Han Shuya felt happy after apologizing.
"See? I told you Yan Shu wouldn't hold a grudge," Ye Yuyan commented after they left the canteen. "She accepted your apology and even invited us for lunch. That's why I told you to stop listening to those girls."
Han Shuya smiled. "Yeah. If not for them, then maybe my name wouldn't have been tarnished. Fortunately, I turned a new page, and it was all thanks to you. I'm sorry that I ignored you for so long. Thanks for being my friend."
Ye Yuyan smiled and patted her shoulder.

Near the end of the exams, Han Shuya had asked Ho Joon Jae out for dinner, but he declined. So she asked him again the next day, and the day after that until he finally agreed.
She invited him to the Emperor's Castle, a high-end restaurant. It was very hard to get a table there without the right connections, some even having to book it half a year in advance. Each dish cost five digits, which is why only the elite ate there. Elite such as Han Shuya and her family.
When she mentioned the Emperor's Castle, his eyes widened in surprise, but he still agreed.
That night, she booked a big buffet and ordered their table to be decorated with red roses. She contacted the restaurant's manager and made sure that the chef would cook all of Ho Joon Jae's favorite dishes.
Afterward, when she told her four lackeys about it, they were all delighted. They all promised to show up to take photos of the event.
Though they said that, what they truly wanted was to dine at the Emperor's Castle and for Han Shuya to pay for them. Han Shuya didn't know that and booked a table near the one she had booked for herself and Ho Joon Jae.
She took a scented bath and dolled herself with extreme care. She wore a maroon-colored, tight-fitting dress that reached down to her mid-thigh. It had a half-shoulder design, which she complemented by swaying her hair to the exposed side. On her neck, a diamond-encrusted maroon choker. She closed it up with a black purse, black stiletto heels, and a deep red lipstick.
When done, Han Shuya admired herself in the mirror. Sexy was the best way to describe her, any man would be drooling for her. That's why she had no doubt that, before the night came to an end, Ho Joon Jae would be hers.
There was a knock on her bedroom door. It opened up, and in came her mother.
Han Shuya had told her mother all about Ho Joon Jae. She didn't mind how much money he had as long as he could make her daughter happy.
Her mother looked at her in awe. "Ya'er, you look beautiful. That boy will definitely fall for you. There's just one thing missing." She grabbed a brush from the makeup stand and applied it to Han Shuya's cheeks. "There you go."
"Thanks, Mom, it's perfect."
"You're welcome. This is a big night for you, so I also want you to take this," her mother handed a diamond ring to Han Shuya. "Now go and make that boy yours."
Han Shuya nodded and left to the garage. From a series of other cars arranged in a row, she picked a red Ferrari and left for the restaurant.
