Footsteps rush through the smooth concrete, not a single thought in mind as the three sisters rush to the front of the hospital.

"Belen? Hurry up! What are you doing?" Mabel is already panting when she turns around to see Belen frozen in place.

Iris trails Mabel's gaze to see Belen freeze a few feet away from the hospital entrance when she says, "Our mom is in trouble. We don't have time to stop now!"

Belen hesitated in place as the strength in her legs was weakening.
