CHAPTER 25
We drove to work that morning.
I noticed, as I was driving, Amelia staring at me through the corners of my eyes, as if with admiration.
Atleast she was happy, that was all that mattered to me. I didn't feel as though it was my soul purpose to protect her anymore but I did feel the on going joy everytime she smiled.
I pretended not to have seen her and focused on the road but I was still pretty giddy and very happy.

"Yay, it's nice to see you getting out finally, well don't be too long 'cuz I wanna take the car out for spin!" she giggled excitedly.
I laughed and walked out the door.

To my surprise there was no traffic on the roads that day.
A fancy, white sign hung above the shop, this was it. I pushed open the door and as I did so, a bell rang at the top of the door frame.
Everywhere I looked, glitter and sparkles glimmering beautifully in the sunlight shining in through the large show windows.
It was almost magical.
"How may I help you today sir?" The lady approached me....
