Sweet Karma

Yui go to her room with a frown on her face. She put her things down and go directly to the bathroom. She needs a nice warm shower to calm down. After almost half an hour in the bathroom her mood lift up. Wrapping her body with the towel she went outside. Like other girls too Yui have some rituals in her body after taking a shower. Like putting lotion all over her body. Moisturizer for her face and other more.

She's just in her underwear when she heard a knock on the door in a hurry. She quickly pulled her robe and put it on before she opened the door. She doesn't need to ask who it was because only her and Noah are in the house right now.

"Yes?"

"Yui.. I.. I'm sorry did I disturb you in your shower?" Noah ask in apologizing tone.

"No it's fine." Looking at him looks like he's going out. "Going somewhere?"

"Yep.. I mean I'm so sorry if I raise my voice on you. I didn't mean it. I'm just too worried about you." He reaches her still dripping hair that's on her cheek and tuck it behind her ears. "Say.. Are you fine being alone here tonight? I only have an emergency."

"Oh.. It's fine go ahead. I'll be fine here."

"Call me when there's a problem OK?" He stepped closer to her and kiss her on the forehead. "Don't forget to double check the door and lock it properly. I'm leaving now. Goodnight." without even waiting for her to speak Noah strides his way downstairs. Then she heard the car engine starts and drive away.

Yui just shook her head and continue on what her doing and go to bed. She turned off all the lights in their house after double checking the doors and windows. Although she knew that she's safe there. I mean who would dare to rub or sneak into General Sato's house. She still didn't take the risk.

In her room, leaving only the lights coming from the lampshade on her bedside table, lying in her bed Yui looked at the thing in her hand. Putting it up hanging on her hand. It's a key but that not what caught her attention. The keychain of it is really cute. It's a chibi doll of a boy with eyeglasses. She didn't know who's character it is but she sure it's an anime character.

Maybe she will ask Noah if he knew what anime is this. Like her Noah also is an otaku who love to watch anime. Since her father didn't allow her to buy new CDs Noah always lend her if ever he got something new. She put split ring on her ring finger and hold it until she falls asleep.

On the tree.

Ylan sitting there comfortably while watching her. He didn't expect Noah will leave her alone. All he knew was that he's staying with her for tonight. And also the reason why he decided that from now on he will watch her in her sleep.

When she turned off all the lights and lay down, Ylan finally relaxed. But when he saw what she's holding. He's hand immediately find that same thing she's holding. Ugh.. Ylan slapped his forehead. How come he didn't notice it. That's the key of his collection room. Since The twins always invade his house he needs to put all his collections in one room.

Like any other guys he also has his own possessions. Or like what others say big boy's toys. And what his wife holding is one of those collections he really taking care of. Yui is holding his limited edition Conan Edogawa keychain. It's a small chibi doll. How come he lost it. Looks like Ylan needs to sneak in to get the key from her.

Ylan wait for another hour before he sneak into the room of his wife. Yui always leave her window open as she always like a fresh breeze than come from the air conditioning. Ylan sneak inside without making any noise. He first come near her bed to check if she's in deep slumber.

She's sleeping on her left side, cuddling a big pillow. How he wished that someday he will be that pillow she cuddle every night. Ylan shook his head. He's so helpless! He bend on her and brush gently her hair that covers her face. Can't fight the urge, He planted a light kiss on her cheek. A warm bolt of sensation instantly fills his heart.

"I've been waiting for you for so long my love. And I'm still willing to wait for you until you remember me. I love you Mae."

He whispered to her with so much love. He then again give her a kiss. But this time he kissed her on her crown. He headed first downstairs to check the whole house. It's already three in the morning and he needs to go home before the neighbors saw him on that tree. When he's sure that she's safe from intruders, he goes back to her room to get what his key.

Yui is still in the same position when he entered again in her room. Ylan helplessly scratches her head when he saw his key in between her clasp hands. Even the split ring is on her ring finger. He give up. It's impossible to get it now without waking her. He's done for today and decided to go home now.

"one more" He said to himself.

Ylan again bent down to give her one last kiss before he retreated. When his face is just an inch away from her, he saw something he thinks belongs to him under her pillow. Without moving up, He reach the blue thing carefully with one hand and pull it out.

But he didn't expect that Yui will change her sleeping position. She turned around suddenly which make his lips met hers unintentionally. Ylan froze. His mind went blank as his eyes open wide. While the sleeping Yui feels something on her lips, she stuck out her tongue and lick it.

When Ylan feel her tongue brush his lips. He hurriedly pull his body away that cause him lose his balance. He fell down on the floor so hard that hurt his butt. Good thing Yui didn't wake up or else she will catch him.

Ylan put his finger in his lips and touch it. He can't believe it! That's what he get from stealing a kiss on her. Karma! He can still feel her warm lips on his. His face heated so hard that he felt he's burning. What a sweet karma. Then he saw the blue thing on his hand. It's really his hanky. What's his hanky doing here?

When Yui move again. Ylan decided to go out now before she wakes up. He didn't put the hanky back because he really doesn't want to give it to her. There's no way he will gave her a hanky. Because he believes as the saying says. The gift you received from someone really serves its purpose. And one of the purposes of a handkerchief is for tears. He doesn't want to give it to her just to use it for her tears. In short he doesn't want to give her a reason to cry and use the purpose of it.

"Good night Little Mae." He said then quickly go down from the tree and head back to his house.
