80 Emperors have Fallen
As Kuro said this he waved his hand and nearly killed both emperors. He let both Queens absorb the Emperors.
They quickly sat down in a lotus position as they took in the power. Boom!
After an hour of cultivation they reached the Apex of Emperor realm.
They then warped to all 10 regions and took care of the emperor's.
He also let his subordinate, Fei eat one of the emperos body causing him to evolve into an Emperor aswell.

As they left once more he let both of his disiples fight the emperor's and empress of other regions and so they gained experience.
After a month they changed from scared chicks to strong ferocious lions.
Shei one of his disiples even reached King Level!
Aswell as Keila and Shi the secretary. He began to collect all the bodys of monsters who they didn't want to absorb. He stored them in his storage space.
He nodded to their growth, overall both Emperess and Fei were close to hitting a new realm. Kuro just smiled when they asked when he was going to cultivate.
And so with the dragons, from all 80 Emperor Tribes connected and united under 3 rulers everything would be ok.
Kei ruled the beings from the forest to the snowy biome, the Snow Emperess took care from their to thr desert to the next forest all the way to the othet Ice Biome where the Ice Empress took care of.
As of now they created a Teleportation device to teleport themselves to the others, Kuro and Shei, Keila and Shi all walked infront. Once they saw the sort of 'Village' like home they ran to the Elites who barley returned..
They were at the moment at Mortal Shi 1- the highest was at Mortal Shi 7-8.
"Ahaha" A youngester said as he finally saw a golden glow surrounding him, he finally broke through to Mortal Shi 5! He could be considerd a Middle Tier Cultivator now.
A punk like kid walked up to them he had the highest cultivation at the moment. Mortal Shi 8.
"Tsk. The one who is the strongest should be the leader!"
Many voices agreed with him mostly because they were scared, Emperor Fei clenched his fists he was about to slap this kid but Kuro stopped him.
"Listen here you little shit. Don't compare me to weaklings like you, im not a mortal such as yourself. If you can't even fucking defest this dude here then don't try and provoke these 2 beauties"
The punk kid eye's widen he saw the beutiful Emperess's.
"Fine then!" He coverd his fist in a fiery red aura and attempted to punch Fei.
Fei snorted and transformed into a dragon, he was of course smaller but still considerablly larger.
The punk kid got scared shitless that he pissed himself, Kuro just sighed he couldn't let him live since he would be a nuisance later on.
"I'll have to kill you so that you'll set an example for everyone else"
He extended his palm and a blueish ki blast appeared, the ball of ki flew straight at the man that he died on the spot his body wasn't left only ashes flew with the wind.
"NOW LET THIS SERVE AS A WARNING IF YOU'RE CORRUPTED LATER ON AND I FIND OUT I WILL KILL YOU AND THOSE YOU LOVE"

Kuro shouted out loud enough for all the elites and those who had power heard him and they subconsciously shivered as they heard him.

What shocked the people was that below Emperor Pinnacle Diamond tier they saw 3 names

This meant that they were power houses and they almost over stepped their boundaries!

Most of the males said to themselves as they stared at Kuro in envy.
He nodded his head as he noticed the buildings, he sighed and told Emperor Fei to work on building houses for the human races.
At the moment he noticed 100k humans here which wasn't a lot. Fei agreed and brought his people here and started building the houses and the mansion for Kuro.
They used various treasures such as rare metals which only exceeds 100 peices the size of a fist.
After a day the construction was finished and the 100k or so humans had houses. Their power wasn't big but they still had some sort of power.
They began creating clans such as the Leo Clan, the Fe clan and the Shi clan. There were various sects that were also created which were too small to actually name.
Each of the clans and the sects were required to pay 50% of their earnings to Kuro because he gave them their power and because without them they wouldn't be here.
They agreed and the Za Clan which was created by Kuro only accepted Geniuses above Geniuses. The Dragon among Dragons, the pinnacle of a being. And so he only had 2 disiples at most, none of the other humans could catch his eye.
Then he created 10 laws.
1.Do not rob or murder.
2. Everything will need to be seen by the Za Clan.
3. Wars between clans can be allowed but the Za Clan must know ahead of time.
4. No matter what happens the Patraich of the Za Clan will be blood related to Kuro, the Founder of the current Human Race.
5. If you're Arragant you will be treated as you treat other's!
6. No social standings are allowed.
7. Money will be in the shape of points.
8. No one is allowed to leave a Galaxy without the permission of the Za Clan ELDERS.
9. Elders will have to respect the Core Disiples of Kuro.
10. No one will challenge another race!

The rules were created and the whole human race saw this.
They knew they wouldn't amount to much after leaving this planet so they stayed and cultivated.
But, the CULTIVATION stages he placed for them was 10 times harder then someone at the same stage from another race meaning the human race would be the strongest after a thousand years which was what Kuro was expecting.
He turned around and left to his home, he enterd and was presented by various maids, he slightly nodded and walked to his room.
He layed down and sighed, before leaving he orderd the Emperor Fei to protect humanity with the Emperess while he was to enter seclusion.
He yawned and slept after a few minutes of setting some barriers up and some arrays for protection.
