Chapter 3 - Phone Call

*𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙂*

Jia struggles to grab her phone and reads the screen as it displays Intaks name.

"Hello? Intak it's 3:30am what do you need?" Jia says in a slobbish tone.

"oh it's 3:30 over there? PM over here" Intak says while he spins around in his chair.

"well what do you need?" Jia says rubbing her eyes as she goes to sit on the couch

"I wanted to talk to you about the auctions & our dear performers" Intak says in a low voice.

"what about them?" Jia asks

"they aren't suspicious right?" Intak asks

"No. They think they are invited to the most famous party in the world" Jia responds with a sarcastic tone.

"They are so that's good!" Intak says ignoring the sarcasm.

"What's for auction this year?" Jia curiously asks

"none of your business" Intak responds harshly

"You'll back out if I tell you so it's best to keep quiet." Intak adds on.

"Hey Intak...will Jun be there?" Jia asked.

"Yeah but he will be attending Miss Chole Harems side." Intak responds.

The name 'Chloe Harem' sends sharp pins in Jia's heart.

"why will Chloe be there?" Jia sharply asks.

"She's one of the most popular models of 20XX we of course need her presence and she insisted on being my date but of course i'm too handsome for her so i threw her to Jun to handle." Intak jokes.

"Why Jun?" Jia says with pain in her voice.

"I get you don't like Chloe but, she's a very important client Ji. You have to get along." Intak says knowing about the drama between the two girls.

"No drink throwing like the Gala Met please" Intak pleads remembering what happened.

"I can't make promises Intak...she started it so I had every reason to react" Jia says justifying her actions.

"Oh and Jia...make sure Anna and Ai-"

"Aiden perform together I know you want the hottest couple there" Jia interrupts Intak.

"rude bitch okay" Intak remarks.

"excuse me who fucking woke me up?" Jia also remarks.

"oh you wanna fucking go? i'm 2 minutes older you ugly whore" Intak bickers.

The two siblings then start to verbally attack each other until Huentak Zhang decided to interrupt the bickering.

"You dum- oh hey dad" Intak quickly says as he is heard rumbling threw his paperwork.

"The employees said you were cursing loudly they thought you were going crazy" Huentak says raising an eyebrow until glancing at Intaks phone which reads.

'𝗗𝘂𝗺𝗯 𝗝𝗶𝗮 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲'

"Who's dumb Jia whore Intak?" Huentak asks as he grabs the phone before saying hello.

"Hi dad" Jia says sweetly before she suddenly hears Intak getting scolded which she can't help but laugh.

Intak soon apologizes per her fathers request as he then hangs up.

Jia proceeds to doze off on the couch.
