The information desk has revealed to her where Eli is. According to them, her position is high enough to get 'personal' information about otherworldly creatures. But it's not high enough to visit other worlds, especially worlds where humans are food. 

"Rather, Ms Solomon," The woman has a stern look in her eyes. "Your husband called and told us that you weren't feeling well. I can see that all of your body parts are functioning well. Can you explain this?"
