Jake charged his fist towards him with immense power and rage, The Divine One smiled, caught his fist and held it. He stared at Jake and dragged him down, Jake fell with pain but he was in awe as he gazed at his wounds heal within seconds. The Pure One spoke;
"You do know that I am more powerful than you? Wow, this is embarrassing. I don't have time to waste like I told you before you're body might perish if you stay very long. I made Zoe a guide to lead you where the disaster's core is…..which is the Crimson Realm."
Jake closed his anger, stood up and said;
"You could have told me yourself instead of deceiving me!"
"It's a little complicated", he said.
"For being God, you're quite clumsy," said Jake.
"Hehe...sorry," he said.
"Why? Why did you make Zoe a figment of my imagination," said Jake.
"Don't worry! She exists but under a different name. Jake....there are people who love you, don't worry and...I'm one too," he said.
Jake let his tears fall freely on him knowing that the Divine One meant it. But it let him get him for a second as Jake soon wiped his tears and continued his insanity. Jake laughed maniacally and said;
"Hahaha! Enough of this frivolous lies and tell me...….where is she?"
"I don't know why you do that, it's funny because I'm all knowing and I still cannot figure you out," he said. "You have to find her, this is your punishment for murdering a handful of lives. I gave you a chance is by leading to you saving everyone from Kamikal, the previous Supreme Being. Plus, I believed in you that you're not so crazy after all...I mean look! You saved lives, including mine, from Kamikal for not YOUR selfish reasons but for the betterment of everyone. There are times that you manage to surprise me. However you are not forgiven for murdering countless lives, that is why I made Zoe close to being true in your vision," he said.
"Vision?" asked Jake.
"Yes, you had a vision of the future in your cell when you were channeling your energy into your mind. Little you did know is that you performed a very powerful move called 'Forbidden Foresight.' It is a move that helps you make a prediction in the future by displaying a dream in your head whilst channeling energy into your thoughts. The more energy you channel into your head, the more accurate your prediction turns out. It's pretty risky to perform that move as you can predict and completely lose your sense in the real world and simply doze off to your thoughts for eternity resulting in slumber for the rest of your life. Pretty far fetched but that is the move, it is part of the 26 Master Moves," he said.
"The 26 Master Moves?" said Jake.
"Never mind about that, what you have to worry about is your new place as the new Supreme One in the Divine Clan", he said.
"Hehehehehe….hehe….WAIT, WHAT?! SUPREME ONE?!" said Jake.
"Yes, I've decided to appoint you as the new Supreme Being of the Divine Clan as Kamikal didn't live up to my expectations considering he was planning on getting rid of me. That would be impossible as I'm….well....immortal, and he is again...…well...….weak. This also means that you cannot commit any wrong doings as if you do, you will have far worse punishment than any ordinary human in Hell would. Right not you are focused in finding the girl but, she is not in the city, she is not Zoe and most importantly......she doesn't know you", said the Divine One.
Jake was drowning in anger inside. The Divine One glanced at him and saw all the hatred. He spoke;
"The lives you took, I gave them new lives with peace and serenity as they were taken falsely by your rage and they do not deserve that. Oops! Seems like you are burning up! Time to head back......…..Remember Jake, Forgive yourself! You don't do that and that is the reason for your current state. If you want to be loved, do not shut people out of life. Then once that happens, you won't have to keep living this way. Also........I'm sorry."
God snapped his fingers and Jake woke up to stumble on himself in a layer of snow. He rose up and saw that he was in Slynnity Mountains, he was chilly but he ignored that and wondered;
"Did God mean that? That he was sorry? For what?"
