A few seconds later, the two columns closest to him started to lite up even more brightly, they were glowing very vibrantly, every time the Chartreuse Green flames flickered, there were symbols and images that lit up for a short time.
Eventually, the images and symbols start to show up again but this time on the walls and formed the outline of a door.
In the center of the wall in the door was an image of a pair of eyes.
The young boy pushed the two eyes, and the door opened.
A dark hallway lights up in front of the boy, the hallway light up the same as the chamber that he is in, its glowing with those same Erie and strange green symbols and images all over the wall and columns.
Small dots light upon the ceiling of the dark hallway.
After taking a deep breath, and calming himself.
The young boy enters the dark and poorly lit hallway, he eventually ends up at the end of the long hallway.
There was a large double door, it was made up of 10,000-year-old sandalwood with inlays of bronze and iron all over the doors.
The doors were painted a fascinating fulvous orange, yet they still had the air of something that could only be described as something old, something ancient but the more stared at the doors.
The more he wondered, the more he thought to himself what were they there for, why were they there, the boy just stared and stared at the doors lost in his own thoughts.
With his own understanding, the doors were pulsating, no they were emanating, these two doors were something he couldn't describe, the boy felt they were absolute, they were something more, they were beyond his mortal understanding, the feelings they gave him were clear and innocent, they were pure, they were inspiring, almost as if they were daring the person or thing that stared at them to try an open them, they felt unquestionable perfect, they felt ... .... ... ... Holy to him.
Looking upon the two large doors were four different images on them, there was a gold phoenix, on top of the left door and a silver Kun Peng on the bottom of the left door.
On the right, at the top of the door was a Celestial Roc made of ivory, and a Divine Vermilion Bird made of opals on the bottom of the right door.
What could only be described as breathtaking, took away the boy's fear and gave the boy curiosity, it gave him a shock and in a moment awe, a sense of pride that he found within him, if anything the two doors made the boy gather courage, the courage to open the doors and stop cowering towards the gloomy hallway, and what he just witnesses behind him in that dark chamber.
After the boy open the doors with all his might and pushed through and entered the next room, the stone entrance behind him started to glow as it shut.
When that stone door finally closed, the glowing eyes on the other side of the door shut and faded back into existence.
The boy started breathing heavily and quickly, the body of an immensely massive beast was before him.
Though it wasn't moving, the body terrified the boy, at first he didn't dare to move as he thought it was only sleeping.
But as if a stroke of luck fell upon the boy, he somehow gathered his courage and closed his eyes as he took a deep breath, he opened his eyes again and gazed upon the massive beast before him.
He stood quietly and gathered his thoughts once again.
He realized that it wasn't breathing.
It was dead, even though it wasn't rotting or decaying, the body stayed perfectly still, the beast or whatever the boy thought, it stumbled the boy's thoughts.
What seemed strange and confusing to the boy, had been reasons unknown to him, was because it wasn't a normal beast or animal you might find in the forest or near an open field or place known to any normal person.
Unknown to him, it was a Spirit Beast, unlike a regular creature or beast you'd find in a forest. It was something that didn't survive off normal things like food or water, even though it could. It didn't need those types of things, it lived off of Spirit Qi, and well spirit Qi comes from the universe itself, it did anything it could, to gather and absorbed it.
From anything to everything, the form of the essence of and within its very own self. Spirit Qi is everywhere, it is found throughout the universe it comes in many different forms and shapes and depending on where you find, see or feel it, it could come or be perceived in almost any way. From the basic building blocks of atoms to the electricity within a bolt of lightning, to the makeup of a star, to the things that cause a supernova.
"Well, well, well it looks like we have a guest, lord Kalmus!"
The boy stood there for a couple more minutes, before being awakened from his thoughts.
"Boy!"
Huh ... what?
"Stop staring, and walk up those stairs behind Lord Kalmus, and come see me."
"Lord Kalmus?"
"Yes, Lord Kalmus is the one you keep gazing at rudely, now close your mouth in awe. Look away and start moving, didn't your parents teach you not to stare, it's considered quite a rude thing to do, kid!"
This new place was, beautiful... breathtaking, he couldn't believe it almost if he didn't look around and see what he was looking at, he wouldn't believe it.
All the walls, that he was looking at were covered in murals and ancient and mesmerizing and unique scriptures, things he could never fathom or dream of.
"There depictions and there old ways, we use to tell stories, but that was before humans knew how to speak languages and read, it's a tale from more than 4 Eons ago.
"An Eon?"
"An Eon can be from 500 million years to a billion years, in this case, it's been 5.7 billion years since this event happened."
"Now stop dillydallying and make your way towards the end of the hallway."
When the boy got to the end of the hallway, there was another set of doors again, but this time there was just a pair of eyes on them. Purple irises in the shape of octahedrons with specks of gold and sapphire in the center with a pitch-black circle in the center of them.
( Dao Seeing ) was written above the doors in Caligraphy.
When he looked down he could see that the door wasn't touching and they were slightly opened, and it was possible for him to squeeze through the doors.
Immediately, upon opening and getting through the doors there was treasure everywhere from coins to strange objects, swords, chests, two large stone tablets, tons of scrolls, multiple paintings on the walls, and a large set of stairs leading up to four, very tall thrones, covered in four different colored silk clothes on them.
The first one was Sapphire blue, the second one was a deep ruby red, the third was a lustrous gold, and the fourth was a pale amethyst violet, and had an old man on it.
Upon entering the chamber, the boy felt an invisible presence wash over him, and a deep chill ran up his spine.
Hmmm...
"Interesting... very interesting!"
"Ahh ... um hello sir!"
The boy quickly bowed and cupped his fist towards the old man.
( Wait for a second, how did I know how to do that? )
"I'm surprised boy, you don't seem to be nervous or even scared!"
"I'm not, I'm just confused, sir!"
"Well, you're an honest kid at least"
"How did he know I was telling the truth!"
Haha ...
"I got you with that one, didn't I!"
