The witches cuffed Matthew onto a slab that looks similar to those kind of sacrificial tables the witches normally use to sacrifice a life in their ritual.
"Let me go!" Matthew screamed out, however, the witches did not even glance at him despite his loud voice. Even the surrounding people were looking at him as if he was a pig about to be slaughtered.
"Good evening my people! As you all know tonight is the night we will welcome our true lord Chaos into this world! Once he emerges, he will begin his conquest and we shall become nobles to manage the lands for him!" Sir Michael spoke excitedly like a fanatic about to lose his mind from excitement, all his plans had finally come to fruition.
'Just one more step!' Michael thought,
"But, to ensure that the gate stabilizes, we require the blood of a gatekeeper. These five vermins who keep getting in the way of our Lord and one of them is in our hands right now!" Michael said while pointing at Matthew who was bounded tightly with no way to escape.
"We will stab this dagger into the heart of this vermin to release our Lord! I have already started the nuclear plant to ensure a Meltdown trigger. With the blood we harvest from this boy, as well as the explosion. We will be able to destroy the seal placed on the gate"
"We have already surrounded the areas where you all are watching from with special mixture salt, using witchery magic to keep you all safe even when the heat, as well as the radiation of the nuclear power, reaches it's peak" Michael explained the reason there was salt bordering the observation rooms as well as the places on the ground floor where the villagers were spectating the event tonight.
'This is problematic' Masaru thought, he glanced at each villager in the same room as himself. Since these were all normal human beings that were fanatics of the old ones. Masaru did not hold back when he manipulated the shadows of the villagers using Shadow magic.
"Shadow rebellion" Masaru muttered the spell keyword, causing the shadows of the villagers to become alive and strangled the villagers to death without each of them making a single noise.
Making use of space magic, Masaru merged a small part of the dead villager's backs with their seats to merged them as one. From the outside it will appear that the villagers were still sitting up straight, glancing at the dead villagers Masaru used traceless steps to vanish from the room silently.
"The full moon is out! The time has come" Michael said aloud
Suddenly with Matthew as the centre, illusory massive stones emerged from the ground in a circle similar to that of Stonehenge which was the true Raven's gate that led to another dimension.
Michael licked his lips as he came towards Matthew holding a ceremonial sacrifice dagger in his hand, made from bones and black gems embedded on it making it appear cursed.
"Oh no! Stop! Don't kill me! I am just a teenager! I am not a gatekeeper!" Matthew yelled at the top of his lungs while jerking his body around hoping to break free.
His heart was pounding when he saw Michael raising the dagger high up in the skies.
"My Lord! This pious believer will now set you free" Michael muttered before swinging the dagger down onto Matthew.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
Matthew's instincts took over as he began to smell a familiar burnt toast scent lingering around him, it was the very same burnt smell he once smelled on the day he warned his parents not to go out and it was also the last day he saw them.
Matthew was not sure why, but after he smells that familiar scent he felt he would be able to do it. It was just a few centimetres, Matthew squinted his eyes on the dagger before his mysterious power that was built up within him projected outwards and gripped the dagger in Michael's hand firmly before it could deeply pierce his chest.
"Impossible! You should not have had any strength left!" Michael yelled out loud, he was certain that Mrs Deverill made sure to keep poisoning, make expired yet less food than normal along with other means to keep Matthew weak.
'MOVE!' Matthew yelled in his heart
"AAAAAAAHHHH!!" Michael screamed out in pain when he was flung aside like a ragdoll by an invisible force.
'So this is his power other than foresight' Masaru thought as he watches how the scene unfolds, he was moving towards Richard without alerting the witches that surrounded him.
Masaru used the time the witches were distracted by this event, "Shadow pierce" As if his voice was the order of it's god, the shadow behind the witches formed a needle before it emerges from the ground and pierced the two women who held Richard before they could react to the attack.
Masaru glanced at Richard. teleporting him straight back into his Flat where he left a note for him.
"You bastard! I thought you were just a human!" Jessy happened to be nearby the two dead witches and noticed Masaru, she spat in rage as she yelled at him since she felt ashamed that she did not discover that he was a spy sent to obstruct their plans.
"AH, the old hag huh? Sorry, you never asked me you know" Masaru's smile disappeared as he cast ground shrink earth magic, his initial position swiftly changed to right in front of Jessy. He had many things to tell this old hag who made his days miserable, but since he did not have time to slowly teach her a lesson, he decided to be efficient.
