Fellow Monarchs 1
Blood spewing out of my gut, I instinctively try to pull all my organs back in. As I am a monarch it's not so easy to die for me as normal mortals, but this punch was very hard for me to deflect. I may have underestimated how strong I am in this star boundary. I feel my gut slowly gushing out. I use any defense skill I have, use my gravity law to speed up to 10 million speeds of light, I escape quickly. I don't use the speed to escape too far. I just escape near the star. I slowly regenerate, using all my regenerations skills. What was that being? How did that lion-man do such damage to me so quickly? I didn't know I wasn't that strong in this star boundary. It seems I need to get stronger before returning here. I have some ideas that I could do. But first I'll use my mind law to slowly destroy that planet, so that lion-man can have a taste of his own medicine. The inhabitants of that planet seem to be animal species crossbred with humans, making them look eerily similar to humans, but with some animal distinctions, like ears, tails and hair. I feel a presence approaching me, it seems to be the same lion-man that punched my guts out. It seems as though I have almost healed, but I am in no position to fight with a being so strong. I need to ask him something before I go. The presence got faster and faster, but not as fast as my gravity law speed. I ask the lion-man with my telepathy:
"Who are you? Why did you suddenly punch me?"
He responds with telepathy to me, it seems a lot of strong beings in the star boundary have telepathy, since sound does not exist in a vacuum like space, every being has to resort to telepathy and learn it somehow.
"I am Gaden, you have trespassed on my planet's territory, I have now refined this star system, leave now."
Wait, didn't Lucius refine this star system? Has a new monarch presented himself here and refined the star system? I ask some questions to him again.
"Didn't Lucius refine this star system? Are you monarch?"
He responds in a strange manner, suddenly stopping following me.
"Um, I'm the seventh Demonic Monarch, lion type. Lucius did refine this star system, but someone must've killed him, so I came here and refined it myself. This star system is quite valuable so I attacked you so suddenly, because I thought you were one of Lucius men, who've been known to travel to planets unquestioned. Are you not one of his men?"
Oh, finally met one of my kind, I think all demonic monarchs are friendly with each other, but we'll see how he reacts to my response.
