Cropse Basilisk

Inside the cave.

The callow man entered the cave. As he slowly walked inside. He saw piles of broken skeletons of various demon beasts and humans lying on the ground. He was afraid by seeing this many skeletons in the cave.

"I should have known that I should not trust Yan Hong, that bastard always throws trouble at me." cursed Xue Song as he walked deeper.

Soon the skeletons increased in amount and bone breaking sound was heard. Soon he saw a bone nest. Xue Song's face bloomed with happiness as he saw eggs in the bone nest.

Xue Song quickly rushed towards the bone nest and saw total 5 eggs as big as his hand. He quickly put them in the storage ring given by prince and looked around. As he looked around. Xue Song saw a number of weapons on a side. There are broad swords, long swords, Blades, axe and several storage rings. Immediately, Xue Song rushed to them. He acted as he was injected adrenaline. "I'm Rich. I'm Rich... These all are Spirit Weapons. If I sell them all, I will definitely get enough resources to breakthrough core formation realm. My days have come... Yan Hong quickly circulated his SE into his sword. Yan Hong SE is so vigorous than others. Yan Hong is in Peak stage Foundation Realm while others are in the middle stage foundation realm.

Yan Hong and others are ready to sneak attack the Corpse Basilisk Demon Beast as it is walking towards their attack range.

"Now." Shouted Yan Hong as he slashed his sword from the above while other four attacked from the both sides giving no spots for the Demon Beast. The Corpse Basilisk already knows that there is someone ambushing him. The demon beast roared facing Yan Hong while induced killing intent in his roar.

Yan Hong's sword clashed against the demon beast's head, but there was no damage done to the demon beast. The group's momentum was stopped as the sneak attack failed. Seeing them attack, the Corpse Basilisk Demon Beast eyes turned crimson. It fiercely attacked the nearby curly cultivator using its tail. The tail penetrated the curly cultivator's body, making him die on the spot. It happened too quickly that Yan Hong and others are unable to react to it.

Seeing Xue Song coming out from the cave, the Corpse basilisk demon Beast roared thinking about their eggs. It rushed towards Xue Song. The black-robed figure immediately rushed out from there while shouting, "Retreat, you fools. Did you find the eggs?"

Seeing prince coming to save them, Yan Hong, Xue Song and other cultivator relieved and praised in their hearts. "Prince, I stored the eggs in this storage ring." Xue Song said happily while running.

The mother Corpse Basilisk demon beast is the one which prince fought until Xue Song took the eggs from the cave. It had several cuts in all four legs.

Hearing the roar of its mate, the male demon beast found out that they lost their children to the cultivators. Its remaining one eye became red until it bled and rushed towards them in frenzy. It spit out black SE ball towards Prince and others, which was dodged. The spot on which it landed was quickly corroded. Seeing that made their heart shiver.

Prince seeing that thinks are not looking good, immediately took the sword in his hands and slashed the cultivator's leg. The cultivator who did not see it coming had his leg cut from his body and fell. He shouted in pain while others are running from there. Seeing this, Xue Song and Yan Hong's heart tightened.
