[CHAPTER] 10 NEW FRIEND

Next morning, I woke up and dressed myself up and headed down towards the kitchen where my mum and dad were having their breakfast. I wished them 'Good morning' and ate my breakfast. After finishing it, I hugged them both and said my bye. I reached the school and the whole way home to school I was continuously thinking about Nate. I walk towards my locker to grab my stuff for the class but I bumped someone in my way "Ouchh" I said while making faces and rubbing my nose to ease the pain. "Sorry, I was a little careless just now". A husky and charming voice came into my ears so I looked up to see the person and I was in awe for a few seconds and then diverted my gaze. He was as handsome as Nate. Blonde hair, fair skin, green eyes in which someone wants to be lost forever, sharp jawline, muscular body, all in all he was very handsome like some Greek god. Everyone's attention was on us now "It's ok, the one who should apologize is me. So sorry, I didn't see you actually I was thinking about something so I didn't pay much attention on my way". I said feeling little guilty. "It's fine, I am Shawn, Shawn White and you?" He asked and stretched out his hand for handshake. "Ahh... I am Emily Vincent". I said and shake our hands. "Nice name but can I call you Emi instead of Emily??" he asked politely but before I could answer him Tim appeared in front of us from nowhere and interrupted us saying "Hey, What are you doing here? Don't you have any class??" he asked as he saw me and gave Shawn a sharp look. It was really awkward actually Tim was very possessive towards me. He treats me like his own sister because he had none. "Ahh Tim, he is Shawn and Shawn, he is Tim, my bestfriend". I said and elbowed Tim to shake his hands with Shawn." Hey, nice to meet you Tim" Shawn said. "Me too" Tim said while handshaking. "So, you don't have any class?" Tim asked again while raising his left brow. "Ohhh, yeah I have class and I am going to take it. See you guyz later". I said and left them, not waiting for there reply but i heard it. I reached my class and settled on my desk while I was busy in unpacking my stuff, someone sat beside me so I lifted my gaze to see who is the one. To my suprise it was Shawn. "Hey, we meet again. We are in the same class". "Yeah" I said nervously because I know if Tim will know this he'll give me a lecture to keep some distance from guys and all that. He sensed my nervousness and didn't hit any conversation. On the right time, Mr. Thomsan entered in the class and the class began. He called Shawn and introduce him to everyone. After the introduction, "Emily, you are responsible for this guys studies because missed so much of it. Ok, I am gonna pair you up with him in the upcoming projects and in everything because he is new here. I hope you will take care of him. Will you??" Mr. Thomsan asked me and I have no other choice so "Yes teacher, I'll help him with his studies". I said it. Mr. Thomsan gave me smile and gestured Shawn to take his seat next to me. I smiled at him and started my work what I am doing earlier.
