After another death, a bored soul in his path to reincarnation discovered an extremely unusual phenomena: a small dimensional rift that leads to a parallel universe. The soul decided caution be damned and jump to the dimensional rift to (probably) reincarnate in a parallel world.
Our protagonist eventually discovers she has reincarnated as a noble in a world where the inhabitants have evolved to use the power of anima (the enclosure that protects the soul) to manifest physical phenomena know as magic. Let's start a new and interesting life as an OP heroine in a world where the starting point eerily resembles the origin story of the villainess of an otome game.
