Clearing the doubts

After the assassination attempt, I walked around in the forest and searched the way back to the cave. I ended up completely lost in the woods, because the big trees completely hid what was behind them.

Like this I ended up in a trap, laid by elven hunters to catch prey that they would consume, when their normal theory of only eating vegetables wouldn't fulfill and something for the emergency had to come. Currently, such an emergency was happening. After all, they were expelled from their own village.

I was hungry and thirsty. The last time I had eaten something, was when I had dinner two days ago. Now that I thought about it, I realised that everything that had happened, was so mind-blowing, that I still couldn't believe that first of all, my father had died and had been revived. Then, I had received another father, who was the freaking main deity of the multiverse. And as well, I had just killed another person, which freaked me out a bit.

The next three hours, I just cringed around on the floor and tried to sleep, while I held my stomach in pain over having nothing to eat.

In the morning, the elven force of hunters found me unconscious and took me in to heal me and look out. They hadn't yet found out what had happened to their youths. And this will take a lot of for them to understand and reconcile with the player base of the elven population.

Back in the base, from where I had fled from earlier to sneak up the player camp. Now that they would die like we normally would, they now feared death as much as we did.

I woke up in chains, again, which was slowly a custom, and was surrounded by male and female individuals. Here in the elven lands, the sexism wasn't as great as in the other territories like in the human world in the first centuries. Although only males were allowed to be leaders, the females, if they did it right, could pull the strings from the shadows.

During the next hour, she was interrogated about why she was here, how she had found her way to the innermost elven land and as to what had happened to their youths. As she was a truthful person, she replied to all of them honestly.

"The reason, why I am here, is because my father is an extremely influential man and he had sent me here, to learn the art of assassination, healing, and archery. The best for me would be to get a teaching in manner as well, but I think that is an unnecessary thing to do. I am a very nice person, as you can see, but he may be planning for something in the future, where I have to have at least the know-how of what a lady with a decent self-respect has to be capable of." That question was answered with a bit of humour and joking about Kishtan. About the second question, she had to twist the truth a bit. After all, she couldn't say that her father was the most mighty deity in the whole multiverse. "Uhm, how I am here, huh? Well, that is a good question. I don't really know an answer to it, but he teleported me here. If this is enough I think, I should answer your last question. With that, my features changed into a very serious one and immediately, the elves knew that soemthing bad had happened. "Your youth, uhm, how should I say this, uhm, they got kind of ... wiped out. Sorry."

Their wailing started at once and some even asked me how this could have happened. I answered after a short while of thinking. "The players who had raided your village, killed your youth. I killed their leader in an assassination attempt, but couldn't kill more of them, because of simple carelessness on my side."

With a bit of gratitude for avenging their children they patted on her shoulders and consoled her, that she now had a greater chance of surviving her life here. But, they couldn't let me go yet because I was, after all, an intruder and it wasn't sure, if I was telling the truth. But soon enough, they found the corpses of the elven youths and my claims were verified. They finally let me out of my prison and the elders and leaders of the village invited me to join them in a meeting about the future and what will happen. Now that every young male had been annihilated, they only had females left and didn't know what to do.

In their society, the priests should be females, while the leaders should be males. Now that there wasn't any male left, the females had to take over the ball.

What a good thing that I was a female. Although they could just go to the capital of the wood elves, they would have to give up their ancestral property that had belonged to them since their first settlers came here and took over from the wilderness.

In the meeting, they talked about what they should do now. And the only reason, why she was allowed to participate, was because she had killed the player.
