They're Stupid

Blitz of flashes was coming from the archery club building. That was not a broken lantern, but a muzzle flashes from our LMG.

"Shoot their leg!!" I told them as I continued to put my finger on the trigger.

"Roger," Cecile said as she shot at the archers who were hiding behind a wall.

"Impossible, how the hell a spell that is used to penetrate Mythril armor could be repelled by them," One of the archers said as he continued to fire his arrow.

"Stupid people," Cecile said as she continued to fire her LMG.

A guided arrow flew to our direction. I noticed where it came out, and it turned out that a boy shot it.

"That's our target, Tie him," I pointed my finger at him.

"Roger," Maria said as he put her U100 on her back then leaped towards him.

"Reloading," I said as I reloaded my PKP, and the other provided me with suppressing fire.

Maria was tying the target with a cable tie from her pocket. She carried him on her back, "Package secured, what we should do now?"

"Let's bring him to our base," I said as I continued to fire my PKP.

"Let's go," Garth said as he approached every student that trying to kill him and hit their back with the stock of his weapon.

We walked out of the broken archery club room. Maria was carrying the boy, and I was storing the PKP on my back.

I walked to the car then open the trunk. We stored the kidnapped boy and covered his body with a tarp.

We entered the car. I put the LMG on the back seat and started the engine.

I hit the gas hard. The car started to move while leaving the smoke from the burning tires. Our prisoner was struggling to get out of his handcuffs.

When I arrived at the edge of town, a guard stopped me, "Where are you going?" He asked me coldly while holding a lantern on his left hand.

"Just looking some fresh air," I said with a muffled voice.

"Ok, what is that cargo?" He asked me while pointing his hand to the trunk.

"It's a hazardous animal, Could you let us pass, please," I said.

"Let me see that animal," He said curiously.

Luckily, there was no one else besides that guard, so I gave a code to Maria to get out of the car.

She opened the trunk, and the guard put his lantern on the ground. He took off the cover, then his face went sour.

"What in the goddamn?" He said as he looked at the tied student.

"Wilson hit the gas!!" Maria assaulted that guard and jumped to the trunk bringing the guards to the car.

I hit the pedal as hard as I could, and the car accelerated fast. Maria had a brawl with the guard. She tied down the guard while sitting on top of him.

I drove the car until we arrived at the place where we parked our MH-60 Blackhawk and F-35C-XA Lighting.

We got out of the car and opened our helmet as we breathe the fresh air of the forest.

"Wilson, what should we do with the POW?" She said as she opened her helmet.

"Let's kill him, it will be easier that way," Garth said.

"Are you sure?" Maria asked as she unsheathed her combat blade.

"Yes, do it," I said as I stopped the car.

"Okay," Maria said as she dragged the guard from the trunk.

The guard was struggling as he got duct tape on his mouth. He mumbled pretty loud.

Maria stabbed her combat knife to the guard's neck while whispering, "Shhh, go to sleep now," she said as the guard resistance was getting lower, and his eyes began to close.

"What we would do with Charlotte's servant?" Maria asked as she wiped her blades from the blood.

"I will draft him to make him join our army, don't worry, he is docile," I said calmly as I grabbed my phone from the magazine pouch.

I pressed the speed dial to Mayor General Meyer's office. I waited some seconds until I got connected to her.

Lillie: "Good evening General Galliard. How may I help you?"

Wilson: "Good evening General Meyer. Could you train one of my friends back at my school?"

Lillie: "Sure, our drill instructor would handle him. What is his name?"

Wilson: "Let's finish the administration at the base, General Alexson will handle it."

Lillie: "Sure thing General, anything else can I do for you?"

Wilson: "I'm looking for a missing person, actually. His name is Anton Collins."

Lillie: "Could you give me his physical description?"

Wilson: "General Nikitovich will fill in the rest."

Lillie: "Anything else?"

Wilson: "How is General Blackwell?"

Lillie: "He is testing an experimental fighter jet now."

Wilson: "Which one?"

Lillie: "X-02S Strike Wyvern with "Archlight" EML."

Wilson: "See you later."

Lillie: "See you."

I closed the phone and put it back into the magazine pouch. Maria was carrying the boy on her shoulder. Cecile was doing a pre-flight check on the Blackhawk, and Garth was replacing his juggernaut suit with an anti-G suit.

"How to turn on this thing?" He said as he entered the fighter jet.

"Use your voice or do a pre-flight sequence," I said from beneath the jet.

"Ok, [Initiate Startup Sequence]," He said as the canopy close.

The turbofan started to rotate, and the outlet started to blow hot air.

Garth: "Where is the base?"

Wilson: "The coordinate is on the GPS."

Garth: "Ok, see you at dawn."

The F-35C-XA started to lift off from the ground. The wheel pulled back to the plane.

The Blackhawk rotor spun and lifted the helicopter. Maria was in the minigun turret. She was still wearing her juggernaut suit, albeit without the helmet. Cecile was in her digital urban uniform without the juggernaut kit.

Our POW was struggling in the backseat of the Blackhawk, from the look of it, He was scared of height.

"Extract the information from him," I shouted.

"Yes, I will," Maria shouted from the chopper.

The Blackhawk and the jets flew away slowly from my direction. I looked at them, who were drifting away from me.

I opened the car door again. While looking at the F-35C-XA in the sky which it's afterburner was turned on. I entered the car and started the engine again then drove back to the town.
