24. Her last word

Xinghe wakes up at 6 in the morning to prepare her things, she writes a letter as her last word, first indicating all the things she wants to do if she gets back or not, she said sorry to Ushi for hiding their investigation to her, she gave Liwei her thank you for being kind and supportive to her, and giving Uncle Yu her sincerest thanks for giving her a chance to get back at her knees. She found the letter quite funny because she won't be able to get into frontline but rather atleast 500 meters away from the target but she just wants to make sure after all, the soldiers back then needs to write their last words regardless how dangerous the mission would be.

When the sun starts to set and the evening is approaching, they make their way to the Liao family branch while Xinghe hacks all the CCTV that they would pass by so they won't be captured. She also begins to destroy the firewall of Liao family, through to its situation, it is only a branch because of its cybersecurity not as tight as the main mansion of Liao family. Xinghe swept past all the database that might be useful and copy them, Ushi is helping her to detect most of the sensors and traps they will encounter later, while Liwei is creating a plan not to disrupt the traps and sensor in the Liao family, they could only be there at approximately an hour, any minute after that would be dangerous because of backups from Liao family main mansion.

"Ushi you should go with unit 2 while I was with unit 1, we are the basement and 2nd floor and your unit will be ground floor and 3rd floor. I don't know what the unit 3 will do but our only instruction is to wipe clean the people inside so unit 3 will be able to do their task. Xinghe did you found their main switch?" Liwei is explaining all the plans they could come up as fast as he could.

"Yes it is on their basement, at the north wing, the last door is their main switch and server room, please be gentle to my babies okay?" Xinghe blinks at him adorably, she is referring to the data that is stored in that room, her task is to collect all the data inside the mansion.

Liwei chuckle at her words, he thought she would be really nervous but given her behavior, he heave a sigh of relief.

"Okay, I already told you the specifics, be careful okay? There would be someone who will protect you here. Be vigilant okay?" Liwei ask her seriously.

"I know, what do you take me for? Do I look like a child?" Xinghe said while tapping her keyboard and proceed to work nonchalantly.

"I don't know but it felt like you are a child especially when I glance at your chest." Liwei said that makes Xinghe stops at her keyboard and looks at him with dark face.

"Liwei" Ushi glares at him,

"Okay, I'm sorry my fault." Liwei surrender at their glares.

After explaining the plan to them, Liwei is getting nervous, he is worried for Xinghe, after all this is her first mission, with that in mind. He assigned the the third most powerful man in Alpha squad. They have rankings in every squad so that the best would be the captain, and Liwei is the captain of Alpha squad, then the second is Ushi, then third is Si Wen, the son of butler Si and so on.