He raises his hand, giving her a slap across her face with his hand covered with Touki. The impact of his slap was enough to send the poor old woman flying before her body suddenly erupted into a blood fog leaving nothing other than blood behind.
"Gross!, I forgot human bodies are weak if not trained" Masaru muttered feeling quite repulsed at the scene he personally caused.
Matthew just got himself freed, without saying a word Masaru teleport him to Richard's flat as well. Since the situation was not favourable, Masaru would rather fight without having the need to protect. That way he can surely overcome this situation, hopefully.
"So you came to stop us? BWAHAHAHAHAHA But it was too late!!!" Michael screamed like a madman as he saw a single drop of Matthew's blood on the tip of the blade, although the blade never pierced Matthew but it still managed to scratch him deep enough for a drop of blood.
"With this! The Lord will grace us with his presence!" Michael yelled at the top of his lungs while swinging the dagger and stabbed it into the ground.
Suddenly the illusory rocks began to flicker while the power plant was busy melting down. Everything that was outside the marked circle appears to be covered with radiation and intense heat that could meltdown a living being within seconds.
The illusory stone pillars began to flicker much faster around the sacrificial slab where Matthew was once while the ground was shaking.
"Run!" One of the villagers began to panic when the ground shook and ran.
"Don't move! You will be saved behind the salt markings!" Michael yelled out but it was too late, several villagers ran out of the salt borders. They did not have a chance to scream and were melted into vapour leaving nothing behind in a manner of seconds.
Beneath his feet in the domain bordering the illusory rocks, Masaru could see the many creatures on the other side of the world. The sheer number of creatures was enough to shock Masaru, his back was covered in sweat when he felt the pressure coming from a distinct creature that appeared to be more powerful than the rest.
Masaru was not certain if he could compare it with Ophis but he felt there was no end to this creature's powers, although he knew he was not the creature's match. Only he was here to deal with it. 'Forgive me mother... Girls... I have to be reckless for your sakes' Masaru thought
When the barrier weakens because of the knife that stabbed into the ground the king of the old ones which attracted Masaru's attention began smashing its fist into the barrier cracking it with each strike.
"Bwahahaha that's it! Come out my Lord! We can rule the world together!!!!!" Michael yelled out in a high fevor thinking he had won the battle.
Crack!
BOOM!
The boundary between worlds broken into fragment.
"Groar"
Masaru shivered at the bone-chilling voice of the king, he took several steps back when he noticed the king's hand was reaching out. Only the oblivious Michael who was spewing out a lot of nonsense got grabbed on by the King's massive hand gripping him tightly.
"No! You promised me that I will rule with you!" Michael yelled with his eyes becoming bloodshot from surprise, reluctance, anger, hatred along with many emotions. Yet the King did not even bulge at his screaming and only began to squeeze him tighter to the point that the poor old man's head was the first to explode along with his body like a cracker.
The king that was shrouded in darkness with nothing but a pair of eyes that turned towards Masaru, Masaru could swear he saw the king sneer at him before sending several chaotic spheres flying towards him.
Masaru operated his demonic power, worthless to his highest degree while he forced himself to use several scanning magics. He knew if he could not deflect these attacks at the very least, he will either end up in a coma state or die.
BOOM!
Sphere against sphere, Masaru used the spellbook to aid him to nullify the majority of the chaotic energies contained within the sphere before countering the said sphere with counter elements of the remaining chaotic elements that were not nullified on time.
"Guah!" Masaru spat out a bit of blood due to him pushing his limits, and the attack of the king was something he gravely underestimated.
{You are too weak little brother}
"You---- You're still alive!?" Masaru muttered as he squinted his eyes, he felt frustrated as he had no time to deal with MASA while he was coming face to face against the king of his enemies.
{Ofcourse I am still alive, you have not completely absorbed me yet... Besides you are quite in a pinch!}
"Nothing I can't handle" Masaru muttered as he conjured several layered magic circles, pure white runic letters began to pulse as mana gathered in droves towards the centre of each magic circle.
{Oh ho?}
Masaru ignored MASA's sarcasm, "Thot Exterminating beam!"
SWOOSH!
A massive ray of concentrated light energy was sent out from each magic circle, all of them headed for the same target. Yet miraculously the beams began to spiral around one another before merging into a single massive beam heading towards the King od the Old ones.
"Gru!?" The king felt alarmed at Masaru's massive attack and pointed at one of his generals to step forward.
