CH-4

Soon two weeks went by, Jax left to return to Forks the next day, surprising his dad who was expecting him a week later, though he was more surprised at the black sports car, in the driveway.

He was skeptical at first but, later on, he was glad that his son had good friends who left him something when they left the country and went back to minding his business.

After he put his backpack with his clothes in his room he got on his motorcycle (see author's notes) he went to Jacobs to start working on the truck, about thirty minutes later, the part's arrived and they got to work.

And so the first week went by they had finished the car, it looked brand new they had changed the front of the car and the hood took of the side skirts and repaired them and put them back they even changed the color of the car it used to be an ugly orange that honestly it looked more like the car had just rusted.

Once they had finished the car Jax looked at his bank account he kinda had an urge to cry most of the money he saved up in the last two years was pretty much gone.

'Oh well, it isn't a problem just yet, and it should be fine I have the income that 'DAWN' produces after all.'

"Hey Jacob I've got to go to the music store in Port Angeles and get something sorted out so I'll see ya later"

"Why do you have to go to the music store? I didn't even know you liked music."

"I do actually and I play too but some idiot t-boned the van the movers were using, my guitar case got wrecked the guitar inside too if I find the numbskull responsible I'm breaking his arm," Jax said as he gritted his teeth.

Jacob beside him just hoped he didn't find said person as he awkwardly laughed.

Port Angeles, in front of 'DAWN', stood a beautiful black bike as Jax walked in, the café was about to close as it was nearly 7 PM.

"Excuse me we're about to close." said a young woman probably around 19 years old, she had blond hair in a neat bun and was wearing the café uniform black pants and a light brown shirt with the logo on the white apron's skirt and a nameplate that said 'Lucy'.

"I know that's why I came now my name is Jackson Swan the new owner are you the only employee here at the moment?" Jax said with a friendly smile.

Lucy looked shocked she had heard that there was a new owner but she wasn't expecting someone so young or good looking.

"N-n-no Stan is in the back checking the inventory." Lucy stuttered as she blushed, she was also a bit afraid she would lose her job as it usually happens with ownership changes.

"Relax I won't change the staff so you're not going to lose your job, could call Stan over please," Jax spoke with a chuckle.

Lucy nodded her head repeatedly as she blushed even harder and went further inside to get her colleague.

After a minute she came back with a man in his mid-twenties who had short black hair and a face that put people at ease.

"Mr.Swan welcome what can we do for you."

"Please call me Jax, and I'm just here to assure you that nobody's getting fired and organize a meeting with other employees to hear your thoughts on things we could improve for example we could make people keep the noise down for people who want to read since there is a bookstore down the road or provide cd players and headsets as there is a music store which sells CDs nearby too, things like that also I would like to discuss the tipping system I think it would be more productive if we keep tips separated it would motivate you and the other employees to work harder, also are you both working full-time and the only ones doing so or ...?"

"Well there's us, Lucy just got changed from part-time to full-time since an old employee left, then there is one other full-time employee and two part-time workers one of them is new though."

"I see, well could you set the meeting with the others, after a few weeks preferably, I have to get all the other paperwork and I don't have their numbers yet and I would prefer to deal with everything in one go. Also for now keep your shifts the way they are and switch Lucy with the newbie, and Lucy you will take the shift that was left open from the one that left. You work each shift alone and the part-timers help every few days right?"

"Yes, that's right, Stacy also acted like a third part-timer though."

"I see well maybe we could hire someone extra I don't think I will always be able to help out on a regular basis. Well, that's all, oh yeah here's my number call me once you've set up the meeting."

After giving his number to Stan, who was happy that his new boss was so mature despite his age and Lucy who was looking down to hide her face. Jax stood up and left the café.
