The Delivery Girl!

*Dring* *Dring* *Dring*

"Ohhh!! The pizza's here! COMING!!!" Miles yelled as he sprung to his feet and started running to the front door.

Looking at the intercom video feed, he saw a young lady, short, pretty face, good fit. She dressed in a red Tremaya Parka coat coupled with a similar red beanie on her head and red leather gloves on her hands. She had on light blue jeans and some red timbs on her feet.

She held the pizza boxes with both hands, there were a few smaller boxes stacked atop the pizza boxes. Looking more closely, those smaller boxes were the sides they had ordered.

Miles quickly unlocked the door and greeted her, "Hi, pretty lady!" with a friendly smile.

...

(Flashback)

Getting out of her car, a gust of wintry wind sent shivers down her spine as she stood on her tippy toes, her hands instinctively wrapping around herself.

She had forgotten to zip her jacket before leaving the car, rookie mistake.

She quickly zipped her red coat and took a long drawn out breath. The air was cold, so much so that when she exhaled, a cloud of smoke escaped from her mouth.

"This should be the place. 26th floor, If I remember correctly." She whispered to herself.

She looked up at the building; admiring it as snow fell from the sky. It was like a skyscraper compared to the buildings in the surrounding area.

She turned back to her car. Hung the bag with coke on her right arm before taking the boxes into her hands, holding them against her body so the wind won't blow them away.

She lightly kicked her car door close and made headway towards the building entrance.

...

Making it to the receptionist's desk in the lobby. She placed the boxes down as the receptionist greeted her from her seat.

"Hello, how may I help you? Are you here to deliver these somewhere?"

The person behind the counter was a young white lady, in her early twenties, she had blond hair, a deliciously sexy body, and a charming face.

"Yes, hello, I'm here to deliver these to Miles, floor 26, residence H. Could you please tell me how to get there?"

"Sweetie, just take the elevator up, go all the way to the left. It should be the door to your right when you get there." The receptionist calmly explained.

"Thank you very much! I'll go now, have a nice day!" She said smiling back. Getting her stuff off the desk, she left for the elevators.

"Wait a sec!"

The receptionist got up from her seat and reaching her hand out to the preceding figure of the delivery girl; seemingly out of character, a far cry from how she talked to the delivery girl seconds ago; there was a hint of worry in her voice and expression.

"You're going to Miles' place, right? Could you please check how he's doing for me."

The delivery girl stopped and slowly turned around. Tilting her head to the side, she looked confused until she saw the worried expression on the receptionist's face.

"Alright, I'll ask him." She politely smiled.

...

The delivery girl made it in front of a door she presumed to be Miles' place.

*Dring* *Dring* *Dring*

She rang the doorbell thrice. Waiting for someone to open the door. She soon heard a distant voice calling out.

"Coming!"

Looking around aimlessly, she waited for the door to open.

Once it did, what came to view was a man in an oversized panda onesie, smiling like a clown.

"Hi, pretty lady!" He said to deaf ears, the delivery was preoccupied as she didn't hear him.

"Pfff! AHhahaha!" She couldn't keep her laughter when she saw a grown-ass man in a panda onesie, looking like an uncasted Tella Tubby.

His smile cracked as he sweatdropped at her reaction. He was going to try and introduce himself again until he noticed the pizza.

"The pizza! You're going to fucking drop my pizza!" She was barely holding onto the boxes as they stood on edge, threatening to fall to the floor.

Miles quickly took the boxes from her hands as she held onto her stomach, wheezing.

"What the hell is with the get-up?! Where did you even get this? " She asked whilst wiping a single tear from the corner of her eye.

"Hello, beautiful delivery lady!" Miles said as he waved towards her to get her attention away from his panda onesie.

"Thank you for the compliment, you look quite dashing yourself." She said teasingly as she looked him up and down once more, giggling to herself.

*Gulp* 'I'm starting to lose self-confidence here. If you weren't cute, I would have just slammed the door on you and ate my pizza in peace.' Miles thought to himself.

"Could you please help bring the soda inside, make sure to take your shoes off at the entrance!"

"Wait! Wait! Huh? He left just like that. Well, let me at least give him his coke, then I'll go."

Miles left to the living room, ignoring her pleas.

She quickly slid off her shoes and followed.