Masaru could not make out the creature, but what he recognized was the fact this creature had a resemblance of an ape. It was smaller than the king of the old ones, but it was still several times larger Masaru. It swang its bulky arm to receive the attack, however, the light energy was not a physical form of attack so the Ape was forced to make use of their signature dark aura to cloak it's arm to combat against the attack.
"KWeee!!!!" The ape roared in pain before flinging it's uninjured fist slamming it into Masaru who tried to dodge the attack.
PAK!
BOOM!
Crashing against the hard concrete walls, Masaru coughed several times as blood merged with his saliva splattered on the floor. Sliding down the wall he crashed against, he fell on his knees while shivering from that attack.
He could sense that the King and his generals were still restricted somehow, otherwise, if that Ape could swing its fist with its full power then he would have died just then.
{Sorry brother, I will be taking it over}
Without waiting for his answer, Masaru suddenly he felt a pulse within his body, the once silent spellbook that aided him had decided to truly make a move of its own. Pulling Masaru's conscious back into space where the doors were located at, however, this time he could see things according to MASA's perspective.
MASA smirked at the King and it's general while stretching Masaru's body to get a feel of it, it has been a while that he could finally control this body he once had again. With a single punch, the amount of energy that was unleashed managed to push back the ape several steps causing Masaru to gasp in surprise.
{This is your true strength} MASA muttered as if answering Masaru's question, {Once your soul heals this will be the power you currently have}
MASA glanced at the King of Old ones while ignoring the fuming ape that was beating its chest with scorn, his eyes became incredibly cold as to match the intensity of the king's stare before speaking with a disdained voice. {You pathetic dogs need to stay where you belong}
With the aid of the spellbook, MASA enhanced the meltdown power to several folds. He could sense that the power plant was starting overload at an incredible pace before teleporting a few miles away.
Taken by surprise at MASA's sudden retreat, the King of the old ones could not stop MASA from covering the entire powerplant along with the gate in several layers of barriers.
"GRUAH!!!!" The king roars out in rage but his roar was swallowed up when the Power plant reached the tipping point and exploded.
BBBBBOOOOOOOOMMMM!!!!!
Masaru who was in his soul space, watched the powerplant explode and could not help but feel a cold shiver run down his spine when facing such a powerful explosion. However, he could not deny that he was excited to have another fight with MASA, perhaps then he might be able to harmonize his soul and body to gain that strength.
It was a blessing in disguise that to the portal in the different dimension was open, the King was forced to retreat in pain as the entirety of the explosion and radiation that would have travelled far and wide ended up being sucked into the other dimension
{hmph! Now stay there, useless bugs}
When it was over MASA hovered above the power plant exactly where the gate was located at, he closed his eyes while chanting a spell in an incomprehensible language. Ancient runes began to materialize around him, the runes floated around him like a bunch of flies around a turd.
When the chant was complete, the runes flew and created a new magic circle bordering the illusory rocks sealing it up permanently. Unless something or someone greater than the spellbook could unseal it.
MASA gave back Masaru his control over his body and disappeared almost instantly before Masaru could ask him any questions related to what just happened.
>\/<
Just when Masaru was about to move, he suddenly collapsed due to exhaustion and fell asleep. However, while his body was recovering from his overspending energy and stamina, Masaru was currently in the room he never once entered freely.
The dark starry door of the spellbook, he was tempted many times to enter. However, it was because he was not certain if he could actually trust the book. Since he just experienced how the control of his body was forcibly stripped from him, he was not certain if this book desire to control him fully in the future.
He understood the principle "Everything has a price" and felt that one of the prices for using the book, was that he could not guarantee that he had full control over this body.
However, here he was standing in the dark starry room unwillingly as if he was standing in space. In front of him was a beautiful silver-haired lady with a voluptuous body, wearing a white-dressed with sparkling gems embedded on her dress. Her eyes were silver as well which was currently looking at Masaru.
Masaru was not certain how to start the conversation, there was many things he wanted to ask, to say. But none made it to the tip of his tongue, he feared this woman might give him the last notice and erase him from existence.
The lady, however, walked closer but Masaru did not feel any ill intent in fact he felt familiar and close to this lady, he thought it was because of his link to the spellbook. "We meet at last, Masaru. There is many things you would like to know, but know that I can only ---"
Before she could complete her sentence Masaru stopped her, "Are you going to kill me? Control me? What is your objective?"
