Finding back to cicilization (2)

"What do you mean by what is the meaning of what?", she asked into the woods, not at all confused that there suddenly was a voice coming out of nowhere. Mo and I however were very confused. First, we weren't allowed to kill that stupid tree that had drilled through my body and now we were shadowed again, without us knowing. But not knowing if there was more than one panther, and I assumed it to be panthers because Shira seemed to know the owner of the voice, we just stood there, not wanting to say something that could bring us into danger. "They just wanted to get some refreshments after the undead disaster has driven the wild away. They are just as living beings as we are, uncle. Come out now! I don't like talking to trees." That was really brash move of her and I don't know where she got the guts from, but she probably had to be some high standing member in their society. Her posture gave me some hints that I was right, as she stood there, knowing that he won't dare to disagree with her. With a lifted chin, she expected her uncle to come out. And that he did, however with not an ounce less proud face on his high held head. They both had high cheeks and through their facial features, I was able to notice their blood relativeness, even if I didn't know that he was her uncle. But I probably would have guessed him as the father and not the uncle. "Are you alone?" she asked him, knowing that he would never come out alone like her. "No, I am not, but as a security measure, I won't show them, so that those two will have a surprise if they attack us." He finally gave us attention after talking to his niece. "What are you doing here? What did you do that SHE wanted to interfere?" Although I am not really used to make speeches and as well not used to attention of people, I got nervous and started to sweat. Suddenly, a memory of my time during primary class came to my mind. I had to give a presentation and I embarrassed myself utterly and now I was afraid to say something. I opened my mouth and closed it repeatedly, not knowing what to say. The sweat got worse and even Mo with his normal nose was able to smell it. Mo wanted to say something, but the elder panther hindered him from saying something and concentrated fully on me. That didn't make it better and then, with an outcry, he screamed: "Intruders! Kill them! They are just here to harm us. I smell the smell of fear on him, afraid to say anything that could reveal his plans!" He transformed immediately and pounced on me like a black bolt of fur and muscles made purely for killing. Suddenly, another black figure appeared in front of me and defended me against her uncle. Fighting in a small close-range fight, similar to the fight of the wolfmen I witnessed during the beta-phase, just in their full forms. Then, as I looked down my body, I realised that, I too, was a pack of muscles made for killing. I yelled at them: "Shira! Shira's uncle whose name I don't know, Stop it! I will fight you myself."

They went apart of each other but still eyed each other suspiciously, weary if the other party would attack again. "I will fight against you now. And Shira." He looked at her intensely. "I will talk to the elders about your misdeeds. This behaviour will finally have consequences, and for first time you can't get out of it with your my-daddy-is-the-chief act and come away. This time, I will look after it myself. Such selfish behaviour isn't desired here." Looking away and in my direction again he said in definite voice: "Let's fight, you have booked a beating in my program plan." He cracked his knuckles and walked into my direction and on the run, he once again, turned into a black panther. Ironically, instead of getting the passive effect 'Cool mind' during my mental fight before, it activated now, during the fight with the panther, although it would have been much more helpful during the first fight, so that I wouldn't have had to fight the second one. Now, while the panther leaped to me I activated my favourite skill, Create miracle, but as well the skill, demon morph. My skin got red and redder until it ended dying at crimson red. Then, black claws grew out of my nails that were as long as kitchen knives and twice as sharp as scalpels. Eventually, my height changed and I was double my previous height. (Not like Kishtan who had an increase of 3 because of skill mastery)

I also had my damage increased, as a message had said, while it appeared in front of me.

The size didn't scare the panther, but it surprised everybody present, even Mo. As nobody knew that there was such a power hidden in the body of that scaly beast that had its own blood all over it because of wounds, and they didn't want the uncle of Shira to fight me anymore, but I haven't even yet started. "From the young to old, the body gets stronger and then weaker again. Curse this old man with weakness that lasts until the day ends." I was trying out new variants of those speech-spells. And the funny thing was, if I said them now, with the effect of the skill, I didn't even stutter or have problems pronouncing it right. A black light shone over the body of the panther and the bystanders were able to see the body wither and dry out in mid-jump. Then, I punched right at the incoming body. It was a massive impact, that nearly broke his bones, and let them crunch a bit under the might of his hit. The panther's body was sent flying in a big curve and he smashed against a tree in the distance. There, all the power in his body seemed to disappear and he collapsed right at the same spot. Shira, at the brink of crying, ran towards the body of her uncle and seemed to care deeply about him, although he treated her like sh*t. "Come on, help me! Somebody help me!" Embracing the collapsed body of her uncle, she started crying on top of him. Out of the bushes behind them came rustling noises and two big, muscular men with tattoos all over them came out of it and picked up the motionless body without saying a word and threw only a quick glance at us, but in their eyes, during that short moment, there was a hatred for what I did to their pack leader. Without saying anything, they departed into a certain direction and Mo and I went to Shira and picked her up, after she had stopped crying. Afterwards, she didn't really want to talk to us and Mo and I slowly followed after her on a hidden trail through the densely packed forest until after we passed through a hidden passage in a waterfall and walked through a cave-like way, we arrived at a plateau above a small valley in which a small village, that had the style of an old Japanese ninja village. The background was breathtakingly beautiful, with fresh, green grass and misty atmosphere, not the mist as the one from the skill vapor blade, but mist as in wet, moisturising and refreshing. Finally, she talked to us again, although reluctantly. "This is my panther tribe's village, the Misty valley."
