Chapter two: She's Mine

"Mom I'm back!" I put my shoes and coat up then take the leash off of butter."oh Which did you.. " My mom immediately fell in love with butter. And for the first time, I actually got jealous and picked butter up." Mom she's mine not yours." My mom gets up and you can tell she looks sad."well could you at least tell me hner name?" My mom says still upset. "It's..." I didn't really want to answer my mom but I did anyways." Her name is butter." I sigh and just walk back to my room and butter follows. I shut the door after butter walks in and walk to my bathroom door to start Butter some bath water "come here butter!" I pat my leg but she just sits there staring at me like she knows what's about to happen. "It's ok it's not scary!" I turn off the water after the bathtub is half way full then put her in it. I start to wash her with dog shampoo when she starts to howl. "Aww butter what's wrong?" As I get to her stomach, I feel something hard like in the shape of a diamond then she barks at me so I stop and rinse her off. I decide to pat her dry instead of using the blow-dryer but she still howls and whines." I'm sorry I don't know how to help you!" I open the bathroom door and she walks out and sees my bed then jumps on it. I grab some PJ's And hop into the shower. As I wash my hair, I can't help but think about that thing on her stomach. Is she sick? Will it hurt her? Larry did say that she was I'll. I just shake my head then get out of the shower. I wash my face and dry my hair then walk out of the bathroom. I turn off my bedroom light and turn on the TV. I look at butter asleep next to me and can't help but smile. After a couple long episodes of once upon a time on Netflix, I turn off the tv then go to bed. Please don't let my new puppy be sick. Oh well, enough bad thoughts for tonight.