The lady smiled wryly, "Although I can't give you any prove, but I have no intention of controlling you nor killing you. I simply wish for your safety, that is why I had to make a move to keep you safe"
"Who are you?" Masaru asked,
"That is something you are not yet ready to bear, as knowing this will become a burden instead of assistance," The lady said before glancing at him, she nodded, "I'm glad you are fine and managed to grow strong, but it is not strong enough."
"What is up with MASA?" Masaru decided to ignore the question of why she mentioned his strength, he could understand that if he wanted to know her deeper secrets or relatively classified information he needed to become stronger. So instead he decided to ask about MASA.
"That is an artificial soul I have created to live the first few years while your soul that was on the brink of extinction could heal. I made it like that in order to have you recover while being reborn in a stable world." The lady answered nonchalantly.
Masaru took a step back feeling what he just heard right now was totally unexpected, but the lady continued, "Did you never question yourself Masaru? Your past life? Why is it you can't remember anything but your personality and fragment memories of this world?"
Masaru naturally wondered about these things but since he was too focused on surviving and ensuring the safety of his own and those close to him he could only shove it to the back of his mind.
"I can't tell you about my origin as your too weak to know, honestly knowing it will only bring you more troubles than it is worth... But how we first met I can tell you" The lady smiled feeling the nostalgia as she began to tell the short meeting between her and Masaru.

This was his previous life Masaru Belial who was named Masaru Yozo, he was 19 years old average young man who could be found anywhere studying in college.
What made him different was his obsession researching history related to magic, whether it was mythology or simply folklore that the elder tells their children. He researched them all leaving no stone left untouched in hopes to seek it, the truth whether magic does exist in this high technological world.
Because of his obsession he never really took note of Relationships nor Social skills, he only socialized when he needed something whether it was to buy or getting information.
Everything that was important to him was simply his obsession for magic, it was no secret that he was quite severely scammed at times by people who sold him fake grimoires but those people did not end up any luckier since he gave them fake money notes too.
It was only when he came across an ancient script in a second-hand store which the owner was only keeping it because it looks mysterious, after three days and three nights of pestering the owner reluctantly agreed to sell this script to him.
Naturally, Masaru Yoza was ecstatic that he finally gained something that could be real this time, the problem was the fact that the language on the paper was something he had no idea of.
Studying varies languages from Modern to the very oldest, it took Masaru three years to finally decipher the magic script which was simply a ritual which requires him to stab himself with a ceremonial knife while reading a specific line which he had no idea what it meant.
He did not immediately start but chose to sit back relaxing for three days before he chose to get all the required ingredients and knife for this ritual. Due to his obsession with magic, the time he needed to conclude in trying this ceremony did not take long.
While making his preparation, he included several safety steps to ensure he could still save himself by simply calling the ambulance that will take no more than five minutes to reach him.
It was late at night, Masaru was surrounded by grounded powder which was a mixture of several ingredients specified by the script, in front of him was the knife.
There was no candles, nothing.
Masaru took a deep breath before picking up the knife as he speaks the lines he should, oddly he felt he could grasp the meaning of the words but at the same time he could not.
He could even feel his control over his body was fading as everything moves according to the script, it was then his personality split in two.
One side wanted to continue while the other wanted to stop, the clash between the two was fierce as the ritual continued with the dagger moving closer and closer to his heart.
It was when the dagger pierced he hear the clash between the two personalities abruptly stopped the ritual...
>\/<
"What happened afterwards?" Masaru felt it was unbelievable but he too knew the book had no reason to lie to him.
"Well, that ritual was an offering ritual to allow you to become my host. If the ritual succeeded, then you would have wielded me as you did up till now but I could leave your soul any time I feel you're not worthy... When your personalities clashed something absurd happened"
The lady smiled sadly, "Your soul ripped itself in two, you had the smaller part and ended up with me keeping you alive, luckily you did not keep your obsessive side since you are the part that wanted to stop the ritual, while the other soul who had the larger part had already reincarnated back in your previous world."
The lady continued on, "Since that world does not use magic as you do here, his soul can recuperate slowly along with his life..."
Masaru sat on the ground taking deep breathes while listening, "Since your soul was on the brink of drying I had to move you to another world as two of the same souls can't exist in the same plane, so I looked at the memories that were written in your soul and brought you to this world"
"However, we encountered another problem once more, we can't just occupy anybody that already has a soul. So I first created an artificial body for myself and by luck, I met your father" The lady explained
"Since he had a strong bloodline and power I chose him to become your father, while we copulated I started creating an artificial soul to act in your place till you will someday awaken, yet two years after being born you still did not show any signs of awakening..." The lady closed her eyes, since the next part might be incredibly hard for Masaru to swallow.
