'Damn it all, it's so hard to mix two contradicting elements! Why do they have to be linked through emotions rather than thoughts?! I wanted to mix ICE with FIRE but their contradicting emotions aleays causes me to fail!'

Red can be seen dashing through the forest, ice haze flowing from his body like a shroud of mystery and divinity, as spikes constantly form in front of him. His eyes exude a chilling killing intent and his hands aiming for the creature in front of him, an injured boar.

He can be depicted as someone who would look like a guy at first glance, but if you look hard enough, there's a bit of feminism in there, like the eyelashes and eyebrows looking much more detailed and accentuates his eyes more than they should.

He kept cursing internally and released a single ice spike, which sped of quite quickly, like an arrow being released from it's tension. The spike hit the boar square in the back, it's fatality inevitable.

He sighed and grabbed the boar by it's tail. He carried it on his shoulder and started walking towards town, where he could sell the boar and maybe gain some more money for food.

He walked the muddy, crude path while summoning his system.

Red breathed in a cold air as he stared at the void called his collection.

'Maybe I should start learning some basic hand moving to start making my own novel or comics. Maybe make ecchi while I'm at it, Also my motivational line of making waifus is going to be unnabated and unmoved, even if I can't do it now'

Red sighed and entered the town's gates and headed straight towards the Main Plaza, the heart of the town. The people around him looking at him for a second and continuing what they were doing.

It wasn't strange to see the same kid selling Rank 0 Beasts in the plaza, though he was frighteningly young, poverty strikes the unaware and the weak.

He laid his hunt on a meat stall, the man behind the counter looked at the boy for a second and smirked.

"'Ey Kiddo, brought s'more? I swear ye'r goin' 'na drive me poor, y'ear! POOR! HAHAHAHA!" The burly man howled in laughter and placed a single silver coin and took the boar, examining it with the eyes of a professional.

"Well, hunting can be fun sometimes you know? Being alone there in the woods, nothing but danger surrounding you. Let's just say that whatever happens in foress, stays in forests" Red replied vaguely and took the silver coin while watching the man cut up the meat precisely and accurately.

"Y'er a weird on' kiddo. But not gon' na lie, tis meat is be'er than most I buy 'rom tha' crappy Huntin' Alliance, not insultin' your alliance or anythin', but tey only sell dogshit and catpiss and price it like it's the 'oly Grail" The burly man said while chopping the meat like it was his worst enemy.

"I mean, you're not wrong. They only sell those ones that the Chefs or Alchemists didn't want, so it's shitty as fuck. I won't blame you though" Red replied casually and took a look around him, casually eyeing the two men in black armor watching him.

"'ey, I think tis one's a rank 1" The man replied and looked at Red, who immediately snapped his head in his direction.

"Does that mean 2 more silver coins?" Red immediately answered, excited to have much more money to eat much more. Maybe his true life goal in this life is to eat.

"Le' me check, migh' be som'in formin'" He replied while putting the fingernail-sized crystal on the table. Using his Appraisal Skill, Red investigated the beast core.

He sighed and thought that if he can influence the evolution path of beasts, then he can raise some OP monsters to hold the fort while he makes anime, which would be awesome.

'Or maybe I can gain inspiration from differently evolved monsters and create my own Pekomon, or Zelda!'

While he was daydreaming about manipulating a horde of monsters, the big man was already laughing his ass off like he won the lottery while he was drunk.

"Y'er lucky, kid! T'is an Ice Core! Tis sells for 2 Gold, no ma'er if it's Rank 1!" The man heartily laughed as he placed 2 Gold in front of the currently giddy Red.

'NEVERMIND I CAN EARN SO MUCH BY INFLUENCING ANIMALS. MY LIFE CALLING HAS COME. I WILL BUILD AN ICE CORE KINGDOM! I WILL CREATE A SLAUGHTER HOUSE FOR DIFFERENT CORES! I'LL MANIPULATE THE ECONOMY AND POCKET ALL THE MONEY!' Red greedily thought to himself as he grabbed the two gold coins that feel like they have been violated.

"I'll ge' lucky tis time in te' Auction! Ey kid, if ya bring me mo' of tis, I'll give ye a free sword whatshamacallit for free, and ma'be sum'in like a sword" The man said. He grabbed something from below his desk, and revealing it to be a sword.

Red's eyes suddenly bursted with determination, abruptly leaving the stall and running towards the forest. The man sighed and shook his head as he continued his daily routine.

Red can then be seen crouching behind a rabbit as he slowly let ice haze penetrate the ground, forming slightly visible tendrils of ice underneath, slowly creeping towards the rabbit who was eating grass merrily.

Red has been doing the exact same procedure for 3 hours now, slowly enveloping the grass the rabbit eats with ICE and nurturing it. In fact, the rabbit wasn't the only victim of thus cruel way of nurturing, there was also several rabbits alike, and a boar.

He has been keeping this for 3 hours, not stopping for one second. When he noticed the rabbit started "shedding" it's skin to white, he sent stronger tendrils towards the grass, hoping to make it reach Rank 2 somehow without jeopardizing it's core.

Red sat for another 10 hours, which is absurd for a child, and finally witnessed the third evolution of the rabbit. It started scratching it's front tooth, and was replaced by a growing icicles. It's eyes changed from brown to crystal blue, quite literally, and it started exhaling mist.

Red snickered haughtily as he turned the ICE it was eating to a very strong POISON, causing a clean death of the Rabbit. He grabbed the rabbit by the ears and went to gather the rest who has also evolved to Rank 3 Ice Types.

'This is like pokemon but worse... it's so great'

He re-entered the city gates but this time, almost everyone was staring wide-eyed at him. Who wouldn't stare at a kid who managed to carry 10 Rank 3 Ice Monsters, and coming from the forest, where Earth Monsters are more easily seen.

"Hey where did he get those? Do you think we can capture those too?"

"Well duh, a child could, so why couldn't we?!"

"Let's go hunt some and earn money!"

"Wow, look at those Rank 3 Ice Monsters! If I had only one Ice Core, I'd be able to master it in no time!"

"Dream on, we're in the Culv Continent, meaning we get the Yang part of things, unlike the Ilan Continent, they get the Ying part of things! Getting even an Ice Core would not only be impossible, entering Ilan Continent would result in treason! I bet the kid just got lucky and found some wandering Ice Monsters!"

"You're right. Tch. Those damned dark elves and their selfishness! If only we became stronger and joined hands, we could rule the whole world!"

"That looks like some bounty, let's get to stealing shall we, boys?"

"Nah man, I still haven't returned home. My wife's going to beat the shit out of me and possibly cut of my dick when she sees me. So I'll pass this one"

"Yeah, me neither. I still have some... business to do... somewhere"

Red sighed helplessly at the attention he was getting, well he didn't mind, but he wished he could atleast be 18 so he can flirt with those females eyeing him.

'Guess I'll have to live with it'

He arrived at the same stall and placed the 9 rabbits and 1 boar, shocking the man out of his wits. The man hastily cut and sliced the beasts and inspected the Beast Cores they held.

"I don't believe it kid! Ye actually got ye'r old man some boun'y! Take these an' leave! I 'ave some sellin' to do" The man greedily said as he threw 20 Gold and the promised rewards to him.

"should we investigate further, sire?" A man in a black cloak asked. He can be seen bowing down to someone sitting on what seemed to be a throne.

"Go, and make sure to not be noticed like last time" The man sitting on the throne replied and sent the kneeling man away.

"Let's see what you're capable of...."

The man chuckled and held his staff before getting down the throne and leaving.
