"What a waste of time if this happened to be deep underground." Since the map only showed the exact location, it did not show the required route to get there. "I can't even sell the location of the statue class then. No one would believe me if I tell them that they have to dig straight down here." He sighed, casting away his idea, for now.
He wasted time chasing after a golden goose, but instead, he should have thought on how to kill more Drop Dew Saper for health.
Aiden placed the map into his inventory and investigated the area a little bit more before leaving.
He told himself that he would come back here and do a more in-depth investigation when he gets stronger. Until then, he would keep it a secret since it was not worth telling anyone about it.
As he headed back to where the Drop Dew Saper spawned, he caught something in his peripheral. Getting a closer look, it was a corpse. To be more exact, it was a player corpse.
"It is not a surprise to see one, but I wonder what killed this player..." He was wary of monsters because, on occasion, powerful monsters wandered inside the beginner zone and catching the new players off guard.
When they first arrived in this game, many players were used to monsters staying in their level zone because that was how every other game work. They expected that a place where 1-star rank monsters would only have 1-star rank monsters wandering around.
However, it caught them by surprise when a 2-star rank monster came out of nowhere, and many died fighting thinking it was a 1-star rank monster.
Again, people complained wanting higher rank monsters to stay away from the weaker zone, but the developers refused to budge. In time, the players developed ways to track monsters and make escape route if anything goes awry.
However, this made certain classes slower to level, especially classes that relied on hunting monsters for experience points.
Aiden picked up the items the player dropped from dying.
He saw a sword and a half-full potion. By the looks of it, the player died trying to recover his health.

"This player is a beginner. He did not have much on him besides this sword… If only he had some armor."
He expected this new player wandered too far into the forest and got lost and died by some random monster.
"Well, at least I got a weapon now. It should make it easier to fight against the Drop Dew Saper." The sword felt heavy in his small hand because of his low stats. Nonetheless, he will still use it since it was better than fighting them barehanded.
And the potion was the most important he had found. It will help him through the night so he would not die from the waste disease.
The night was approaching, and he wanted to recover all his health before it got dark without relying on his potion.
Since stronger monsters wander out at night, and weaker monsters go into hiding, it was not safe to hunt during that time.
After an hour and a half of slaying the Drop Dew Saper, he was fully recovered in health. It only took so long because he kept getting hit and needed to keep hunting more.
The sun was no longer visible, and a blue moon took its place. Aiden hid himself inside a barkless cone tree for the night.
"Now that the blue moon appeared, it seemed that my mana is finally recovering. In just 15 minutes, I already gain 5 mana points."
He breathed a sigh of relief. It was a hectic day for him.
He became an NPCs, ran away from his 'brother,' ran through a sewer, broke inside a guild house, rescue a girl, and finally had to fight for his life against weak level monsters.
He felt his today was the most intense moment ever since he got into the game.
His body was exhausted and wanted to rest, but he could not.
"Now that the moon is out, it is time for the real training."
Aiden sat crossed leg inside the Barkless Cone Tree.
He cast the Red Tattoo of Attack, then the Blue Tattoo of Speed.
Then the Yellow Tattoo of Defense after a few seconds.
Aiden opened his menu to see his status.
"24 experiences point in about 20 minutes. So 8 experience with each skill I use. Not bad but still slower than killing Drop Dew Saper. I can get 12 experiences point from killing one if I have a skill active. Well, at least this one is a safer method."
He continued this throughout the night without rest. The night was quiet, without any trouble. At the end of the night, he finished the half-fill potion.
When morning rose, Aiden came out of the tree once he was felt safe. He could see other wild monsters doing the same things.
There were young wolf cubs, Drop Dew Sapers, and Red deers coming out of the trees.
"After one night, I obtain 570 experience and lost 7 health points..." He was happy with the amount of experience gain, but the waste disease ruined his moment.
He checked his status.

"After repeatedly using my skills and using up my mana, my mana capacity had finally increased. I can finally use my skills three times now. And for leveling up, there is was no benefits for my stats until I start training when I get back to the city."
In the game, players can gain stats from training. If they wanted to increase their attack, then they go to the gym. If they wanted to increase their mana, then they have to use a lot of it. Aiden did not currently see the benefit of leveling up since his stats were too weak.
For example, as a 1-star rank, he would gain a boost of 1% for each level for almost all stats. There were a few exceptions regarding unique stats.
So when he becomes level 10 in the future, then his stats would increase by 10%.
For a 2-star rank, it increments by 2% instead of 1% making them much more potent than a 1-star rank player. This included monsters.
With sword in hand, he hunted a few more Drop Dew Saper before stopping. He wanted to kill monsters that dropped materials that can be sold for money. In which, he would use it to buy medicine to cure his waste disease.
Aiden wanted to head back to down before sunset.