"So I was about to do something till we got attacked by the mixed-race army, since I saw they had no intentions to kill you I allowed my artificial body to die and have them kidnap you while I work inside your soul to awaken you" The lady concluded the whole story of his life,
Masaru had nothing to say, 'I never heard or read about a divine artefact turning out to be the biological mother of the protagonist, and here I am hearing the most absurd things I have ever heard in my life... My life, is it really this absurd?'
'How can I tell father about this? Hey! Your wife is still alive, she is my grimoire who we mistook as my sacred gear' Masaru shook his head with a wry smile, 'It's best to keep it to myself, such a thing will only mess things up and destroy my current familial bonds'
"Well the rest you can remember" Masaru looked at her, he wanted to question her but he knew it. She did not hold many emotions, and honestly, he did not consider her his mother. She simply used the means to reincarnate him, and he accepted that to a certain degree.
If not, he would go mad.
"No, I have emotions, towards you that is. Masaru because of the Ritual went wrong I am now bound to your soul. Meaning I live as long as you do, your emotions influenced me to the point that it made me who would have abandoned you to go so far to ensure you survive"
Before Masaru could ask the lady already answered, "Yes, I love you as a mother does... But because nothing else other than your survival matters I can make choices like these"
"We met because of Fate, but your time to know of me has not yet come to Masaru... My child, I really want to tell you but... For now, focus on growing stronger just as you have been and follow your heart, Mother only wants to see your smile" The lady said with a warm smile.
Masaru who heard this stood up, he felt his chest growing warm as tears were running down his face. He felt conflicted at how his mother was nonchalant towards others people surrounding him, however, he could understand that she was talking the truth. Her love and warmth had finally reached him.
The reason he could feel it was because the Spell Book was showing signs of awakening, although it was only partial.
The lady walked closer embracing the crying Masaru, even her cold heart was hurting since she first gained her emotions from Masaru when they bounded so naturally, the one she cared about the most was Masaru.
Although the situation was bizarre, Masaru cared very much about his mother although she was a book. However, he will get over that point after some time. But then he remembered
"What about those Old Ones!?" Masaru asked with a serious expression, he could only curse himself forgetting those creatures. If they escaped then this world will be in trouble.
The lady gently caresses Masaru's head "I have already sealed up the gate so they will not be entering the world just yet, you can relax as your body is currently back in the farmhouse since we can't have the girls and your family lecture you about your recent adventure now can we"
The lady smiled mischievously while sticking out her tongue, Masaru laughed feeling quite closer to her.
"Although I want to talk some more but time has come" She spoke a bit sadly while caressing Masaru's cheek, he wanted to ask for more time but she shook her head.
"Please be patient okay? Although Mommy can't talk but I will always be by your side and watch over you okay?" Masaru nodded while he could feel his vision turning dark.

When Masaru woke up he found himself in the familiar bedroom he once stayed in together with his foster parent Jessy, he only got dressed in clean clothes before teleporting himself towards Dover Castle where one of the many meeting points he agreed with Edward.
When he appeared the staff that was here as a messenger did not flinch at Masaru's appearance but instead took out his mobile phone, it did not take that long before Edward together with an old lady.
She had a quite young-looking face, lean moderate body, her hand holding a staff wearing a dark purple magician robe, the reason Masaru speculated her age to be old was the fact some of her mana was moving around her body similar to how Ki moves within the body to keep the vitality of her cells vitality strong without dropping due to age.
The other old man appears to look like a certain old man he once saw on the movie that likes to train young heroes on the movies, he was not certain who it was but it sure gave him such an impression.
This man was on the side of the Magician, he had a broad sword on his back, his hair was still brown but showing signs of turning grey, bulky muscular body hidden beneath his white robes.
"It has been a while" Edward spoke as friendly as he could,
"You guys sure were slacking when I sent off that SoS signal" Masaru spoke with a cold voice, he felt quite disappointed at how Edward and the pendragons were not up to standard for a mission of this level.
"Aiya, that really was a bad timing you see. We got attacked by a strange mixed race group of Fallen Angels, Devils and Exorcist, I think there was a vampire with them as well" Edward revealed the reason they could not immediately respond.
