Feng Yi!

"That's not something that someone from the royal family which is one of the four founding families of the strongest sect of the Raikou continent should say," Drog said.

Elder Feng slightly nodded her head. "You are right. Actions of Feng are never wrong. No matter what they might be. Now then. Let's properly introduce ourselves. Shall we? My name is Feng Yi and before I became a guest elder of the sword sect, I was an inner sect disciple of the divine dragon sect. Now it's your turn."

Drog slightly nodded his head. "I see," he said and thought, "She may be beautiful and an elite, but she's not an elite amongst the elite." He sighed inwardly. "When I learned that she came from a royal family and the strongest sect of the continent, I was feeling hopeful that she might be someone that would walk by my side as Yu'er did, but it seems that will not be the case."

"My name is Drog," Drog said. "And I am an outer sect disciple of the sword sect."

"So I learned from your identification insignia," Feng Yi said. "But that is not your real name, is it?"

"What do you mean by that?" Drog said as he slightly tilted his head to the right.

"You know perfectly well what I mean," Feng Yi said. "You are hiding your name."

"I can't let anyone find out that I am Yun Xia. Because if they do, the world will know that it failed to kill me ten years ago and it will try to kill me again," Drog thought and said, "I am not hiding anything. You can go to the village where elder Yu Bo's wife – big sister Ri lives. She will tell you all about me as she was the one that raised me. Or if you don't want to leave the sect, you can just find Go, Ro and No. They will also tell all about me as well as they were my friends until ten years ago."

Feng Yi nodded her head. "I see," she said. "I wonder who abandoned you. Was it someone from the Feng family? Was it someone from the Xiao family? Was it someone from the Wei family? Was it someone from the Mei family? Or maybe was it those ten thieves that died fifteen years ago by the emperor's hand." She shook her head. "Doesn't matter. You were abandoned, and the current you, has no family. From this moment on, you will be my disciple and my junior brother in the divine dragon sect. Let's depart immediately."

Drog shook his head. "I am not going anywhere just yet."

Feng Yi frowned. "Why not?"

"I have something that I must do in the sword sect first," Drog said. "I must kill my three friends from ten years ago – Go, Ro and No."

"You want to kill your friends?" Feng Yi said in a slightly confused voice.

"They stopped being my friends ten years ago," Drog said. "Until I kill them, I am not going anywhere."

"Why do you want to kill them so much?" Feng Yi said. "What did they do to you?"

Drog snickered. "Ten years ago, they beat me up, spat on me, called me trash and said that they would kill me."

Feng Yi frowned even deeper. "I was originally planning to stay in this sect for another three months before returning to the divine dragon sect," she said. "You have three months to kill them. If you can't kill them in these three months, then I will kill them myself." She relaxed her face. "The Tchi herbs and Yi grasses that you didn't use are yours, and so is this room. You can contact me with this transmission jade." She pulled out a blue jade as she finished her words and gave it to Drog and he stored inside of his pendant. "To use it, just infuse your Qi into it and speak. If I don't answer, then that means that I am busy. Until the next time, my disciple." She walked out of the building and closed the door behind her.

Drog turned his eyes to the ingredients. He saw that there were seventeen Yi grasses and seventeen Tchi herbs on the table. "I have a total of twenty-two Yi grasses and Tchi herbs," he thought.

"Listen closely," Liu Ri said. "I will now explain to you how to create your own alchemy recipes."

"I am listening," Drog said in his head to Liu Ri.

"First, you decide what kind of pill you will be trying to create," Liu Ri said. "Second, you search for all the possible ingredients that can be used to create that pill. Third, you find all the ingredients that must be used to create that pill. Fourth, you remove all the ingredients that clash with the ingredients that you must use. Fifth, you maximise the effectiveness of the remaining ingredients. Sixth, you determine how hot the cauldron must be. Seventh, you concoct. Eighth, you eat one of the concocted pills. Ninth, you write down the recipe. These are the nine steps of pill recipe creation. For reference, I rewrote my recipe of the basic Qi recovery pill 674,313 times."

"I see," Drog said and thought, "I already know what kind of pill I am trying to create, what ingredients must be used to create it, how to maximise their effectivity and how hot the cauldron must be."

Drog took the Tchi herb with his right hand and the Yi grass with his left. He infused them both with water Qi and put them down on the table. He walked up to the cauldron and used his fire Qi to blaze a flame below the cauldron. He waited until the cauldron started to shake violently before concocting the first batch of the Qi recovery pills according to the recipe that he learned from the tome which he got from the sword sect library.

Looking down at the pills in the palm of his hand, Drog saw that they ranged from 50% to 76% of effectivity.

"I first need to concoct a pill of 100% effectivity before I see how much of my Qi the pill of that recipe restores," Drog thought and crushed all the pills that he had in the palm of his hand.

Drog concocted basic Qi recovery pills until he managed to concoct a pill of 100% effectivity which he did on his fifth concoction. He gulped down this 100% effectivity pill and felt that 1% of his total Qi got restored. He tilted his head slightly to the right. "How much Qi does a basic Qi recovery pill has to restore anyway?" he thought and then repeated this question to Liu Ri in his head.

"At least 10% of your total Qi," Liu Ri said.

"I see," Drog said. "And how much Qi does your basic Qi recovery pill restores?"

"59%"

"Then my basic Qi recovery pill has to restore at least 60% of my total Qi," Drog thought and said, "I see." He walked up to the table and prepared the Tchi herb and Yi grass in the same way as before – by infusing his water Qi into them. Then, he walked up to the cauldron and prepared it in the same way as well – by making it shake violently. After that, he concocted a batch of basic Qi recovery pills in a slightly different way than before and got pills that ranged from 10% to 17% of effectivity. He crushed them in the palm of his hand and concocted again and again as he tried to concoct a pill that was of 100% effectivity. However, he didn't manage to do that as he ran out of ingredients. He only managed to concoct a basic Qi recovery pill that was of 97% effectivity.

"I am out of both ingredients and time," Drog thought. "I need to get more of both, but that can wait for now. I haven't seen Lucia in a while, I should look for her." He walked out of the building and to the bridge which led to the main peak. Taking it, he arrived on the main peak and walked to the bridge that led to the outer disciple peak, but before he could reach it, he spotted someone that looked familiar. He looked at him for a few seconds and then he smiled. "Found you, No."
