Judging from the massive distance between the land and the air, much like a passenger plane flying at maximum operational altitude which is of course very very high. She wanted to take on the magnificent view for a while longer or maybe even slowly glide all the way down, that would probably take a few hours but good, water and rest doesn't matter here.

And of course, it's unrealistic. First problem was her wings, since it can be retracted it should be easy to hide, second was her clothes, third was basically everything about her. Everyone will obviously be suspicious when they hear about a woman that came from the crops wearing some questionable clothing so talking to people was out of the question.

Since she was a high grade golem, food and water wasn't a problem, plus she could last for a long time without the need to refuel herself. If only she thought of this sooner, this answer was only triggered due to the circumstances she encountered, it looks like even golems can be a late thinker sometimes.

It takes only a few seconds to find what she's looking for but as long as she doesn't stop for a break which she doesn't need, she'll be able to find them soon enough and of course, this time she thought of hundreds of scenarios so she actually has a plan when going there.