"However, we managed to clean up the mess that was caused by your fights just the other night. I hope you can tell us just but what the hell did you fight?" Edward asked as he could still remember the sheer destruction caused by Masaru's fight, it was a miracle that not a single human died.
Masaru looked at them, "Those creatures that came from the gate, there was Two of them and they managed to possess humans of this world to allow them to walk on this earth"
"WHAT!?" The three of them shouted at the same time, hearing this news was no different from saying that these creatures could attack them and the problem was that they still did not have means to actively search for these creatures.
The other problem was the fact these creatures possessed humans, as fellow humans the three of them could not help but fear the thought that these creatures could possibly possess people of their calibre.
"I managed to kill them, although the moment I killed them they died while leaving nothing but those black dust. I have already taken a small amount of it to have my people research on this, I suggest you do the same" Masaru said,
"What about the witches?" Edward asked carefully, this was a sensitive topic that needed to be dealt with swiftly if anything went wrong. Since the Magic Association was their backer.
"As for the witches in Greater and Lesser Malling, their all dead and the gate is sealed personally by me" Masaru handed over a recording to them as proof, naturally, the recording did not contain the events where he was taken over by MASA.
"Do you need anything from us?" Masaru looked at Edward wondering why this old man asking him this, however, this question came quite at the right time for him. With this, he could write off the favour he owed Edward for Drago.
"Since you already gave me the sword I owed you one, as for the extra work it was something I was already doing myself so no need to concern yourself with it," Masaru said with a warm smile.
Edward turned to the two older people who nodded at him before he took out something that looked like a scabbard. It is a luxurious piece of equipment made of gold and decorated with blue enamel, Masaru could even feel a strong presence of energy within that scabbard.
"We would like you to keep this scabbard for us and return it when you no longer need it" Hearing Edward's words Masaru was sceptical, he did not reach out but instead asked.
"What is that and why would you want me to keep it?" Edward nodded with a smile, he felt that he really made the right choice. Instead of taking the gift, Masaru first asked to be aware of what came with the artefact. It could be said that Masaru managed to pass his first test
"This is called Avalon, the Scabbard of the true Excalibur before it broke. This is the sacred object the mixed Race was trying to steal from our family, and the heavens covet it since it is the scabbard of Excalibur after all. You should probably already know that although we are strong, we are not invincible so we needed to choose someone who can protect it for us and return it when it's safe" Edward explained,
"You're quite trusting me here, do you not fear I will keep it to myself for thousands of years waiting for you all to simply die out?" Edward laughed at Masaru's question, he felt quite relaxed talking with Masaru due to his frankness.
"The reason we gave it to you in the first place is that the Excalibur is broken and even if it gets fixed it will never be the same again. Avalon is a unique piece of equipment, unlike Excalibur that was gifted to King Arthur by the fairies or Caliburn that chose Arthur to become the king of England as a requirement."
Edward smiled as he continued, "Avalon chooses a guardian, someone who lives to protect the weak. It's a shame but unfortunately, our recent list of successors was not able to use it at all"
Masaru still did not move forward, he truly did not believe that this artefact was unimportant to the Pendragon Household. In fact, this artefact should be an heirloom, 'Is it really fine for them to entrust a thing of such importance to an outsider?'
"Whether you will keep this Scabbard will depend on whether it will follow you or not," Edward said as he looks at Masaru waiting for his answer.
Masaru was thinking of not taking it but Drago interrupted [Boy activate your sacred gear and touch it]
'Why?'
[Did you forget, your sacred gear chose you for two reasons you foolish boy, it is because you had a strong desire to protect plus you hold the dignity of a king]
Masaru wasn't sure why this Dragon was quite interested in this scabbard but then again having something extra will never hurt even if he does not have a chance to use it now there might be a use for it in the future.
"I will then guard this scabbard till the time comes you can protect it yourselves," Masaru said as he called out his sacred gear, his bare hands were soon covered by a flash of light before it revealed his hands wearing fingerless gloves when the light dimmed.
Edward and the other two elders were quite surprised as they did not expect the boy to have two sacred gear, although it was not uncommon. However, it was quite rare for such a person to be born.
Masaru walked over towards the scabbard held in both hands of Edward touching the scabbard, similar to how he once felt the impression his sacred gear gave him so did this scabbard but this time it was a roar of a Tiger and a cheer of a man but giving a single impression...
Guardian of Utopia/West
