the arrows

Ari put the vest on, which was kinda heavy.

"I will be slower with such a heavy vest."

"Don't worry the machine will bring you to your limit, but it won't go overboard. The vest has also the function to measure your heart rate etc., so there is no need to worry."

Hwang Tae-Kyeong was talking to her in a calm and deep voice which made Ari feel safe.

This machine won't kill her and knows how to set a limit. She was in more dangerous situations where her enemy didn't know when to stop.

Taking a deep breath Ari went to the middle of the stage.

Before even starting Ari had already sweat on her forehead. She hated situations in which she couldn't analyze everything.

Up till now she only knew that on the edge of the stage was every 1 meter a pole from which the arrows would come out. The lowest will be on the same height her ankle was.

But are they shooting up or down or just straight ahead?

Since she needed to learn for this to react fast and not only to survive she couldn't find a safe corner. It was important to stay in the middle.

"Ready?" His deep voice broke her thoughts.

She gulped and slowly nodded.

"We will start slowly, don't worry."

With that said he went to the pole with the controller and pressed a few buttons before it started.

Ari was standing still, trying to keep calm.

A vibrating sound started and 2 seconds after the first arrow shoot.

It came from behind her and scraped her right leg.

"Ahh!!" the sudden pain shocked her but before she could look at it, she heard another vibration and the next arrow was shoot.

This time it would have hit her head if she didn't look at her leg.

Hwang Tae-kyeong frowned. He made the system not shoot at her directly.

But if she doesn't react at all it will leave a few scratches.

"Concentrate!" he shouted. He didn't want to hurt her, but she needed to learn to dodge.

Hwang Tae-Kyeong was good at judging a person, and he was sure that she was able to do it.

She was smart and her moves were fast and strong.

He saw her fight before, the only difference was that she was prepared. She watched the enemy snd analyzed them before she fought against them.

Another vibration could be heard, the next arrow shoot.

Ari dodged not knowing that the arrow this time was aimed at her left leg, but since she knelt down it scratched her arm.

"Ugh!" it was only a scratch but this shit was sharp! Blood came out of her arm and leg, but she had no time to look at it since the next arrow shout after the vibration sound.

This time Ari rolled to the side and thankfully was able to dodge it, if not it would target the leg that was already full of blood.

Ari took a deep breath.

`Alright, no time to waste I need to concentrate! The Arrows will not hit me directly, but only if I don't move in the direction of it, since once shoot it won't change the direction! I can handle the pain, I need to handle it to analyze the machine. `

She closed her eyes and stand still in the middle of the field.

Hwang Tae-Kyeong smirked, he knew what she wanted to do even though he didn't want her to get hurt or let her body get a scratch it was important for her to learn. He will give her some good medicine afterwards for the wounds. It will heal without leaving a trace.
