Murloc spy. "You should try this, it tastes really good," Lothar said to the Murlocs around him. As they saw him dig into the juicy meat. They sooner or later were swayed by the thought of crabmeat from turning back to their posts to guard the pond. "Ah, screw it, let us dig in together no one will notice if we just have a little taste of it." One of the Murlocs said as he found a few more of them nodding and agreeing with him.
After a few seconds, every one of the 10 Murlocs that were patrolling in front of that pond came closer to the crab meat and began to dig in just as Lothar did. Lothar then stepped back and watched them eat the crabmeat. When they were done eating they headed back to the pond. Lothar just walked along with them, as all of a sudden.

"Everything worked out just as planned." It was not like he had to fear them or that he could not finish them off with another method, he simply wanted to try out his skills to the fullest. Lothar was able to confirm that he can transform into a species he touched although it was still hidden by the shadow, he confirmed that he was able to talk with them after he turned into this species, and he was able to confirm that he could see through the shadow and could mix in with the species he transformed into. But what he wanted to confirm the most was, how deadly his Poison Control Skill is. That's right the preparations he did before calling the Murlocs to his position were to poison the crabmeat.
