Staring at the body of the suicidal god, I blinked at the body of the dead god. It glowed. I wanted to touch it, but then I remembered that there were mortals around me. "You all can go. And this is an order, just politely formulated. So, go!" Apparently, the suicide in front of me had affected me a lot, and although I wanted to kill him myself first, I had changed my mind. But so is life, completely unexpected and difficult to know what will happen next.
After an hour or so, all the locals had dispersed and even the formerly accused ones left on my order. But just to be sure that no one will notice the revival, I dragged the corpse over to a nearby mountain and hid behind it, which I only found after searching for a while. Hiding as a nine metre tall being isn't easy after all.
Having arrived at the spot, I lay down the body of Flavius and tapped on it with my half a metre fingers. The surroundings looked like a really nice place to be with a small natural font that had a magical atmosphere around it. Tapping the body an option appeared in front of me.
[Loot corpse]
Yes! And then three items appeared that shocked me dearly:
- Blueprint of god's armour
- Blood potion of Flavius
- Revival stone of Flavius
"What the heck! Now I need to learn forging?! HELL NO! I will more likely search some forging genius in the future when I need the armour. And why did he even have this? That's so weird."
Well, let's revive him first. ~Use: Revival stone of Flavius
The aura around the now dim-looking corpse which had stopped glowing started getting agitated again and it got more colour and started shining with a bright light that affected the surroundings with its magic light. An unholy and bloody looking portal appeared and through this, a naked Flavius appeared, who had scars and bruises on his body. His body looked like it had undergone a massive change in physique. He got bigger by a metre, his muscles which had been already bulging as a god of were beasts looked as if he had taken steroids and as I gave him back his former armour and weapons, which consisted of a curvy sword that was longer than a normal broad sword and looked more like the scimitars of the old Egyptians. After he put his armour on, the muscles nearly burst out.
"I am so much stronger now. Hail Kishtan! For that I never betray you!" His confident voice was seeping with enthusiasm.
"Off you go, boy, and don't forget my words I said in the beginning. I wasn't joking at all." Putting on a serious face, I tried to give him some words to have a goal during the next weeks before I meet them again. Then, he walked off and transformed into a beast that looked quite similar to the behemoth vampires, although I have actually never seen such a variant before. He melded into his own shadow and disappeared from view. So much about a dramatic departure. My grandma in my old world would have had a more dramatic departure than him, since she would rant at my parents that I hadn't eaten enough.
Now, I really wanted to see those players, swarming the game, and what they were about. "Let's go, I said to nobody certain and took a last look at the place where Flavius had been revived.
[Fountain of life
Description: Having been a normal place before being graced by the presence of two gods, one alive, one dead, which revived and completed the cycle of life, granting this place a special power.
Effect: By drinking water of this fountain, you achieve practically eternal life. You still can be killed by other means but time]
That was something special as well. I will take it with me to the castle on the heart of Yggdrasil. With an orb enclosing around the font, it hovered behind me and I stored it in my inventory. Let's bring it back and then see the players. And let's prank them. That surely will be fun. For me, certainly.
