CHAPTER 9 - MR.KIM

V and I decided to play video games together.

We played a lot of video games. After a while we both got tired. It was almost lunchtime.

Taehyung said he'll order some food. We ordered 2 pizzas. We waited for our order, it arrived in about 20 minutes.

We both ate our pizzas while chatting and laughing. Jimin was right, I get along well with this alien, V.

"Let's go out for a walk.", V said smiling cheerfully.

"Yes let's go Taetae." I replied

To which he looked at me shocked. He give me his boxy smile and said, "You gave me a nickname already. Taetae haha." He laughed at the nickname I gave him.

I chuckled.

We both went out to a park that was nearby.

We barely walked for 5 minutes, I was tired already. I walked very slowly, while Taetae was overflowing with energy.

"Yah, walk faster." He said.

"Give me a piggyback ride. I can't walk anymore." I replied.

"You are like Yoongi hyung." -he laughed.

We both went and sat on a bench, Taetae got me some ice cream which I really enjoyed.

After that we went back to the penthouse. It was almost 3 pm so Jungkook and Jimin should be home anytime soon.

Meanwhile, Taetae and I started playing rock, paper and scissors. We made a bet, the one who loses will have to complete a task. The game of 20 points was set.

So far Taetae had scored 7 and I got 9.

We were still playing very seriously when Jimin and Jungkook came home.

"Annyeong-" Tatae said when suddenly he saw someone else behind them he screamed in excitement, "JIN HYUNG!"

I stood up and saw him.

"MR. KIM!", I shouldn't louder than Taetae.

Jimin chuckled.

"Annyeong V and y/n." Mr. Kim said.

"You guys are living with Mr.Kim?" I asked.

"Yah yah, stop calling me Mr. Kim, y/n. I'm Jin now, call me Mr. Kim only at school." Mr. Kim said.

"Yes Mr. Ki- I mean Jin" I said.

"Yah! Oppa, Jin oppa. I'm still older than you." He scolded.

"Ah yes! Jin oppa." I said.

He went to his room to freshen up and so did Jungkook. Jimin looked at me as I was still shocked about the fact that we're living with a teacher.

"PARK JIMIN! Why didn't you tell me you live with Mr. Kim?" - I shouted.

"Jin oppa" he corrected, "And Jimin oppa" he said.

"Yah!" I shouted.

"Yah? Be formal y/n. I'm 2 months older than you. I've eaten 177.5 rice grains more than you-"

"Okay okay Jiminie oppa" I cut him off.

"Jiminie?" He chuckled.

"Hey! Call me also oppa" - Taetae said.

"Okay Taetae oppa." - I replied.

"Wah you gave both of us nicknames!" -Jimin exclaimed.

"What about Jungkook?" - Taetae asked.

"Umm... let me think, kookie?" I said.

"Oppa." - they both shouted in sync.

"Kookie oppa? How is it?" I asked.

"I like it. But ask Jungkook." Taetae replied and Jimin nodded in agreement.

"Yoongi hyung?" Jimin asked.

"Ah come on, he's just a sleepy pie." - I replied

"But he has Swag." Taetae said.

Jimin walked towards his room to fresh up. Jungkook came out and straight away went to the kitchen.

He said he'll help Jin hyung make lunch for everyone. He started cutting onions when Jin came.

"Do you know how onions greet each other?" - Jin asked Jungkook.

"No-"

"Onion-haseyo" he replied and started laughing with a windshield wiper sound.

I started laughing as well. I don't know if it was because the of the joke or because Jin's laughter is hella contagious.

Jungkook was trying very hard not to laugh. Taetae was laughing but he was barely audible because Jin was laughing so loudly.

Looks like I'll have extra dad jokes everyday now.

The rest of the day flew by and tomorrow is the day I'll go back to school. I was happy because I'd get to see Sofia but I was very nervous for some reason.

It was around 10pm when I heard a soft knock on my door.

"Who is it?" I asked.

"Jimin."

I quickly fixed my hair, which didn't really help much and then opened the door.

Jimin came and sat on the edge of the bed. I sat next to him.

"So how do you like V and Jin hyung?" - He asked smiling cutely.

"They both are amazing." I gave him a very wide smile.

He also smiled.

"What about Suga hyung and Jungkook?" He asked.

"I haven't talked much with Suga hyung but he seems a nice guy as long as you don't disturb his sleep. And Jungkook is pretty good but we haven't talked much either." - I replied.

"What about me?" Jimin asked.

"Umm...well, you are totally amazing and fun Jimin." I replied while smiling.

"Oppa." He corrected again.

Ugh. Honorifics.

We talked about other random things and very weird things like, why we didn't have tails and sharp ears like animals or why animals don't have brains like we do.

It was almost 11 pm.

Jimin was about to leave, when suddenly he remembered to tell me something, "You are going to meet hope tomorrow at school."

"Hope?" I asked confused.

"Yes. Your hope, my hope, everyone's hope."

"I still don't understand." I replied.

"You'll see tomorrow. Anyways, take rest and I'll see you tomorrow then." He replied.

With that, Jimin left.

I took a shower and got my stuff ready for tomorrow. It was 11:45. I checked my inbox for messages and replied to my mom's worried texts. Then I told Sofia that I was going to come from tomorrow.

After that I went to bed. But I couldn't sleep. So I went out for some fresh air. This time no one else was there. I stared at the stars and enjoyed the view. I sat there, singing for a long time.

I finally felt sleepy so I decided to go to sleep. It was already 12:30 am. I slept peacefully.
