'So? What now? You want to kill him? Reap his soul? You know that is not allowed. Even you are bound by certain rules.'

'Really?' the man said his tone challenging. Death nodded and a glint of madness appears for one moment in his eyes.

'Is that so? I may not be able to take his life but that doesn't mean I didn't have the authority, to at least give him but a taste of my power. Let see' and the man close his eyes.

Then he opens his eyes and smiles. Then he said.

'I might not be able to take his life just yet, but….that doesn't mean I have to make his journey any easier than it should be. You want him to save you, Amara? It may be destined, but it doesn't mean I can't stall it.'
