Sneak Peek: The Magyar's Marriage

Can't hardly wait for more? Here's the excerpt!

Eddy Rovski's POV

"Let's go greet someone that I know you will love to meet, Eddy," my father, King Peter of Hungary was walking with me beside him. I was arching my eyebrow before I saw an old man with fair hair before he turned to look at me.

His eyes were vivid green before I was feeling chills down my bones.

"Peter, I see that you have come at last to greet me," the old man said as my father was smiling before he was shaking his hand but the old man was pulling my father into a hug. I was in shock with the gesture in front of me.

My father never does a hug. Ever!

Then, the old man was patting my father's back before his green eyes were looking at me. I was shifting in my stand before I was looking at him. The old man smirked before my father was regarding me.

"May I present to you, my son Eddy Rovski. Eddy, this is Levine Virtanen, my friend since college," my father said as I was looking at his familiar hair and maybe the familiar eyes. Someone that I was supposed to know.

Then, it hit me.

"Are you related to Tyler Virtanen by any chance?" I asked him as the old man was blinking his eyes at me. Then, he turned to look at my father with amusement.

"I thought you say that he was a brooding type?" Levine asked as I was looking at him. Even though he was an old man, his body was still fit and I know for a fact that he might be dangerous.

Most of them are, including my father. And considering this is my father's friend, Levine Virtanen might not be a force to be reckoned with.

"Well, he changed after that Husband Hunt that he went to," my father said as I was rolling my eyes.

"And whose fault was that to force me to go there?" I asked as I was arching my eyebrow at my father. He sighed before Levine was chuckling.

"He reminds me a lot when you're younger, Peter," the old man said as my father snapped his blue eyes at his old friend.

"I am so not like that," my father said before I was snickering under my breath. My father turned to look at me before I was covering it with a cough.

"Okay, enough of my life story. I thought you have something that you wanted to share with my son about the new replacement for his PA," my father said as I was snapping my eyes at my father. Then, the old smirked.

"Well, I might have or might not have found someone that would interest him to consider her," Levine said as I was looking at the old man.

Well, that was…interesting information as I was looking at their conversation. But then, I was stopping them from going any further.

"Wait, how come you ask your friend to find me a PA. I can do it myself you know," I said as I was looking at my father and the old man. Then, Levine Virtanen was smirking at me.

"Oh, but this would be much better if you just agreed to it. Or maybe you would change your mind after this,'' the old man said as he was giving me a folder. I did not notice that he was carrying around the folder before I was arching my eyebrow before I flipped it open.

Holy smokes, what in the world!

I turned to look at the old man who was smirking over the rim of his champagne glass before I was blinking my eyes.

"But how do you—"

"Enough talk. Shall we greet the couple before we go home?'' Levine asked my father before they went to greet King Ludvig and his reincarnated wife. I was gripping the folder.

I don't think that I would be used like I was a pawn again. Oh no, not this time around.
