Star Crossed: The Idol King & Empress of Evil

Sunyoung walked into her hut after the walk with Insa only to find Hayoung there. He was pressing a cloth to his forehead which was bleeding. She gasped in shock and strode towards him.

"What happened?" she demanded. "How did you get this injury?"

Hayoung ignored her and kept on pressing the cloth to stop the bleeding. Sunyoung took out a fresh cloth and poured some water into a bowl before hurrying towards him again.

"Let me wipe off the blood," she offered but Hayoung inched away from her, showing irritation on his face. Sunyoung's nostrils flared. She grabbed his chin and turned him around, surprising him with her strength.

"I'm fine!" he snapped. "You don't have to worry about me!"

"I do," she said firmly. Without another word, she soaked the cloth into the water and began to wipe his wound. He hissed when she slightly grazed the cut but she was gentle. He could not help but look at her face as she cleaned his face.
