The Dinner

Leaving the conference room she went straight to her office, located in the 15th floor of the building.

She has a some paper works need to check and sign today, which is a urgent documentation needed for the huge shipment bound for the other countries. If they can't ship it today, it will mot make it on time as requested by the client. The shipment has been overly delayed due to some documentation that need to be settled in suppliers part. And it takes them 5 days to secured those papers.

Waiting in the conference room for that stupid meeting and thinking how the meeting went out, it makes her more angry. She has wasted her whole morning for that. So nonsense!!!!!

She continuously reading the paper above her table, then her phone ringing. She reach her phone and pick the call without looking who is calling.

With furrowed eye brows she answered "Hello?"

"Darling Ellena, how are you?" the caller answered.

It takes her few second to recognize her sweet voice, Mother.

"I'm fine mother, how can I help you? Is there any problem?" I replied.

Behind her mind, she wondering why her mother is calling me, its not normal that her mother will call her just to ask how she is.

"oooohh No darling, I just calling you to inform regarding the dinner tonight. Pls come home for dinner, thats all, I will not take this call any longer, I know your busy." after saying her reason and not even waiting for my response her mother indeed the call.

Hmmmmm dinner, well its been I while since I visited our ancestral house.

He summoned Titus thru in the intercom. After few minutes I haired a knock.

" Come in" I let him in, and continue.

"Do I have any schedule this late afternoon?", asking without looking Titus.

"You have a meeting with Mr. Ching at 5 pm, boss" he replied .

" And dinner meeting with Mr. Tetsuma"he continued while checking his tablet.

"Move all these meeting tomorrow, and explained Mr. Ching that I have important family need to attend to.

He nodded and turn his back to leave.
