Finding a dragon!

Is that a dragon? Oh god, oh no. Please tell me that it is a friendly dragon that gets along well with humans. Last thing that I need right now would be a dragon trying to kill me. Luckily, it seems to be asleep, or at least it seems to be ignoring me. I'm definitely not going over there despite me really wanting to pet them.

Let's begin another training montage.

Major things happened during these three months. The dragon woke up and walked over to where I was, whilst still in training. I could not believe how silent this giant dragon walked. It took a while to even notice it was there. I panicked pretty badly, thinking back it was kind of embarrassing. Turns out dragons are not all that bad, well old ones that is. Young dragons seem to be pretty violent. Dragon-san seemed to be impressed with my talent and even gave me the opportunity to be his disciple, well it was more of forced than offered.

This dragon's name is Aaron. I told him how my creation ability worked in hopes that Aaron will help fill up my bank. He agreed but mainly so I would create him everything he wanted. He made me waste so much mana that I barely got any for myself. The interest made a lot of profit however.

Here are my grimoire pages.

Creation magic: Level 2

+ 1 mil

Upgrade magic: Level 3

+ 5 mil

Passive: Level 2

+ 2 mil

Bank: Level 4

+ 5 mil

Temporary Immortality: Level 1

+ 1 mil

[Blank]:

Current magic stored in grimoire: 1.1 mil

To increase grimoire page: 400k

I figured out that the cost for upgrading abilities increase by 10 each time, while the grimoire pages only increase the price by 2. I didn't really know what abilities to give my grimoire. I was testing with a few abilities, but I felt like the pages would be locked if I did them. I managed to put in Temporary Immortality. It's an active skill that will drain a certain amount of mana per second. Once I get it to level 10 it will become regular Immortality which is a passive skill. That will be a bit away as it would take a sickening amount of mana to get it to level ten. My passive ability shot my talent up to SS-rank and even increased the mana density, along with the usual capacity and purity.

I learned a few new mana skills. I was able to fill each cell in my body with mana, raising not only my mana resistance, but also my physical resistance. By coating an object with mana I am able to pick it up like telekinesis, but my system says it is inferior to the real deal. Also I succeeded in my attempts at the rasengan and physical manifestation of mana. To my surprise, the rasengan seems to be a little weak. I'm not sure if I am doing it correctly, but it doesn't have nearly the destructive power shown in the anime. I can get better results my simply making a spike and stabbing it into someone. Bonus if I explode it afterwards.

I never managed to obtain my goal in A-rank mana control, but B-rank is pretty close. Also it seems mana resistance just became resistance after my stolen mana-body experiment. I am permanently stuck at 1st class until I learn some more magic.

I've been able to go into the next couple levels of the mountain but still stayed behind as Aaron doesn't like going past the 5th level, he never told me why. My small training is over as Aaron had to leave, so now I can tackle the next layers!

The 6th level is pretty easy to walk though. There was only one thing different- It was extremely cold! To make matters worse, the system said I had to stay here for 5 hours! Why does it keep increasing?! I don't even know why I have to wait here as I can pass through this layer with ease!

Currently I am on the 10th layer, I have no idea how long this mountain is. I can't see past the barriers ahead of me. Just the last few layers were like hell. The system says this mountain was designed for sages to increase their affinity towards the elements. I'd say it was more of a torture device created by sadists to watch the pain inflicted on the sages, or to like show them that they can die easily? I really don't know.

Hey Riku here, yeah down here. I am currently lying face flat into want I assume to be rock. I really have no way to find out as I am currently drowning in lava. I activated my temporary immortality as soon as I entered the 12th floor. I don't want to find out what will happen when I run out of mana. This stupid skill is wasting 10000 mana per second. I only have about a minute until most likely death. I would love to move but the gravity increased immensely to about 100 times.

It was made to be a death trap as the gravity wasn't nearly as high as before. Is it sad that I am getting used to nearly dying? Well I should probably not think that much as I only have 30 seconds left. Well I already know what to do.

Summoning my grimoire I add a new skill. Spatial Control, this will allow me too-

On second thought let me teleport out of here first. I teleport above all this lava to get a good look at a place to land, alas when you are under 100 times gravity you don't really get to get a good look. I simply teleported back down to the 11th floor, which is full of a blazing blizzard.

Once I past the 10th floor mark, the floors seemed to repeat themselves but are now stronger. Ice must represent water as there wasn't a water floor. After that magma zone it will probably be hurricanes or something, then something with earth. I honestly can't think of what it would be. I am scared for the 15th floor.

You might be thinking that taking a dip in lava would be the closest I came to death, but the 10th floor was awfully bad. It was just pure electricity everywhere. That was much hotter than the lava I just experienced. Last thing I need would be plasma shooting down from the sky as some sort of sh*tty tribulation. Excuse my language.

This better be worth it in the long run. The system, which I have now named Phoenix as a symbol of my rebirth, said that it will decrease the cost of learning magic of said elements and even increase their attack power exponentially. I have my eyes set on Origin magic, which is basically all the elements combined into one. It will only save me a couple thousand mana in the long run, but I thought origin magic sounds more cool than simply listing off all my elemental magics. I will still have to buy special affinity magics like time if I really wanted to get them all.

Checking my grimoire I only have 10.3k mana left. Siiigh. Time to take a nap. I've had enough traumas today.

And so I went to sleep, covered by a layer of snow.
