Walking Forward

"Alright," Nichole said once they had finished cleaning up from lunch. "Let's start with walking."

"Walking?"

"Looking feminine has two big parts. The obvious is how you look; the hair, the makeup, and the clothes. Less obvious, but even more important, is the body language.. Here, watch me."

Nichole took a relaxed pose, leaning against the kitchen counter. She held her hands together in front of her waist, as she looked off to the side a little. Then she changed her pose, just a little, by pulling her shoulders back and pushing her chest forward, and giving just a hint of a smile.

"Ooo kay..." Jacey said slowly.

"Did you see the difference?"

"Yeah?"

"Alright, I'll explain," Nichole reverted to the first pose. "Position one, casual and relaxed." She shifted poses again. "Position two, I want you to notice me. Now watch what I do next." Without moving the rest of her body, Nichole, still holding her hands together, pushed them a few inches lower. This had the effect of having her upper arms pushing in at the side of her breasts, making them thrust out even more.

Jacey was caught between realizing what she was doing, and having his attention pulled to Nichole's breasts. Nichole saw that she had Jacey's full attention, so she moved to another pose. She crossed her arms under her breasts, but still used her upper arms push her breasts together and forward.

"These are ways you can draw attention to your breasts," Nichole explained. "That a woman can try to get someone they like, or they want to like them, to look at their breasts. Body language can be intentional, or it can be unconscious, like when you are nervous. When you walk, something most people do all the time, you can present an image. Follow me and watch me."

Nichole started walking out of the kitchen. At first Jacey didn't notice anything, but then her movements changed, she was almost stomping. Her back wasn't a straight and her hips weren't moving side-to-side as much. Half way to the master bedroom her posture changed. Her back was straight again, and her shoulders were back, and her hips swayed side-to-side with each step, which were also shorter than before. When she reached the end of the hallway, she turned back to Jacey.

"Start over here," She gestured to the space in front of her. When Jacey moved in close, Nichole put her hands on her gently and turned her around. "Now walk to the kitchen and back. Try to walk normally, but pay attention to how your body moves. Your arms and legs. How do you place your feet. How do your arms swing."

"Alright," He gave a nod. He tried to do what she had said. The first thing he noticed was how stiff he felt. He felt like a robot. He also realized he was walking slower than normal, taking smaller steps as he tried to deliberately process all of his movements. He felt awkward enough that he was able to forget about the girl's underwear on his body. When he got back to Nichole, he wasn't sure if he was embarrassed about how he walked or not.

"Strange, isn't it?" Nochole smiled as he returned. "Now do it again, but this time keep your arms at your side and don't let them swing at all."

Concentrating on his arms wasn't hard. Keeping them from swinging as he walked made him feel how he wanted to move them, but he also realized that his shoulders were moving even if his arms weren't. He was more aware of his whole torso as he returned to Nichole.

"When we walk, out whole body moves," She explained as Jacey came close once more. She took an exaggerated stance, shoulders and head back, eyes forward, chest out, and arms slightly lifted to the side. She started walking in an almost stomping way. "Heroes strut in, looking large, wanting attention." She moved past Jacey in the hall, almost knocking him aside. At the end of the hall, she turned around and transformed again. This time her head and eyes were down, Her shoulders were pulled in and her back was slightly stooped. When she walked back down the hall, her steps were short and quick. She had her arms pulled in, hugging herself as if cold.

"People that are afraid act like mice, prey animals, or the person in a movie that is going to need to be rescued in a moment," Nichole past Jacey again, but this time moving to avoid any contact between them, as if afraid of being hurt. Once she got to the end of the hall, she turned back to Jacey and resumed her normal posture.

"Your turn. Try doing the Hero Strut to the kitchen and back."

The posing part was a little strange, for him, but the walking was easy. Likewise, when instructed, he found the meek pose and walk to be familiar and easy. He was uncomfortably aware of how much he tried to avoid notice at home.

"Alright, one more thing for you to try," Nichole said with a smile. She held up her hands, palms towards Jacey, and pantomimed walking. "When guys walk, their feet move like this.. Like their feet are on two rails side by side. When girls walk, we put one foot in front of the other, like we are walking on a single rail or line on the ground. Let me show you."

She demonstrated the clomping walk she had done a few times before, then the normal hip-swaying walk. Jacey understood why the heavy walk looked so strange. She had been walking like a man.

"You can accent your walk by walking on you toes," She went on. She did an exaggerated sneaking walk, on her toes, knees bent, back hunched, and arms up, like a comical spy character. "Now watch my hips," She invited. She walked away from him on her toes, her hip swaying side-to-side. "This is what heeled shoes are really for. Helping keep the feet and legs in the right positions to get the sexy walk."

She turned and walked back, and Jacey could see how her feet were placed with each step. He was so busy paying attention to how she was walking that he didn't see her face as she watched him, as she drew closer to him. Since he had been barefooted the whole time, and Nichole was walking on her toes, when she got close enough to fold her arms around Jacey for a hug, he found his face in her breasts.

It had been only for a surprised moment, but then Nichole loosened her embrace and dropped down on the low heels of her sandals. She smiled into Jacey's stunned expression as his hands awkwardly came around her. Their bodies were pressed against each other.

"I have some homework for you this week," She said. "See if you can find some how-to videos about walking and acting with body language. Alright?"

"Alright," Jacey answered with a bit of a nod, and a dazed look on his face.

"Good," Nichole gave him a quick kiss on the lips before letting go and stepping back. "Now let's go back to the living room, and I will teach you how to sit."

Jacey received a crash course on posture and posing. It was brief, because it was just a quick explanation of matching intention with body movements. Nichole showed him how to go through the motions of smoothing a skirt before sitting. There were times when it was proper for a girl to cross her legs, versus sitting with knees closed. This went on for a little while, until Nichole noticed the time.

"Oh, it's later than I thought," She said as she stood, abandoning the latest pose she had been coaching Jacey through, the slightly sideways orientation and leaning posture to show off a lot of leg, which worked well in a skirt or shorts. "Let's go do a little more makeup work before we quit for the day."

"Oh," Jacey blinked as he became aware of what she was saying about the time. "Alright." He stood to follow her back to the master bathroom.

"Practice your walk," Nichole reminded him.

Jacey followed her instructions and practiced the hip-swaying motion of pretending to walk on sing line on the floor. The change in foot placement with each step translated into the rest of the body moving in slightly different ways.
